Raman and his crew did an excellent job in the product delivery. They were polite and friendly, yet very professional. Our deck was quickly demoed and rebuilt, and any delays were communicated right away. I can't think of any negative input or something I didn't like about the service rendered. Wonderful encounter with Intercrus decks in Edmonds. Quality finished product (composite deck with aluminum railing). Raman was very prompt in answering queries before and after the confirmation of their estimate. Alex and Bogdan were friendly in the site and were happy to help with minor incidental items that came up (e.g. remove and reinstall large fence section to allow access for screw piles; repair section of siding that didn't sit right after decking was installed). Overall, great job so I have no hesitation recommending Intercrus Decks to anyone.
