Came across this RV store off the freeway since we were having an electrical connection issue on the road towing our trailer. Staff were super nice and came out to help us. They quickly diagnosed the issue and we were in our way. Thank you kindly to all of you! We were back on the road in no time!

Phenomenal service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Would be my go to RV shop if they were closer.....Was on a camping trip in Ellensburg in my RV and my converter died. Pulled into Rodeo City Rv on a SUNDAY and because of my situation, being stuck away from home, Rodeo City overnighted a new converter and replaced my batteries for less than the original estimate AND I was back on the road again in 48hrs. Brokedown on a Sunday, on the road Tuesday! They could have easily taken advantage of my situation and charged me all kinds of money for "expedited emergency work", they didnt, just honest, helpful RV specialists! Brady thank you so much! Really appreciate your hard work, honesty, and help getting my rig on the road quickly!!!

Guys are great, working on my own rv, in the store getting parts they are happy to give you pointers on what you need to do and are super helpful with the parts pieces you need to accomplish your project.

As a woman, I know how intimidating it can be to take your van or RV in for service, especially after seeing other women have less-than-great experiences elsewhere. But I want to be super clear: Peter is the real deal. He went above and beyond to make sure I was not only taken care of, but that I felt completely comfortable, heard, and respected through the entire process.

I had insulation installed in my camper van, along with a solar panel and power connection—and Peter made sure everything was done professionally, efficiently, and exactly how I wanted it. After talking with Cameron in Sales via text we decided to stop in on a Sunday to check out a few of the 5th wheel models. Cameron had told me he wouldn't be there on Sunday but that the owner would be and could help us. When we first got there the doors were locked so we called and the owner answered and met us outside at the door in shorts and a tshirt, we had to introduce ourselves and then he introduced himself as the owner. He left us to tour the 5th wheels alone and really didn't seem interested in helping us until the end when I said we were leaving and would follow up with Cameron later. He asked why since he was the owner he could help us and also that Cameron didn't work until the following Tuesday. Honestly, we didn't get a good vibe from him and not being around to answer any questions we had was weird. I will say there was another couple that arrived as we were leaving but that shouldn't mean you neglect potential sales customers. Again, he didn't seem that interested in helping us or perhaps he decided that we weren't potential buyers and that led him to not put in any effort.

Cameron was helpful in text at the beginning but after our visit we never received any follow up. Unusual for any type of sales. Maybe they have enough sales to manage.

We live in Eburg but will be purchasing our first RV elsewhere.

Bought a trailer from these guys and I was coming from 2+ hours but they made it well worth it. Told them my budget and they Helped me pick a trailer out and got me in something I’m happy with. The whole crew there was awesome! Would recommend buying from these guys if you want a good deal and great customer service!

We give Rodeo City in Ellensburg five stars and if there were 10 Stars we would do that also. Brady was so helpful from the very beginning in giving us the exact trailer that was perfect for us and at a great price. He was so easy to work with and was so helpful in every way we truly would recommend to buy from this amazing RV Center also we have to say that Cameron helped us so much with all the paperwork and setting up everything so smoothly. Also, they went out of their way to make sure that our trailer was up to code in every way and made us feel so happy with all of the things they did to make our trailer perfect. I have to say that in our 18 years in Yakima Valley that Rodeo City rv, the owner, and everyone that worked there were a joy to work with and we left very happy with our beautiful new trailer. Thankyou Brady and Cameron for going above and Beyond. You guys are the BEST.

In January the owner Brady promised exactly to buy back my trailer at the end of this year, said as a father he understood looking out for younger women like me and that I could trust him. We shook on it, I asked locals and they said he was trustworthy. He changed his mind refused to buy the trailer back, offered a consignment over several months and told me it wouldn’t sell for a long time anyway. Now I’m facing significant financial loss on trying to sell the trailer anywhere else. The staff is a mix of incompetent and well intentioned. They lost my license plates and told me to buy new ones until I confronted them, some of the staff truly tried their best. They failed repeatedly on calling me back, I had to call daily until I was able to speak to someone on the plates, repairs and servicing. They are liars, they did not communicate everything, I look forward to seeing their business close. Overall, do not recommend.

My experience comes from kind of a different perspective. We had a customer stop in at our service shop in Ontario, OR with slide out issues. The customer stated they just bought the used unit and there would be a warranty on it. We reached out to Rodeo City and explained what was going on. They covered the 100% of the repairs and did not argue the price or coverage on the repair. They took care of their customer without any hesitation. Peter was very professional and timely with his communication.

We just bought our little Wolf Cub here and I must say the level of service was simply amazing. This was a used trailer in good condition and they had updated all the maintenance items, but there were a few things that needed attention. They fixed those things and more AFTER we had agreed to buy it and the price was already set. Every effort was made to make sure we drove off with no worries. And speaking of price, the experienced RVers that we know all said we got a heck of a deal.

My family and I are visiting Ellensburg from England.

Now, back at home we have a small Volkswagen T5 Campervan which we use for our family adventures.

We certainly do not have in the England the size and style of RVs that we have become accustomed to seeing during our time in America.

Out of curiosity and on a whim, my family and I called into Rodeo City RV, Ellensburg.

We were greeted by Peter and we explained that we were visiting from England and were amazed and intrigued by American RVs. We politely asked if we could spend some time looking around their stock to satisfy our curiosity.

Peter could not have been more hospitable and we were duly invited to look around. Indeed, over the next 50 minutes I believe that my 9 year old Daughter went into every RV on site and picked out her favourite.

The quality and range of the stock was incredible and my Wife and I picked out our dream RV.

We were spoken to at length by Peter and we were treated with such warmth and kindness.

Whilst we were at the location, we overheard conversations with genuine customers and it was evident that Peter treats customers with the greatest level of professionalism and courtesy.

I extend my thanks to all the staff to whom we spoke and in particular Peter for his kindness and hospitality.

If you are looking for great customer service and an excellent choice of RVS, then it is safe to say that Rodeo City RV excel in their field and are worth a visit.

We plan to return to Ellensburg next year and I'm sure that we will pop back to Rodeo City RV to have a look around the latest editions to their stock and marvel at the options that are on offer to their American customers.

One of The best dealerships my wife and I visited during our 2 months of searching and researching for a new RV. Jeremy with the sales department and Cameron the GM were really great. Bradey is the owner and I can say he employs some folks that genuinely care about your satisfaction with the dealership and aren’t there to try to low ball you or push you into buying in any way. We got top dollar for our trade in and walked out with an RV that we loved and met all of our needs. Don’t overlook this dealership if you live in Western Washington.

Towing our trailer east bound, we discovered our turn signal and brake light weren't working. After some fiddling with the wires, we couldn't figure it out on our own. We pulled in the Rodeo City RV to see if maybe they had a light that we could replace it with. They were so gracious, came out immediately to test the light, and help us. Turns out it was something in the truck, they still stuck around to help problem solve. I'm sure they had plenty of work to do (most RV service centers are booked for weeks), but they helped us anyway. So grateful for great, old fashioned customer service. Thank you Dominic for going the extra mile.

The team at Rodeo City RV are awesome! The helped us pick out a fifth wheel that’s perfect for my family. The got us all set up and on the road with peace of mind in the purchase we made.

We had a brake issue with our toy hauler and were getting ready to leave Ellensburg. They took care of it right away by replacing the breakaway brake control and safety inspection. Very happy, thanks.

These guys were great! We drove 6.5 hours to purchase a 5th wheel from them. They worked with us and got us out the door on our time frame. They would have done a lot more had we not rushed them. Would recommend them to anyone!

Had a really pleasant experience at Rodeo. Stopped by later in the day with a wiring issue hours away from home and stranded with the wife and daughter. Explained the situation and even though they were backed up with work they dropped everything and helped us get back up and running. Treated the wife and daughter like royalty in their waiting area while I talked over the issue with the tech. This is apparently what you can expect with after sale service here at Rodeo City. Thank you for the great service.

I pulled into Radio City RV because I had gone under something that was too low and did some damage to the roof of my RV. I am old and injured so no chance of me going up on the roof. Even though they knew they were too busy to actually help me, they got a tech to go up on the roof, take pictures and tell what damage I had done. No charge. That's what I call "going above and beyond".

Service was fast. Check out slow...waited an hour for billing. Helped other customers while I was waiting. Gave me discount for the inconvenience but then charged me 4% to pay on my debit card. I also missing the rubber cover piece to my electric jack. They also did not return my Trailer keys.

Brady and crew were amazing. They made everything very easy and quick! Cameron in financing was very helpful during the whole process and made it very easy. We couldn’t be happier!

We headed out on a Road Trip when we realized that our old hitch was not going to work with our new trailer. We stopped at Rodeo City RV to explore our options, thinking we would have to replace our entire 5th wheel hitch. Mark was able to adjust the kingpin on the trailer so that we now have the clearance we need between the truck and trailer. Thank you Mark for getting us back on the road!

Had an issue with our 5th wheel where the slide floor had separated from the slide wall. We are on a 5 month road trip and currently over 600 miles from home. Made a bunch of calls and dealer in Yakima recommended these folks. We arrived around noon, and within 10 minutes 3 guys were looking at our problem and said they could get us fixed up. They basically dropped everything to help us!

We dropped the trailer there, went for a nice lunch, then to a local park where hubby had a nap and I read my book. Went back 3 1/2 hrs later and they were all done with trailer. And the bill was less than we expected (we’ll have to deal with warranty later). It seems the screws used when trailer was built were simply too short.

We stopped in to see if Peter could help us with a faucet. Didn't have one in stock but did help with a temporary fix, and ordered an other part to be delivered to our finial destination. Thank you all, for your help.

I bought a brand new RV from these guys and on a freakishly cold night in October the faucet came apart, when I took it to these guys for maintenance they charged me $300 for a new faucet when they very clearly just reassembled the existing faucet after telling me they couldn't do that. So they lied and made $300 for something I could have done myself and I hope it was worth it because they would have maintenanced it for the life of the trailer but now I'll never go back

Update: There were no broken pieces or seals , it looked to of come apart but they said it had to be replaced. When I picked it up they were unable to provide me with any packaging for the new faucet or the "broken" faucet, instead the guy at the desk provided me with an argument on why I shouldn't need the old faucet. When I insisted he went in the back for quite a while and brought out an old beat up faucet that looked 20 years old did not belong to my camper. It seemed fairly evident to me but I am changing my rating because I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt

This review is long overdue. I was waiting for some repairs to get done and they are finally finished. Let me start at the begininning...

I purchased a used 2007 Sunvalley Apache Eagle WS popup truck camper from Rodeo RV in September 2023. I had been looking for a clean popup truck camper for months and I hadn't found anything. I actually already had a done deal on a new 2024 Palomino and just needed to go pick it up in Idaho.

Luckily I came across this one on Facebook Marketplace and knew this was the one I wanted. So I cancelled the other deal and went with this one instead.

When I arrived to pick the camper up, their tech was going through the camper making sure everything was working. There was some sort of leak around the drain valve on the black tank, but I was sure any issues I could take care of and wasn't worried.

They also put 2 brand new deep cycle batteries in the camper and had ordered a new control box for the electric jacks since one jack wasn't working. They mailed it to me later and I installed it easily and all the jacks are working great. This control box is expensive!

Once I got the camper home, I started to test all the systems myself. Everything seemed to be working great. However when I exited the camper, I noticed a large wet spot on the pavement. Something was leaking.

As it turns out, there was a crack in the drain pipe for the black tank and would require a pretty costly repair. The factory setup had the tank glued to the bottom of the floor pan and since Sunvalley had gone out of business in 2009, this setup was no longer made.

Good Guys RV repair in Puyallup, WA found a new tank that would work with some customization and I think their finished job looks better than the factory.

I initially reached out to ask for some help with the bill and to my surprise, Brady simply said get the repair work done and have them call me, I will take care of the bill. Amazing!

I can't think the team at Rodeo RV enough. They really stepped up and kept their word that everything in the camper would be checked or fixed to my satisfaction. This kind of service isn't something you see anymore these days. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommed them!

I didn't buy my RV here, but I wish I had. My first night in my new trailer was in Ellensburg, and I went to Rodeo City to get some parts and some advice. They were beyond helpful, and really insightful even for a trailer they didn't sell.

Later, I asked them if I could leave the trailer on their lot for a period between camping trips. They said no problem, and gave me a great price for doing so. In that period, freezing weather was coming and I hadn't weatherized my trailer. Well, in true fashion, they offered to help and gave me a winterization package that was affordable, done quickly, and warranted.

Really, these guys are the best! It is worth the drive from Seattle for me to get this level of service and attention. Be smart, and visit these folks for anything you need for your RV.

Had an issue with the awning on my RV unraveling from the crazy wind around here. Having never used it, I had no idea how to get it back into position. After talking to Russ about it over the phone he told me to “come on over”. After pulling on to the lot, Justin hopped up and had it back in action in about 5 minutes and there was no charge at all! These folks are so helpful and friendly from the front desk to the service center. Thanks so much for all your help!!

Great experience with honest people! Set my family up with an awesome camper and took the time to make sure I was all good to go, going the extra mile to even try and fix an issue with my wifes truck. Happy to have gone through them for my first camper purchase.

The business is a good business and try to pride themselves on great customer service and sales. They are also the only real RV dealer in town, and they know it. They have a great selection/variety, just wish they were a bit more affordable on certain things.

Awesome service, didn't try to up sell me. They were genuinely interested in my needs and sold me an rv that fit me. We actually looked at more expensive ones on the lot but after explaining to Brady what I was looking for he was the one who suggested I go with the less expensive model that fit us better.
When we showed up to sign and take possession, the wheel bearing went out in my truck. He gave us several rides back and forth to Elensburg tire shop who did the work.
They were patient, answered all of my questions and explained every step of what I was paying for and what I was signing.
The finance manager showed me the actual rate offer sheet she got from the bank so I could be comfortable in them not adding points to the interest rate to collect more money.
I live in Vancouver wa. They have a customer for life, no joke. I'll happily make the 4 hr drive the next time I do business with them

Kudos and coup to Pete and his crack team of technicians for replacing a broken toilet flush valve assembly in less than 50 minutes from arrival to departure. Saved the back half our tenth trip in our RPod 195. Thank you Forest River and Rodeo City RV!!

I had several small things done they were great about getting me in and out as I was on kind of a tight scudule. All of the staff I came in contact with were very professional and nolagable. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. Pete in service is great to deal with always returned my call when he said he would and kept me informed as to how things were going.

Our RV sat unused since 2019. We took it to Radio City RV and they repaired what needed to be done and fixed what they could without having to replace parts. They did all this in a very timely manner. Peter from the service department kept me in the loop on what was being done. When we picked it up the service staff went over everything with us and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend using them for any service you need done.

Passing thru Ellensbug and had leak in our toilet. Had a two month trip ahead of us. Great help, found the parts and I was quickly on my way. Thanks

Had a minor mishap with a part on my weight distribution hitch while driving down the highway, stopped in as they were the first RV center I came across and boy was I glad I did. They fixed me right up and got me back on the road in no time. If this is how they do service, I can only imagine how awesome they are at sales. We had an excellent experience with rodeo city RV. I’m definitely glad that I purchased my trailer through them. We had to travel from out of state but they had what we wanted, they were fair in the negotiation, and every single person that we worked with was friendly, helpful, and kind. There were a couple minor issues with our used trailer but when I brought it to their attention it was immediately resolved- I couldn’t believe how impressive their customer service is. Because of this I just wanted to thank everyone at Rodeo City RV! And we are looking forward to many adventures in the future because of them.

I can't say enough good things about Canopy Country RV! Due to a cracked frame on our fifth wheel, we were facing having to purchase a new RV. They could have stepped right into the pressure sale tactic, but instead their amazing staff worked with us in getting Lippert out to fix the frame, which fortunately we caught early thanks to Ron in CC's service dept. We also had to have the back wall replaced, cabinets reattached, new roof coating, new seals, and the list goes on. We were so impressed with their professionalism, outstanding communication and updates, and helpful caring staff. Won't take our trailer anywhere else!

I just purchased a camper from Brady. I had a couple of minor issues and they took care of everything in a very timely manner. They are great to work with. I have purchased campers from the big box RV dealers previously. I was just a number to them. At Canopy Country you are a customer. I love working with a locally own dealer. I would recommend them everyone.

Wonderful customer service and business. Each person made us feel like the only customers they had. We’ve visited other RV places that were pushy and unkind. From the moment we walked on the lot we felt welcome. The sales people didn’t follow us around and try and talk us into something we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. They truly listened to us and they made us buy our camper here. Alli was wonderful and fun to work with with signing the papers. Bradey was wonderful to work with and knowledgeable about the campers. Next time we are in need of a camper we will be sure to come to this business.
