I was so pleased and impressed with this company! They replaced the siding on my house and they did truly impeccable work. They stayed late to complete the project, cleaned up so well, and were very kind and courteous. The siding looks excellent and was so well installed. I 10/10 recommend this company!

Had Thomas come out to repair a shingle yesterday. They have been out here before and did an excellent job repairing the roof. Very professional. Thanks Thomas!

Not recommending!
Beware - they don't guarantee repairs!!! Maybe someone else had a wonderful experience - we did not. A few months ago they did some repairs on our roof stating it had at least 5 years left and with some preventative maintenance maybe even longer before we had to replace it. The main job was to replace the siding on the chimney, but also to address some other problem areas including sealing around the dryer vent. After a recent rain we had a big leak through the dryer vent in the laundry room and then through the kitchen ceiling. Joshua who did the work offered to provide a new estimate to replace part of the roof around the dryer vent and the vent itself. No thank you. We will go with someone else who knows what they are doing. At least he was polite. Mary the receptionist quickly heated herself up and started yelling at me saying "We don't guarantee repairs!!!" and repeating "Do you understand???" after each sentence. I understand Mary. Hopefully, you will not only lose my respect, but someone else's prospective business.

They did something unusual for this day and age - they stood behind their work and craftsmanship. That is one of the highest compliments I can give when most people forget their promises after the sale. These guys don't. Thanks and good job NGR&R team.

I found a roof leak in my attic that was fostering for many years and and was causing extensive damage to the roof plywood.
I called North Georgia Roof and Restoration, and one of their Account Reps, Joshua, came out and inspected it the same day. Amazing!

He returned with one their roofers in two days and
- replaced plywood
- added a new section of roof

They also inspected the whole roof and patched any nails that were popping up. They also added flashings to roof overhang corners to prevent any water damage to side facia's etc. Beyond the call of duty.

They also inspected my garage roof and tared ridge vent edges for preventive protection.

Bottom line.
They show up when you need them.

North Georgia Roofing replaced the roof on one of the town homes in our community - The Sanctuary at Rivermont. The work was professionally done on time including the cleanup. We were completely satisfied with their work and plan on using them again in the spring of next year to replace the roof on another unit that needs replacing.

This company re-shingled our house about 10 years ago after storm damage. We recently were having some problems with algae on our shingles so I called for help. Mary took care of the situation working with the company who made the shingles so we could get our roof cleaned. I was very impressed with the accountability of this company and willingness to help!

Unreliable- STAY AWAY!

Thomas called me during the middle of the week and scheduled a Saturday appointment after being referred by another company to address a roof leak at my home. On the appointment date, he sent a text message canceling the appointment just 30 minutes prior to showing up to my home. He was too unprofessional to even call me to reschedule...

Fast to put roof on crews worked one day and was done wow. Ask for Gary to help you get insurance to help pay for damage.
