PEI- what more can I say!! Mike Hildreth started by following up on their marketing piece (a year ago) as we had hail damage. Mike is courteous and very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies- as our claim got dragged thru the mud - Mike and brother Brad (owner) were very professional and helped us get the best result-we are very pleased (even though it took the insurance company a year to refuse our legitimate claim- don’t use S. F. if you have a Choice)
Yesterday- Alexis and the crew showed up bright and early- well behaved and professional- happy to help! Fast, efficient and a well oil machine! Good morning, we had storm damage at our home and a friend suggested we contact PEI for addressing our issues. I can't say enough about everything they have done for us, from the start calling Brad to get the wheels rolling-James was out to estimate the mess and explained the whole process to us.
What an amazing company! They care about people and follow through on their word.
The work ethic is top notch.
We had tree damage, needed a new metal roof and siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and a window too.
We have a beautiful sunburst that needed to be redone, it was a challenge and required extra time but was completed and is absolutely awesome!

Congratulations on your Reader Choice Awards for best roofing and gutter service. I just wanted to mention that P.E.I. does a fantastic job for those projects, but also offers services in other areas. I had them recently do my roof, gutters, fascia/soffits and wrapping around some windows and doors. The final project this year will be painting and I'm excited to see everything once it's finished. I picked them because I wanted to use a local company. Plus, they have done many, many projects in my area and I hear nothing but positive comments from my neighbors. They didn't disappoint, the crews did a great job, everything looks so nice. I couldn't be happier.

PEI was responsive! Someone (a real person) reached out to me within minutes of my online form completion, letting me know they would get a salesperson in contact with me later that day. PEI knocked on our door after a hail storm last October. I personally hate the entire process of insurance claims and hail damage after a previous poor experience with a different company. Mike walked us through the process and assured me they would take care of us the whole way. PEI was able to get us a new roof, full siding and a new garage door from our insurance company without us having to talk to or fight our insurance. Mike also was able to give suggestions on what would look good on our house and the different types of siding they offer. after the jobs were completed, overall we thought they did a great job. But my husband being a little bit of a perfectionist had a few small things that weren't quite up to his standards. We reached out to Mike and true to their word, they did send someone out to fix the couple items that he wasn't happy with. They did not leave us hanging. They were also very patient with my payments. Every check had to be endorsed by my heloc and mortgage company and that takes time! Even when my checks got lost in the mail, they were still very understanding and offered to help if they could. Overall, I thought they did a good job and definitely made the process as painless as an insurance claim can be. They were easy to communicate with and always returned our texts or calls. I would recommend them.

We worked from start to finish with Jason Lundeen and he was very friendly, wlling to keep us informed throughout the insurance claim process. Even helped day one getting us connected with our insurance company and proper claim info setup. No complaints and highly recommend your company in the future.

I worked with Justin Kowitz specifically. He answered all of my questions throughout the process, was prompt, and best of all- stuck to his word. Highly recommended !

Jason L at PEI went above and beyond to help me file a claim with insurance companies at 2 different locations. He has been up on my roof at least 4 times to check for hail/storm damage, cover an area that had potential for leakage, displaying shingle color samples to help me choose a color, and to inspect the finished job. Our roofs turned out great Jason has been a good communicator, is very knowledgeable, has a great memory, and is readily available.

Jason went over amd above, dealing with my insurance company. He purchased the shingles that they said would match. Put them on my roof and took numerous photos. As it turned out, none of the comparable shingles matched and he fought for me, the homeowner. I was not going to put mismatched shingles on my roof, so I did hire PEI to replace my roof. They did a beautiful job and they cleaned up very well after they were done. I was very impressed with Jason.

I recently had my roof replaced by Professional Exteriors Roofing Company, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike and his team were extremely courteous and attentive, even as the job extended through the winter months. Mike personally handled all the delays and requests for additional information from my insurance company with professionalism and patience, which was a huge relief. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the process was as smooth as possible despite the challenges. I highly recommend Mike and his team for anyone needing roofing services.

I contacted PEI on Oct 7th because I needed my roof assessed to satisfy an insurance company I was working with for a homeowners quote. Angela took my call and was very friendly and professional. She said she would have a sales representative contact me and later that same day I received a call from Justin. He came out the very next day to look at my roof. Justin was ok doing the assessment even though he knew there wasn’t any immediate need of services. He did a great job evaluating my roof and wrote up a summary of what he found. He took pictures and said to have the insurance company contact him if they wanted the pictures. This was my first experience with PEI and based on how well I was treated by Angela and Justin I recommend them as a great company to do business with and I will contact Justin and PEI when I do need exterior services.

Great company! I would recommend them highly. I had a situation where I needed a evaluation of my roof right away. They came out within 2 hours looked at it and gave me an honest evaluation! I will use them again in the future.

Recently, we hired PEI to do a large exterior project for us:
replacing siding, trim, soffits, fascia and shingles to bring our 1995 home back to life. We could not be more happy with the final results. From start to finish, the staff at PEI and the work crews were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.

The site team was great at giving us more than one option when a solution was needed so that we could make the right decision for our home. Jose and his team worked tirelessly for six 11 hour days to bring our home to its new beautiful state ~ each day ending with an hour of clean up.

The staff at PEI were always available if needed and made frequent progress checks with us and the site team throughout the project.

My entire property suffered severe hail damage in July of 2023 across the whole house and out buildings/structures. Professional Exteriors and my rep Jason have been amazing. From the beginning they have been open, honest, transparent and attentive. They have worked closely with me and my insurance company to ensure all the damage is accounted for and repaired. I could not be happier, the detail and quality of work is exceptional (roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, etc.).

Our insurance company would only cover one side of our home's siding after storm damage. PEI matched the new siding to our existing siding perfectly. They finished in one day. Travis was always available to answer all our questions and worked directly with our insurance company.

After a major hail storm, Jason and team took care of everything from estimates to repair and cleanup. All was done well and problems dealt with. I am very satisfied.

I had a different contractor didn't do anything, so when I was at a home and garden show I stopped by pei and talked to Jason he said that he would be able to help. Not only did he help he went above and beyond because my insurance fought tooth and nail every step of the way but Jason didn't back down and after a year and a half I finally got my new roof. And when the work was done the crew at my house went above and beyond cleaning up the shingles that had fallen off the roof.

I have nothing but good things to say about professional exteriors. I was able to meet Jason by chance and like a lot of people, I was skeptical. I knew I needed my siding and likely roof redone due to a hail storm but I kept putting it off. Jason did a thorough inspection on the spot and took the time show me where the damage was and explained what and where the damage was and why I needed it done. I was anxious and apprehensive on pulling the trigger but I am glad I did. I am clueless when it comes to all of these things but he fought tooth and nail with my insurance company to ensure I got what I needed done, done. I want to point out for anyone reading this that he ensured my insurance paid what they needed to. I ended up paying $500 out of pocket but that is nothing compared to the $15k my insurance paid. Initially, when I saw my insurance company only wanted to cover 11k he reassured me the rest would be covered and it was. Jason’s communication throughout this experience was always prompt and professional. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was and how willing he was to explain things in a way I would understand and never made me feel like I was dumb for not knowing something. Like I said earlier, he fought the insurance company like his life depended on it and kept me updated each step of the way. I highly recommend professional exteriors. Thanks again!

Beings a former contractor, I wanted to do some of the work myself. Jonah had no problem working with me to determine what I would repair and what his company would repair. They ended up doing the roof and garage doors and I did the gutters and fascia.

After receiving a referral for them, I hired PEI on several projects including installing gutters, replacing gutters and a roof after storm damage and work on the siding. Several of my neighbors also hired PEI for storm damage repairs. They were so great to work with on everything leading up to the actual work and I was very impressed with how every project turned out, including how well they cleaned up afterward! I’ve had an amazing experience so far with Professional Exteriors Inc. PEI is able to adapt to each customer’s schedule. For instance, my insurance company took longer than usual to complete the scope of work evaluation which worried me. Jason has answered every question that I’ve come across and has assured me the work is worth the wait. I can tell you it is! I personally went through Jonah with PEI and had an awesome experience. For my first time having to go through this process they made it very easy for me and pretty much took on all the responsibility from inspections to insurance. All in all would recommend 100%.

I had storm damage from wind and hail, Jonah stopped in and pointed out more damage than I had seen and suggested I file a claim, PEI handled all the paperwork and was even able to get an additional large expense covered for me even after I was initially told it would not be covered and that was on top of getting a new roof, siding and gutters !.. Brad run's a tight ship. From the moment I called, he was very responsive and professional. He came out to look at my roof, he dealt with the insurance adjuster, which was fantastic! He scheduled a day about a week out to come and start my re-roof. The crew was ahead so they actually started my roof 2 days ahead of time. We needed to have a piece of facia replaced that had blown off in a storm and were on a quick timeframe with closing on the sale of our house. After calling many places with no response, I spoke with Grant at PEI. In a matter of 5 days, he had the facia replaced on our home. This is a class act company. From initial phone call to completion, Grant was professional, courteous, and willing to help with our rapid request. I recommend this company 100%!

Jonah was referred by a friend of mine and I had him come out to have a look at my roof. He detected some storm damage and worked with our insurance company. They ended up replacing the roof on the garage and house and did some siding repair. Jonah was really great to work with from start to finish. I've since referred a couple of my friends to him for work they needed done and they were equally impressed with his work ethic and crew. I should also give a shout out to Troy, the guy who did the siding repairs. Nice guy and really knows his craft.

After a hail storm, we chose PEI as our contractor to do a full new roof and new exterior siding. Our insurance company was very slow and took much back and forth to get the full roof and exterior siding approved. Tim at PEI kept in touch with me and with our insurance company. In the end, it took both of us trying to escalate with insurance to get the funds approved. This approval process alone took 6+ months due to our insurance company. My guess is most contractors would've moved on to other projects. I'm thankful for Tim for the perseverance.

In the end, we got a full new roof and full new exterior siding. We could not be happier with the end results. The install crew was also great.

We had the pleasure of working with Jonah and Tim at Professional Exteriors this fall for repairs from hail damage. They were always professional and courteous and were always on top of things. Their subcontractors were also courteous and professional and did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the work areas very well. Our roof was damaged by a severe hail storm earlier this summer. It's not every year that you have your roof replaced and so I didn't know where to start and was apprehensive about the process. Fortunately I found Jonah Westbury who works for PEI and they did an awesome job on my house and detached garage. He was extremely responsive and worked with my insurance company directly. Jonah is very professional and knew the process inside out which really helped and saved me a lot of time. PEI's work was also done to a very high level as was confirmed by the city inspector who came to look at the finished job. He told me that they were very detailed and he was even impressed with the pictures they took for him and the quality of the work which he said he doesn't always see from other roofers. If you want a low stress experience with high quality work I would definitely recommend Jonah and the team at PEI.
