Our research and conclusions proved to be accurate. Chuck was fantastic to work with in planning and executing our project. I've worked with Chuck and his business, Cedar Creek Construction, a couple times over the years. The first was a minor roof repair, and the second was a full roof replacement.

In both cases Chuck was prompt, courteous, and always returned calls and messages promptly. His work crew showed up on time when I expected them to. He provided clear advice on moving forward with both the labor involved in the project and the best materials to fit the needs of the job. After the work was finished, I was satisfied with the work performed.

Chuck & his team were very responsive, worked with us on timing for prep. work and insulation install. Did a good cleanup job after prep. work & install. Thought a great job at a good price.

We considered 4 different roofing companies when having our roof replaced. They all offered guarantees on the work and product and seemed very similar in many respects. We chose Cedar Creek because they're local AND the owner himself is on site. It was refreshing to deal directly with the owner of the company and not another sales rep.

We are very happy with the roof. It is beautiful! Chuck was on site several times while the work was being done and checked in with us, as well. Once the roof was completed, Chuck went through one last time to make sure there were no remaining nails or debris around the yard.

We needed some trim & siding replacement before painting our home. Cedar Creek Construction & Owner Chuck came out & gave a quote for the work. On 2nd look added another area but held to original quote. He communicated well & the work was professionally done on time. Our project was small but if we needed a larger project done would not hesitate to use them. He reviewed the project & some tips to avoid some areas being wet. No hesitation 5/5 stars. Appreciated using a local company too!

Chuck was in touch with us on a regular basis. We had decision to make about the roof and he was an engaged contractor in our decision making process, not just saying what he thought we wanted to hear. We felt that the input he brought forth was in our best interest in the long run. We never felt rushed or put off. He educated us well on the claim process and what to expect from the insurance company, both in how the payment process worked and in how the insurance companies make their decisions. When we added additional items to be done and he never made it seem as we were inconveniencing him. He took and returned calls in a very timely manner! Chuck and Cedar Creek were wonderful to work with.

In late May 2022 a storm came through my city causing damage to my house which required a full roof replacement. From the first call to the final roof replacement, everything went great. I was always kept informed as the process from first contact, design choice, and working with my insurance company. When the roof team start the replacement, they finished one day and did a great job cleaning up any mess caused by the replacement.

We had an amazing experience with Chuck. As new home owners, we had a lot of questions and he offered explanations of everything they were doing and even gave us extra advice on other house projects. He drove out multiple times and was patient and accommodating with our many requests. We had a little issue on the installation of one of our gutters and they came out and fixed it up just as if it were their own home at no extra cost. Would highly recommend for your next home or business project.

Chuck and team were great to work with on our siding project. He was very professional, communicated well throughout the process and was accommodating as we had changes in the scope of our project. Pricing was fair and he worked with the insurance company to make sure we received all depreciation we were owed for the work performed, including cost increases due to materials pricing.

Chuck from Cedar Creek Construction completed a very extensive replacement of the exterior finishes on our house. This included all of the siding, soffits, facia, gutters, the deck and railings and also included the replacement of all of the windows.
Our project had very extensive detailing and I made several changes in the construction process.
All of the work was completed with excellent workmanship.
All of the subcontractors were very respectful and pleasant to work with. Chuck always kept the job moving and kept us informed of the work schedule. He also was very patient in answering all of my many questions and accommodated all of my many very specific construction details.

Have you ever wished there was a friend out there that will do the right thing for you regarding your roof? I found that Chuck the the Cedar Creek Construction group acted and performed totally trustworthy. If I could give them 6 stars (out of 5) I would.
Our roof was damaged by hail. I was looking for a roofing contractor that I felt I could trust. The first two guys that came to the house, I felt uneasy with. You know, that feeling like they were only telling part of the truth or super quick answers that made you think, he's just giving me ... what he thinks I want to hear.
Chuck on the other hand spent the time with us, made sure that all the details were taken care of, and was very patient as we chose the solution that would be best for us.
Chuck was here on multiple occasions while we were in the planning phase and here making sure the roofing team had all they needed and double checked the cleanup that the team did after the job. To me, this is the part that I expected, what a good owner would do.
But Chuck went beyond that and helped coach us on what he would do. For example, the hail hit during summer and by the time the insurance inspector was out, we were running out of summer. Roofing basically shuts down during winter. He told us he could get the roofing done before winter and explained the pros and cons. But after asking him what he would recommend...he said, I'd wait until Spring and explained some of the dynamics of how shingles work and needing heat.
The point is that he could have had the money in hand fall last year, but gave his opinion that we should wait for spring.
One more story I would like to tell is regarding the actual roofing job. Chuck said it would be probably 3 days for a roof our size to be done. So we were expecting pounding and mess for 3 days. Chuck also knew that my 96 year old father-in-law was here. So he pulled a rabbit out of his hat. Instead of having one crew on our roof for 3 days, he put 3 crews on our roof for one day.
It was like watching ants ripping out and installing the roof again. I think at one time there were 15 guys up on the room and 3 on the ground cleaning things up and handing things needed to the team on the roof. In less than a full day, these guys did our whole roof. All done before precipitation that evening.
Hopefully you see how satisfied with Chuck and his company. Would I recommend them...HECK YES!

We went with Cedar Creek Construction for roof repairs due to storm damage based on a referral from somebody who also used Cedar Creek and was pleased with the work they had done. We were very happy with the service and work done. Chuck met us to inspect the roof and explain the process and once that was done he took it from there, he told us how to file a claim with our insurance company and once that was done he stayed in contact with them about the cost of the project. When it came to the actual work they showed up on the agreed upon day did the job professionally and faster then estimated and cleaned up everything with such professional detail that it was almost as though they were never there. They only proof that they were was an awesome new roof. Chuck stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. He made sure he was there when the job was being done in case we had any questions and once it was done he made sure we were satisfied.
This is easily a 5 star review. We couldn’t be happier with the services provided by this company. Chuck and his workers were professional, thorough, quick and skilled throughout the entire process.

We had hail damage to both our roof and siding. We had a big company from the cities and Chuck both give us quotes. Chuck was very down to earth and honest about everything and his quote was far less than the other company. I can honestly say we were SO happy we went with Chuck . We decided to do a few improvements on the home at the same time and change the roof line and add a porch. Chuck and his crews were quick and efficient, but got the work done the right way. Chuck was there to make sure things were done correctly and would have the crew change things if he didn't like it. The siding crew was small (2-3) so our place took quite a few days, but they were very picky about their work and went above and beyond being detailed. One thing I loved about the work is that they used color-match caulking around the windows and doors for extra water protection. It all turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier! We still have the porch ceiling to finish, but we absolutely love the way they were able to tie in the roof line to create the covered porch! We get SO many compliments!

Cedar Creek installed new LP SmartSide on our home and they did a great job. They finished the project in a timely manner and their installers were true craftsmen.

pricing was competitive. Chuck was honest with his advice and willing to work with specific design ideas we had, as well as putting up with me doing some new fixtures and painting through the process.
Good, quality work and skillful bending done around the windows and facia really gives our home a crisp, clean look. The crew kept the jobsite surprisingly tidy and neat throughout the work.

I hired Cedar Creek through a referral from my painters. Chuck was able to get and match the existing rough cut cedar on the front of my house. He did a great job. Workmanship and quality of his work was 100%. I was well satisfied with the job he did. I will definitely hire him again for any work I may need done in the future.

I can’t express how happy I was with Chuck and Cedar Creek Construction. I’ve never had to use insurance for a claim for my home and was quite concerned on the process after the horrific Blaine Hail storm last fall. Chuck swooped in and guided me through the process, worked directly with the insurance company, negotiated with them when they were doing what insurance does and trying to deny certain things to ensure we got a full siding and roof replacement and litterally took care of all the details. All I had to do was pick out the color of the siding and which shingles I wanted. I was one of the first houses in my neighborhood to be finished and he helped me make some decisions that actually saved me some money. The cleanup appeared as if they were never even there.

There was one incident with a piece of siding we noticed months later. Chuck literally came at 8am the next morning in 2’ of snow and extremely cold weather and fixed the piece himself! That says something about the pride in level of work your getting with Cedar Creek. Unbelievable work, dedication and craftsmanship.

The only negative thing I could possibly say is how sad I was when I called to hire Chuck and Cedar Creek again this spring for a pool, fence and deck installation and was told they don’t do pools. I Had to use multiple contractors and was quickly reminded why we wanted to stay with Cedar Creek in the first place. Was a terrible experience that took 2 months longer then expected and $8,000 over budget. And permit still isn’t closed.

I would not only recommend Chuck and Cedar creek for anything but will do everything possible to ensure they are the only company I use and trust with my home whenever possible. Thanks Chuck.
