Nate and his team Replaced all my old vinyl windows and patio door with new Infinity by Marvin windows and doors. All of the window boxes and trim were replaced and look amazing! I’m very happy with the experience. Nate was a great partner on my project. I had answers to any questions I had within a few hours prior to installation. Nate was on site every day with his crew and always checked in with me on the schedule for the day as well as expected start and end times. The Coffer team did a SUPERB job! They installed 8 windows, 2 patio doors, and 1 main door. They arrived on time and got to work right away. They operated like a well-oiled machine. And to top it off, we had a roof issue not associated with our siding project and Nate quickly deployed his roofing expert who solved the issue in minutes for a very small fee. CCR solved my roofing problem and updated the look of my home!

For the last 26 years my roof would leak periodically in the fall and spring time. I had my roof replaced 15 years ago, but the problem persisted. CCR reroofed my home and found out there was a large piece of tin flashing that was under the tar paper, directly on top of the wood roof decking. It would frost up in the cold weather and hold a lot of moisture, then melt and leak into my home every fall and spring.

The other “top name” contractor never bothered to dig deep enough into the problem to solve it; they just roofed over it and considered it fixed. Coffer Custom Remodeling was concerned about resolving my roof leak BEFORE they reroofed my home. I really appreciate that.

The CCR roofing crew worked a 12-hour day in the 90-degree heat and came back early the next morning and finished by noon. They were some of the hardest working roofers that I had ever seen and did an excellent job. They even cleaned everything up each day and left my property just like it was before they started.

CCR is not your average contractor, they really care about their clients, and it shows in their attitude and their workmanship.

They did an excellent job of removing a bedroom deck and replacing it with a window. All workers were very professional and courteous.

I had a great experience with these guys. They not only did a great job on the new windows, they followed up with me on an issue with one of the windows after the sale. We were extremely happy with the work that Coffer did on replacing a large, custom designed window in our home. They were efficient and timely on the appointed installation day, and most importantly, pointed out a major deficiency on the outside of the house that had led to the deterioration of the original window, a defect that our siding company neglected to show us when the siding was replaced in December. They willingly repaired the defective and rotted wood around the window and made sure to seal, fill and insulate the new window to insure it won't happen again. We will certainly use this company again should the need arise in the future, and you would do well to hire them for any needs you have. I will readily recommend them to anyone.

Nate came out to inspect my roof and siding for storm damage and was even ten minutes early to our scheduled appointment time! Nate and his team dealt with my insurance and really made the process way too easy. He kept me updated throughout the whole process from beginning to end and got the whole job done within just a few weeks from the initial storm. I will definitely be calling him again in the near future to have him do my windows that are going to need replacement from old age and also any other needs that may arise. Happy customer!

We had new windows installed. Crew was very efficient and did an excellent job installing several windows and a new patio door. Every took the extra step adding a kick plate under the patio door where previous kicking had damaged the siding. Very friendly and cleaned up very well after they were done. CCR added a huge picture window (8 feet by 4 feet) in a room that did not have a window in my house. I'm SO happy with the results. It's gorgeous.
I liked working with CCR. You get to talk to the very person who does the work and who stands by the work.
In fact, they did the window installation in such a way that I didn't have to do drywall-and-painting in my home. That was SO convenient.

Coffer Remodel has helped with a few projects. The first was a replacement of 27 windows in my 100-year-old house. Since Nate and his crew were very professional and showed genuine concern for making sure everything was satisfactory, I had them also replace my roof shingles, and gutters. There were some hiccups, but I always felt Coffer had my home in best interest for getting things right. I'd use their services again.

CCR helped me replace two sets of sliding doors in my condo that open to a 12th floor balcony. They recommended doors from Anderson that would work without having to spend thousands extra on custom-built. The new doors look amazing. They took care of clean-up and removal of all the debris and made sure everything met my expectations. They even made sure that one of the doors had a key in case I accidentally locked myself out. I never would have thought of that. Really thoughtful service. Now, when it's time to do the kitchen, I know who to call!

Awesome company, Zac came over during the insurance inspection and secured even more funds then the insurance company was going to issue just by being diligent and doing his job well. Our roof was one of the first ones done in our neighborhood after a huge storm and it was completed in one day! CCR also upgraded my shingles from 3-tab to architectural at no extra cost!!! They were great from the inspection up to the completion and we look forward to using them again in the future.
