What an amazing experience with Ascension Roofing. I called for an estimate on a Saturday morning thinking they’d get a hold of me the next week and Mike was out that day to do my estimate. I had several other companies give estimates. Ascension was right in the middle, but the professionalism and level of confidence made me go with them and not the low guy. The job was done in one day and it looks better than the original roof. The crew was amazing. I think I got to meet the whole team as they were doing some photo shoots and from top to bottom this team was full of class. There were a couple of other things that fell within their purview that I had them do after I saw just how amazing the team was things that I’ve been procrastinating for years. Customer experience was over the top I could not be happier.

After our home roof was replaced due to soggy boards earlier this year, we found ourselves calling Brian a second time, after the August 26 straight-line winds. We had 30 ft pines land on our Pole barn and shingles torn off our shed, their timeliness, attention to detail, and quality puts them ahead of the rest! We'll always call Ascension Roofing.

Mike helped us through our insurance claim and tracked down matching siding for us on a smaller project. Will definitely be using Ascension for my bigger projects as well

We just had our roof replaced by Ascension Roofing and would 100% recommend them. Mike Gensmer was fantastic to work with and would recommend working with him in a heartbeat- Mike managed every aspect from doing an initial inspection to being present during the insurance claims adjuster’s inspection through being on-site at installation. I really appreciated how responsive Mike was to any/all questions and taking the time to provide his expertise on the entire process. The day of installation went like clockwork with absolutely zero issues. The phenomenal crew went from tear off to finished install in less than 8 hours. Overall, the attention to detail and quality is exceptional, and am very happy with the results!

Great communication from Mike from Ascension Roofing from start to end! We had minor storm damage to our roof following a storm, and Ascension Roofing’s team was prompt & professional in repairing our roof and not making us feel like our job was too small.

Through a very lengthy process of dealing with our insurance Chad and team stuck with us and helped us every step of the way. Eventually Ascension Roofing replaced our roof and we could not be happier. They do great work and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job from tear off to clean up.

I have had Ascension Roofing help me on two different issues on my home in the last year and both times they have been excellent! The first time I called them was for an intermittent leak that had been going on for years. Several different people had tried to find it. The person for Ascension found it in about 10 minutes, gave a reasonable quote and within a few days a very pleasant crew came out and fixed the problem. Then last week I called again and asked if they could take a look at my unique custom gutters and try to figure out a way to put gutter guards on them. I had been told by two different companies it couldn’t be done because there was no back lip. Sure enough, Ascension immediately figured it out, gave a reasonable quote and completed the week with in a few days of my original inquiry. Their service people are very friendly and their work is excellent.

I called Ascension roofing for an estimate on possible hail damage to our roof. Chad came and verified we did have damage. He patiently worked with us to get the details worked out as there were delays with our insurance. All work done was professionally and in a timely manner. Chad was easy to work with and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend Ascension roofing and I will use them again myself.

We had a small leak in our roof into the attached garage. We could not get any roofing company to even consider a small repair they just wanted the big money for doing a complete roof. Then Ascension Roofing had Mike Gensmer come and look at the problem. In 15 minutes he found the problem and fixed it. We had a big rain storm last night and there was no leak. Fantastic and he didn't even charge us anything. When we do need a roof we will definitely call them because they care about the customer not the money.

Ascension roofed our home and 4 other buildings for us. Our project manager, Dustin, was organized and easy to work with. Their response time, and attention to detail was good. We had some special requests and they were able to help with them. I would highly recommend Dustin and Ascension to anyone.

I received three bids to replace the leaky metal roof on my barn and to repair the roof on my house. Brian came out, took measurements and gave me the best bid same day. Brian and his whole crew are great they did 2 buildings for me. My home has 6 solar tubes and 2 Velux traditional skylights so there was extra flashing to be done. They did a great job on all of the roofing, and clean up but also working with my insurance company as the insurance company calculated the square footage of the roof wrong and tried to short the job, Which Brian was able to get corrected in a timely manor. They also helped me with some damaged windows, soffit, facia, etc. it all looks great

I put in for a free estimate for a new roof. Received a call promptly from Dustin. He came out checked everything and came back with an estimate a couple of days later. Price was reasonable . All I can tell you that everything went great. He kept in contact with me as to what was going on. We had a rain delay for a couple of days. Then the crew came out and they were so professional and so synchronized with the installation. The cleanup was wonderful.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. Had storm/snow damage my shop roof which led to water leaks. State farm decided to drag their feet for over a year with my claim. Chad and his team went above and beyond helping me fight with them to get everything taken care of the correct way and had the whole roof replaced.

We just had our garage and house reshingled, along with gutters, covers, and selected trim. Excellent work was provided by Chad Finney, project manager with Ascension Roofing & Siding and his friendly crews. Roofing was completed in one day, with a second day for gutters and trim. They were quick to respond to questions and resolving minor issues. My wife was especially impressed by how thorough they were with their post-installation yard cleanup.

Chad gave the quote and stuck with me through the project to answer any additional questions I might have had. He stopped by the morning of the project start and showed up afterwards to run something around the house to pick up any nails that might be on the ground and went up on the roof to do his own quality check. It took 4 and a half weeks to side our house. We have a defective roof on our house and shed. The company had over 6 months to work on a solution with the manufacturer. Now it is up to us to try and get it taken care of. We were told by the supe who oversaw our repairs that we need to pay the bill in full so he can receive his commission on the job..even though there is no resolution on either of our roofs that we hired them for.

Scott worked very hard with the insurance company to get the entire roof replaced. His team did the job in one day. It was well done. We are very pleased. Ralph and Barbara Egbert

Some roof deck repair and some soffit and facia repair. Very impressed. Ascension replaced the roof on two buildings within our Homeowners association. Great job and very customer focused. We noticed a minor issue months after the work was complete and they were out the same week to fix it with no hassle or issue.

UPDATE:
2023:After a nasty hail storm, we ended up having some damage the year following having them out for inspection. They came out- inspected again and we ended up with a new roof, siding, and the miscellaneous other things damaged. The process was so easy thanks to Chad, the project manager. Everything was well done and done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

2022: Beyond impressed with Ascension! We had them out for an inspection, really thinking we had damage & we didn’t! They were SO HONEST, responsive, professional, and truly kind. From the office staff to the project manager the customer service was top notch! Would recommend a million times over and we will never go another route.

I was super impressed with the roof inspection that Lowell Hansen did with my house. He was extremely thorough with his inspection circling with chalk shingles that were damaged by hail. He took photos and explained all the options available to me.

Ascension recently completed replacing 64 year old siding. After a slightly rough start, Dan S. orchestrated completing the work, from a quality perspective, in outstanding fashion.
Previously, Ascension installed a large bay window and exterior door. We couldn't have experience better efficiency, economy and trouble free results.
Update: it has now been one year since a new bay window was put in. Windows do not buffer noise well. Cold leaks through. Insect seem to be coming in around and under frame.

2 years ago they did a FANTASTIC job replacing my roof. I love the job they did to this day.
Recently I noticed some siding pieces coming loose. It was a small job, but I could not take care of it myself. I was concerned the job would be too small for any company. Ascension was the first and last call I made. I was assured the size of the job was not a problem and Scott came out for the estimate.
I was SHOCKED with how low the cost was. I was expecting 6 to 8 times the cost. Icing on the cake, he did the job right there and then. The work was wonderful and very professional.
Ascension Roofing and Siding cares about their customers and the job they do. The staff is fantastic and the cost is the best. No matter how big or small the job Ascension is the ONLY company I would recommend.
