Liberty Exteriors replaced some of our windows and siding, they did an excellent job and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend them!

We had a minor issue that needed to be fixed. Once the Manager, Eric, was notified about it he showed up the same day (even after hours) and told us it would be fixed within a few days. A couple days later a crew came out and fixed the issue. We were very happy with the customer service.

Our experience actually began 2 years ago when Isanti County had a terrible storm come through…originally I had contacted another local company and thought everything was going fine…then nothing from that company. I was thinking of other companies to call and thought of Liberty Exteriors as we had seen their business signs all over town and in MANY yards…I called them and Eric was out the next day! In that storm we had a lot of damage to our roof, garage and siding and he mentioned we could change the color of our siding- I was soo excited…I told him the color and he immediately showed us some pictures of homes he recently sided with that color combo, which was very helpful because it was not the color for us in the long run. Eric continued to be in touch with either myself or my husband during this entire process. Another big storm came through and broke our living room window. I already knew who to call-yep Eric! Again, he came out immediately and got to work! Everything is completed and we love our new roof, siding, garage doors and windows! I have no real experience picking those items out and imagining what everything would look like and he was very helpful with all of our decisions too! We are lucky to have found such a reputable company within our small community! Thanks again.

Liberty Exteriors did a great job for us. They installed a roof on our house and separate 3-car garage all in one day. From tear off, cleanup to installation, they were very professional, courteous and quick to answer my questions. They also replaced an existing skylight with a new one. I would recommend this contractor for your exterior house needs.

Liberty has done work for us in the past that was done very well and that is why I called them. I needed an entire new roof on my garage. While the process took longer than I had expected the end result was very professional and looks fabulous. I would highly recommend Liberty to anybody needing any exterior work done.

Our skylights were leaking and we needed to get it fixed and Liberty Exteriors, LLC came out the same day and fixed our roof and kept us from getting any more damage in the house. Had they not came out the same day, we would have had a lot of water damage done to our home from the rains that happened, over the next few days. We were both so relieved! They saved us lots of money, time, stress and they were very affordable. The quality of work was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

All I have to say is that Liberty Roofing & Exteriors were absolutely amazing to deal with our home was hit by hail last September. James and Brian were so thorough from contacting my insurance company and working out our claim for a new roof for our house and garage.

The roofing crew were top notch from tearing off the old shingles, putting on the new shingles and finally cleaning up. This all happened by the second week of November!! Fast! I highly recommend Liberty Roofing & Exteriors to anyone who needs to have a new roof.

I needed a roof repair on short notice. Two other roofing companies started the project and did not complete the job putting me in a timeline crunch. Ed and his team came over right away, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem to meet my deadline. I wish I would have called call Liberty Exteriors first. I had James as my representative throughout my claims process. He took the time to show me the damage done to my home, educate me on my policy, my options as a home owner, as well as the pros and cons of my available options.

He successfully advocated for my claim to a reluctant insurance representative, and fought for every dollar i deserved. The project was organized and competed in a timely matter with quality craftsmanship.

Dealing with property damage and insurance claims is never a fun ordeal, but James made the entire process smooth and painless. I highly recommend his services.

We had our house reroofed by Liberty last summer. I have never been so delighted with a company. They came when they said they would, did a fantastic job, and finished exactly when promised. Their crew worked so hard and so fast that I was amazed. We have a large, multi peaked roof and lots of vegetation around the house. There wasn’t a bit of roofing materials or nails or anything left when they finished. I’ve reroofed my house several times and never experienced anything like this. Oh, and one more thing, a carpenter friend was here yesterday and asked who did the roofing because it was an excellent job.

After major hail damage they replaced my roof, siding, windows, and doors. Shoo the storm chasers away and call these guys. Eric, Rick and all the guys are really great to work with. Very satisfied, they handled it all.

Had the bad experience of dealing with the salesmans pitch and the salesman never pulled a permit from city and with the city doing a 5K marathon noticed a new deck on my house found permit not pulled, Electric company rehung electrical and had extra holes in siding put on by his company originally and dealing with the owner I had found out his installers (brother of owner and his crew) did not tape the seams of my fanfold insulation as was in my contract and when discussed what he was going to do..... nothing but argue with customer and zero satisfaction and told me what I should have wanted not as what contract said..... if you don't stay watching their work you may not get what you expected.
A customer should never have to question a company if they did it right or cut corners.
Only found this out when I was going to replace a piece of siding after connexus changed their monitoring equipment mounting not having a mast any longer.....
