I had an excellent experience with RJI, working with Anthony, Taylor and the rest of the employees in the office was easy and they kept me up to date every step of the process. The crew that worked on my roof came as scheduled and immediately got to work after the foreman checked in with me, they completed the job by mid afternoon and cleaned up the premises as if they had not been there. Follow up right through completion was awesome! Thank You RJI.

I previously had a issue with lack of follow through by a sales person and gave a amended review from a 1 to a 4 which they deserved with their follow through. After watching one of their crews tear off and replace my immediate neighbors roof in about 5 hours as i watched the entire process, their installers and on site staff deserve this 5 star review.

RJI did an amazing job replacing our roof! We truly appreciated Derek’s calm demeanor and professionalism and not being pushy. He explained the complex details involved in an easy-to-understand way which can be overwhelming when you see it all laid out. Josh, the project manager was awesome as well as and was also professional and good to work with.

We started working with RJI Professionals after those huge storms came through about four years ago. There was the second contractor to knock on our door to offer services. We were skeptical since we had already gone through one contractor with not much success. I’m so glad we took a chance! Not only was their service exceptional during the original work, but they truly do honor their warranties. We have had several issues with our gutters since original install and as soon as I reach out to them, they send someone out. They have repaired them a couple of times in some of our problem areas. Today they came out and replaced an entire length of gutter at no cost to us. I can honestly say they are a wonderful to work with and truly represent good customer service. Highly recommend!

As our Roof was a difficult one - Steep 19/12 RJI Had a Superintendent on site thru the project, RJI's crew was as Professional as the management Team.
After Completion and clean up RJI Trever came out and did a double walk a round the house and made sure our site was all clean and picked up ( the following week after the work was complete and cleaned up) and made sure that we were satisfied with the work.

I had an excellent experience with RJI. They came in after my insurance company denied our claim. They put in for a reinspection and got the claim approved for a new roof. They worked with me continually through the process and always kept me in the loop even while the insurance company took months longer than expected every step of the way. They were good advocates for me as a homeowner and they were good at the construction side of the job as well.

RJ responded promptly to my call. Scheduled appointment to inspect roof. RJ inspected roof throughly, presented photos of damage done by hail on food, vents, and gutter. He walked me through the proces s to file claim with insurance company, and what process to do if there is no claim. Answers questions via phone, email, and text. Professional person.

Entering this review for my 81 year old Mom who had an extensive hail claim for her home and 2 sheds. RJI was very professional and responsive. They handled all the insurance details and coordinated the whole process seamlessly. Considering how overwhelming a lot of storm damage can be, that was just wonderful. They also were faster than the other companies that neighbors had, by A lot!. Communication was excellent she was never unsure of what was happening and when. She absolutely loves the windows that were replaced that are better quality than she had before. Everyone worked as a seamless team. Cleanup after work completion was exemplary . Mom was super happy. Trust me that says a lot.

Sales person of this company solicited me for an inspection on my roof in Waconia, I was unaware of any hail storm but agreed to let my roof be inspected. I had another hail claim on another property we own and asked him to look at that one also. My Waconia roof was undamaged so I asked about the other roof damage that had a leaking problem that this person looked at and we talked about options & he said he'd get back to me. I called him 3 times and never called back "crickets", I called back after that and asked for the photo's he took so I could proceed. "crickets" no call. I guess I'm glad I didn't use this company. If I had used them and had issue, "crickets" is not an option.
We certainly got off to a bad start but this company reached out immediately and we worked this out for a much better ending. They ended up doing the job at a very satisfactory price

Great service and results! I would highly recommend!

Last fall, I saw many of their signs (as well as another contractor) in the neighborhood. I didn't really recall when damage would have occurred but I called them out for an inspection. They went above and beyond when dealing with my insurance company. By the time insurance agreed to pay, winter was approaching. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they would wait until spring to do the work. Shadier companies would have done it over winter ensuring a decreased life for my roof.

RJI replaced our Roof and Windows. The plan was to have roof done but with the great work they inspected on there own our windows and end up getting hail damage on them aswell. RJI is so professional, informative, treated us with respect and kindness. I’ll refer RJI to anyone trust is a big deal and we trust them.

Extremely upset!! Hired RJI Professionals to replace my roof due to large hole in roof from storm damage in October of '23! HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL. It is now the middle of April '24 and just received phone message they will call in 2 weeks to schedule roof replacement in 4 to 6 weeks! This after the mildest winter ever.Very unacceptable. CEILING Damage that cannot be repaired until roof fixed.Unable to use an entire room and unable to list house for sale. They have delayed life. I feel all monies should be returned and a company that can actually deliver said promised services can be hired at this point. Very unhappy and disappointed in Forest Lake!

RJI provided professional roofing and siding services. From the Sales Representative to the construction workers were extremely competent. They kept to the scope of the contract and notified me of any potential changes in the construction schedule. The job was completed without a need for any rework. The company was very familiar with insurance procedures and were patient with payments delays due to the insurance process. If you can get Mr. Romero as a sales representative or project manager, he'll make the process easy and seemless.

I needed to get my roof replaced due to hail damage and I have been really impressed with RJI's work on my house in the past (2 times prior to this replacement - not all for my roof). I didn't hesitate for a second and called RJI and they came out and took care of everything quickly and the quality was top-notch! I needed a new roof for my house and 3 car garage. They were fast and completed the job in two days! What really impressed me was how they cleaned up everything. One gutter was damaged and they came back and fixed it. Completely satisfied

They did a great job of replacing the shingles and taking the old away, which was expected. But what I appreciated was them being available when I had questions before, during and after. They followed up as promised.

We had our roofing and siding replaced due to Hail damage. They sent someone out to look at the damage and estimate the repairs he was so kind and friendly. RJI worked with our insurance company so we did not have to deal with that. First repair was our roof. Supplies were delivered ahead and the people that did the repair were amazing hard worker never took a break had damaged shingles off and new ones on and were done in like 6 hrs. RJI come before, during and after make sure everything was right. Second come the house siding another amazing job. I will say not everybody is perfect but they were a few little issues but if you called them they returned your call and fixed the issue within a day again great customer service. All the people we had to work with worker wise and RJI company wise were so kind and friendly and YES we would recommended them to others. Great job RJI keep up the great work and customer service.

We had a great experience working with the entire team at RJI. Replaced our Roof and Gutters after a hail damage. Exceptional quality of work and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Also made sure we where satisfied with the work preformed. I'd recommend RJI to anyone!

They replaced our roof professionally and assisted in installing my sun tube which is amazing to say the least! Their clean up, I was very pleased with!

Taylor Stussy and his team advocated for us and stood firm with the insurance firm, even when they were trying to nickel and dime my family. They went above and beyond so secure the funding to cover our repairs due to the June 10th Hailstorm in Waukesha and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. I would strongly recommend RJI and would use their services again if the need arises.

Originally, we were bummed because some of our flowers and gardens were damaged during the roof repair.

However, the owner came through with flying colorings and felt awful.

Everything is more than good now and we appreciated the sincere response and service.

It would’ve been easy for this company to brush off our original review, but they did not, and we sincerely appreciate their efforts.

Would definitely use the company again.

RJI did a great job on our roof. Our salesman, Wes, was very patient with all our questions. The staff at RJI took care of dealing with our insurance company and made the project go smoothly. We wanted to delay our project start date a bit - and RJI followed through and did the work when we wanted it done. Getting a new roof is a messy project - no way around that - and I will admit I was worried about how things would look when they were done, but once RJI was done, everything was cleaned up and looked great. We had one very minor issue that wasn't a huge deal to me, but when I mentioned it to the staff at RJI - they came out that same week and took care of it. No questions. Thank you RJI. Code: 123

We had a great experience with RJI and everyone I dealt with was helpful throughout the process. Had roof replacement from storm damage and also window replacement. One thing I appreciated most was how much RJI help with my insurance company. Very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Joe with RJI was my sales guy and was easily the best person I've dealt with regarding home repairs. From there RJI staff made all scheduling and repairs seamless. Also very responsive when I had questions. I had roof, siding and gutter damage which was all replaced to the highest quality. These are the only general contractors I would recommend.

RJI did an excellent job on replacing our roof and other issues from storm damage. They kept fighting for us with our insurance company and was able to get our new roof installed very quickly. I will use them again if we need to have any repairs to our house.

We had some hail damage that included roof replacement, painting the house, new gutters and small wood repairs. Working with RJI was very easy. They dealt with the insurance company, twice + +! Made sure we understood how the process worked. When the crew arrived to do the work they were super professional. Their subcontractors have been outstanding also! Great company equates working with other great companies. Still in the process and very satisfied.

I had a house fire that ended up needing a full rebuild of the house. RJI did a very good job handling all aspects and communicated great with what I wanted to do. Everyone helped a lot and made sure everything went good!

Andrew and Weston were the first contact with RJI and was impressed with their knowledge and understanding of the work needed to be done.
Being a fussy senior they found homes in the area with the color of roofs we were trying to decide on and went out of their way to make sure we would be happy with the color we would pick.
The women in the office were GREAT on paper work and warranty stuff and you could not ask for better service , very much appreciated their patience with me.
They also notice that the sky lights were damaged and we ended up with a better looking skylight from inside the house than the original installation when house was built.

I had a tree limb go through my roof late last fall. RJI came out the same day to patch the hole and ensure I was safe through the winter… since the temperatures were too cold for a full roof repair.
When they returned the nest year to do the repair, in warmer weather, the entire team was so friendly, professional, polite, and efficient. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The repair crew was courteous, hard-working, and did a wonderful job keeping the site clean… then did a last round of cleaning leaving my decks and yard better than when they arrived!

We had some hail damage and the entire roof needed to be replaced. RJI made it so easy. They dealt with the insurance company. They walked us through what the insurance adjuster saw and explained each line item. For something you just don't want to deal with, having to replace a roof because of weather, it was such an easy process. I called this company today to see if they could send someone out to check why we are having some water leaking from the exhaust vent in our bathroom. I just wanted someone to go on the roof and check if the roof vent or the surrounding roof needed repair and give me an estimate of the repair cost. Within an hour they had a couple of their guys at my house and up on the roof to look it over. They said everything around the vent looked sound and didn't need any repair and then checked inside the vent and discovered a few small wasp nests inside the vent. He pulled the nests out which appeared to be blocking the sealing flap which was probably causing condensation that dripped back into the house. Thankfully he didn't get stung (at least he didn't say he had) even though a wasp flew out and hopefully he corrected the problem as well. He also examined the condition of the rest of the roof and said it should be good for a few years at least. Before they left I asked if they could just send me a bill for their work and I would send them a payment. He said there was no charge for it which surprised me because he did hopefully correct my issue. Not sure many other contractors would have done the same but nevertheless I appreciated it. They will definitely be getting a call from me when it comes time to replace the roof or any other work I can't do myself. Thanks again guys! You're the best!

I was hit with a severe storm with golf ball size hail, had damage to my roofs, windows and other things. RJI was on the scene for all the repairs. I also had three new windows installed. The RJI crews where awesome to have around to do the repairs. They where very friendly and professional on everything aspect of the job. RJI Professionals are great! They recently replaced my storm damaged roof on my house and it was a stress-free experience due to this terrific company. I needed it done fast, as I was ready to list my house for sale and did not need another hassle to deal with. Mark Theis, my sales person was so helpful, never "pushy" as some contractors can be, and he expedited my re-roof so I could stay on track in listing my home. Their office manager, Terri Mattson, supported me throughout the process. She helped me manage all the paperwork between the ins company, mortgage co, and anything else that was needed. She kept me informed along the way which gave me tremendous peace of mind. The work was done on time, looks fabulous and now my house is selling. We have a ridiculously sloped roof with tons of peaks and it is huge. These guys did the whole thing in two days, with a hard frost. They kept the work site very clean during the process and did meticulous cleanup afterwards. We are extremely impressed and grateful for their hard work. If you need anything done with your roof, CALL RJI! You wont be disappointed!

These guys are top notch. They not only did a great job on my roof but patiently worked with me all summer answering all my questions, including the dumb ones and even went to bat for me with my insurance! Once everything was worked out they had my roof re-shingled in about a day and a half. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Shout out to Ryon, Charlie and Derek!!!

My property was hit by a hail storm in July 2019 and I began working with the RJI team. I was impressed from the first person I worked with and continued to be impressed throughout the entire process. They did the roofing on my house, my screen porch and bunkhouse, including facia work. Each individual was outstanding to work with and they all made what could have been a stressful process into something so easy. I highly recommend this company.

RJI made significant improvement in the appearance of our home, and in a timely manner. All of the soffits were replaced and chutes added for much improved ventilation of the attic. I needed this done to help prevent ice dams during the snowy months. They also wrapped all of the fascia and all of the window and door trim. This made a great improvement in the appearance of the house and I no longer need to paint these areas! Also new rain gutters and downspouts were replaced with product which is very high quality. I am well pleased with the work that was done and the efficiency with which it was completed.

We had residential siding, roofing, and windows done. The work turned out great. The team was excellent to work with. They had great attention to detail and took care of everything down to the smallest thing to the point I am happy with the entire job. I highly recommend RJI.
