Charles was great from the start- thorough with his initial survey and walking us through the steps of the process and the materials of the job. The entire installation team was professional and kind. I recently had a roof and gutters installed from Pro Exteriors. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly. It looks great. They were professional. My yard was left clean and picked up. I am happy with the job they completed.

I am in the process of getting solar installed on my home and had multiple company’s come to my house and give me a quote. Not only was their quote the lowest but they also offered the best warranty.

Aside from the cost and warranty the communication was easily done through text with frequent updates regarding the upcoming job. A packet with different shingle options were delivered to my house a month prior allowing ample time to decide on my lifetime roof.

Another aspect that stood out to me was the operation and installation. It was timely (1-2 days) regardless of the multiple layers of shingles and broken plywood that needed repair. The dumpster was picked up the same day and everything was returned to the location it previously was in my yard. It was as if the installation never occurred.

Even if you have a company already in mind for your roofing project give them a call anyway. Their quote process is virtual and they can give you the quote instantly. Not only is this quote instant but it’s accurate to what the actual cost will me.

I am very happy with the work that was done and will use them again in 50 years if I am still alive to need another roof on my home!

I had a great experience with Pro Exteriors from start to finish of my roofing job. Within a day of my first inquiry Charles had come out for a visual inspection, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed, itemized quote. The price was in line with the other /reasonable/ quotes I'd received and there were no surprise charges at the end of the job (that's to say, it cost me exactly what they said it would). After signing the contract, they even came out in a rainstorm that day for a quick patch over my leaky roof.
After a couple weeks of wrangling with Sunnova & Trinity trying to remove my solar panels for this roof replacement, Charles was able to provide a seamless solution with a subcontractor which quickly got things moving. The solar guys were also great to work with!
The roof itself was done efficiently & they did a pretty good job cleaning up afterward. Great communication all the way through. And the most important part – three heavy rainstorms later, my roof isn’t leaking! I unreservedly recommend Pro Exteriors for a roofing job. They’re at the top of my list for any future big projects, too.
