I am the Security & Facilities Coordinator for Cromwell Public Schools. My experience with working with Atlas Fence was "Outstanding". Atlas was prompt to meet with me and estimate/quote the repair to a parking lot gate/fence. The work was completed by Atlas in a very timely manner. Because it involved a school and children using the area for recess, Atlas did the work at their location and worked around our schedule to re-install the new gate/fence when it was convenient for the school.

My overall rating would be Excellent, Above Expectations, very satisfied. I cannot report any negative part of the entire process.

I am writing this review 4 years after having the fence installed and it is still holding up strong and looks amazing!

The installation was a bit complicated as it had to fit the already existing patio footprint. The Atlas folks did an outstanding job making the match and the result is beautiful. Skill and magic came together.

I used Atlas for fencing around my pool and they did a phenomenal job! The price was very reasonable, and the workers were professional, quick, and courteous! I highly recommend Atlas for any fencing you may need! Use them and get the job done right!

Absolutely love Atlas, I have had them come twice in the past few years to complete the fencing I needed in my yard, quick responses, fast delivery and very professional work. The vinyl fence is top quality, would highly recommend and definitely have them come for any other fencing needs I might have.

We needed a fence installed on a difficult slope and the people at Atlas were very helpful with creating the look that we wanted. The fence looks good as new 2 years later.

1988 Atlas installed a 6’ chain link fence (approximately 175 feet) with two large swing gates for the driveway sato secure and to accommodate my two German Shepherds . They did a superior job .

We’ve used Atlas to extend an existing decorative fence, replace an arbor and fabricate a multi-mailbox installation. Each project went smoothly without issues or lengthy delays. Pleasure to do business with these folks.

After getting 3 estimates for a stockade fence, I ended up going with Acme-despite their bid not being the lowest. They sold me on their professionalism and customer service in the initial meeting. Communication was excellent and the completed job was perfect. Trust and courtesy speak volumes.

We love our new Atlas Shed. We were able to add customized features that made it even more unique and a good fit for our historic home and historic neighborhood. Once we finish landscaping we will post the finished look. Thank you team Atlas:)

Atlas was recommended to me by my pool company as part of an extensive pool installation in 2022. The design process for this combination solid wood and split rail pool fence went well. However it was clear that the installation crew did not have any idea how to complete the work to code. The wire backing for the split rail was installed on the incorrect side of the fence, the gates were installed to open inward instead of outward, and the gate latches were installed too low. In addition, the gate warped such that it was no longer able to close and latch on its own. After many calls, texts, and emails, the crew came back on several occasions to fix these problems, but the gate continued to not latch correctly. As a result, I failed my pool inspection due to the fence not being to code. Although I am happy with the appearance of the fence, overall I am very disappointed by the experience and the fact that even after an entire year, I will have to continue to hold Atlas responsible for completing the work to code, something that should have been done correctly the first time.

Atlas has been great! Helpful and knowledgeable during the meeting for assessment of work. Friendly and efficient crew. And we love our fence.

Atlas was great to work with. We needed a fence to keep in our dogs near a main road and it has worked really well. We may go back at some point and extend what they did.

I have used Atlas numerous times over the last 30 years for installation of a cedar fence and numerous repairs due to storms. I have always been given A1 service! Highly recommend this company

Had a fence replaced at my home in Fairfield, CT and Atlas did a wonderful job. From the initial consultation and selecting which material to go with all the way through installation. Even after installation when we had one small issue with a portion of the fence Atlas corrected it right away. They were a pleasure to work with and I would use them again for any future fence needs without hesitation.

Excellent professional service. We had some issues with the bar window leaking and they were tireless about determining the problem. Eventually did and we are VERY satisfied.

We had a somewhat complex project and worked closely with their consultant/representative, Paul Webster. He was terrific. He helped us come up with a comprehensive plan that gave us what we needed. Shortly after the order was in, we had to make some meaningful changes. Paul was right there to help us determine how best to make those changes and make recommendations that were very helpful to us. We love the work that they did and the product is great. I would highly recommend Atlas !

We purchased a pool shed from them a couple of years ago and could not be happier. it came as promised, was priced right, and the quality is exceptional. The installation was tricky, but the Atlas installer had absolutely no problem putting it exactly where we wanted it and leveling it perfectly. It was a great job all around.

It has been a year since ATLAS installed my fence and it still looks very good. They also came back and made sure my gate functioned perfectly by making minor adjustments. I highly recommend them.

I have used the Atlas Outdoor Fence Division out of Branford, CT two times now over the last several years. Jon at sales is easy and honest to work with. Jon comes out and covers all the details to make sure the project is what I want. Second time I used this company Jon came back out and was excellent again. Design was exactly what we put together on paper, and so was install. Installers were professional, clean, and the work was high quality and professional. I will continue to use this company as our projects progress and we need fencing for our yard, dog, pool!

We used Atlas in our previous home for pool fencing about 15 years ago. To fence our yard at our new home we, without hesitation, called Jon Cathcart at Atlas. We went back and forth between Steel and Split Rail wood fencing and changed the layout a few times. Jon was very patient and accommodating on our changes. Jon and his team were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Our neighbor liked what we did and engaged Atlas for their fencing.

Atlas has provided our home with customer service support and quality fencing products for ten years. I would not go anywhere else. People love our fence.

Atlas installed a new fence for us. The whole process was very fast. They visited quickly and sent a proposal. Then a few days later the fence was installed. It is exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Atlas Fence.

We've used Atlas Outdoor for many years and like their expertise, fencing products and excellent suggestions about the best way to meet our fencing needs.

Had the same crew install four separate jobs. All ceder privacy fence around a 1/4 acre, 20'x20' cedar garden fence, a cedar driveway gate and a cedar enclosure around propane tank. Extremely professional and unbelievably good work considering some difficult terrain. The garden fence was even installed in the winter. We have a couple more big jobs and will absolutely work with the Atlas team again. Plus they're local and we always support local businesses.

Let me just say I used Atlas to purchase 250 feet of fence 18 years ago and was extremely pleased with the service and quality of the fence. The fence still looks great but had a few spots with damage due to hard hit baseballs from the kids. I called for an estimate on repairs and to fix another fence pole around my pool. I had an appointment for Wednesday at 3 and about 330 I called and nobody knew what was going on. Finally Will picked up and stated he messed up and would schedule another appointment for Friday. Friday comes appointment for 9 shows up at 915 and pretty much tells me there is nothing that really can be done but he would call and email me. I left for work and after leaving for some reason hung out for about 45 minutes. Ok maybe he's trying to come up with a solution. Well 2 weeks go by no email, no call so I reached out to Kenny my original salesman who still is there but out of my area for him to help me. Kenny still professional and accommodating as he was 18 years ago made some calls and told me someone would get back to me and even called back to see if that person reached out. Kenny Thank You I appreciate you looking out but obviously he never did. Atlas used to be the King of quality fencing but obviously things have changed.

Ken sold the fence and also installed it along with Shawn. They were on time very accommodating to some minor changes during the install. Both Ken and Shawn have great attitudes, take pride in their work and even helped me relocate my mailbox. The quality of the cedar fence has improved over the last 22 years since the last install. I highly recommend Atlas.

This was unfortunately one of the worst scenarios I have ever experienced as a customer.
I contracted atlas to construct a piece of fencing 12 feet long that included a gate on October 23.

I paid a deposit of 50% required. On December 15th I collected my deposit without the work being done. Over the course of 2 months I got every excuse in the book about why the job was waiting. They have poor communication within their staff and frankly it’s obvious I was pushed aside for their larger work. Very disappointed and I am now left with needing to find another company to do the work with winter upon us. The fence was to provide a secure space for our dog. I even had to go twice to get them to return my deposit. Very disappointing experience overall .

Very poor service from this company. Lack of communication in the main office. I can get the salesman can get busy but boy return phone calls or emails at all? The contractors they use are very nice and professional hard working but the office workers are very much lacking in the customer service department. I would suggest finding other companies. They prices are fair but the lack of communication is just low very low.

Atlas is the premier outdoor company hands down. Quality perfection fencing and installation made to last lifetime. The fencing and gates stand up to the harsh weather that New England has from blizzards to heat waves the fence stands strong. Can't go wrong with a Atlas product.

My husband and I had the best experience getting our new fence installed by Atlas! We received estimates from 4-5 local fence companies. We wanted the project done as soon as possible, with our perennial flower garden already coming in nicely. Atlas worked within our budget and timeframe. They exceeded our expectations with the quality and efficiency of their work. The gentleman who did the estimate was kind, professional and returned our pricing estimate to us in a very timely manner. The two gentlemen who installed the fence were very nice and answered our questions as they came up. They also took care to work around some of our plants that were important to us along the fence border. We highly recommend Atlas if you are in the market for a new fence!

I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get my estimate. You come to my house measure, I show you what I want from the catalog. I call a week and a half later, Staff is rude on the phone and say they’ll give the message to the person who came out. I think we are going on a month now , no call no estimate no email. Moving along ..what a waste of time

The crew at ATLAS DOORS are absolutely awesome. They show up before you know it and they fix everything and tend to their customers need. I really recommend them as I did my due diligence with other companies and I couldn't be happier with my choice of company. Thank you GUYS.
