I recently hired this company to clean my gutters and install additional downspouts to help address overflow issues. From start to finish, the team was professional, thorough, and efficient.

They did a fantastic job cleaning the entire gutter system, inspecting for any issues, and ensuring everything was flowing properly. They also walked me through the final results and made sure I understood how the system was working.

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing gutter maintenance or upgrades.

We are currently having to get a portion of our gutters and siding replaced because of whatever CT Gutter Pro(bably the most misleading name) did during their “install”, which not only took forever due to communication issues, but was delayed numerous times without alerting us. They shirk responsibility and looking at these other reviews, don’t care about customers or honest business practices. Onward to Russo Roofing!

Mike is a sick person. He showed up several times to look at what gutters were needed but on the day he was supposed to do the project he failed to show up thereby waisting weeks of time.I called him but no reply. I went to the address of his business and it does not exist-he is a fake.He also took our initial payment and refused to refund us our money. They are pros alright- professional scammers.

STAY AWAY. Terrible experience with CT Gutter Pro they were supposed to re-do all my gutters but it rained the day of the install so they couldn’t do the work. They were not able to give me a new date to come do the work, they finally gave me a date after 2 weeks and then didn’t show up, Then they couldn’t give me a new date. I got fed up and asked for my money back which was a week ago and they still haven’t given me back my 1k deposit. Writing this review because I am sure this will get their attention.

They did all the gutter cleaning work requested and were very good about cleaning up the debris afterward. Friendly and easy to work with.

I can’t say enough about Michael and his team. Our backs were kinda up against the wall while preparing a house for sale. I called on a Saturday and they were there on a Monday and resolved the issue without taking advantage and at a very reasonable price. This may be the third time that I’ve taken the time to do an online review. They earned it. Well done Folks!

Do not do business with this company . The owner is a phony and was part of a scheme, defrauding millions from investors. He is not who he say he is and not for nothing knows nothing about gutters , downspouts , or installing them . Save your time and money !!!!

Great experience with CT Gutter Pro when they replaced the gutters on our (complicated!) >100 year old house a few years back. They recommended additional downspouts to some locations (due to a very steep roof) and had thoughtful solutions regarding how to handle our steep and multi-angled roof. When a small issue arose with drainage on one of the gutters this year, they were incredibly responsive and returned right away to fix the issue (debris that had fallen into the gutter from a nearby bird's nest). Highly recommend!

How to pick a gutter cleaner, I mean, really, aren’t they all alike? No, they are not. I called three. One didn’t return my call; one did but said, sorry, we don’t come to the house to give estimates, because frankly, it doesn’t pay. Michael of GutterPro came to the house, assessed the condition of the gutters, offered a simple solution to a problematic droopy gutter, gave a price, said the work could be done next week, and indeed came next week. Michael is a reason to go with GutterPro. He returns calls promptly; replies to emails, graciously. You feel in good hands.

They did an amazing job replacing our gutters the guys Ty and Andre were extremely professional and polite as well as Steve they exceeded our expectations would highly recommend them.

Steve was great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable on his products. I had them tune up my gutters and will be looking to install a new covered guttered system in 2021.

Our long-overdue gutter cleaning/repair job was easy to schedule and took place within just a few business days of outreach. Andre was punctual and professional. He was also a CHAMP--just minutes into the job, he uncovered a bee's nest and was stung several times (a real risk considering the height of his ladder)! Mike, the owner, did the initial consult and he was very thorough, explained everything (total cost/fees, size of gutters needed), and kept us informed of schedule delays. Gutter Pro, Mike Lanza and his staff, always do a great job. They are very responsive and go above and beyond what they were asked to do.

We were looking to have our gutters cleaned. Many companies either never got back to us at all, or just did not show up when promised. CTGP was very easy to communicate with and showed up when promised. Even when a storm caused a delay in our service, they gave us a call to let us know. Our first service from CTGP was just a gutter cleaning. Upon getting home the day of the cleaning, it didn't seem like they cleaned the gutters as the edges of our gutter guards were still dirty. I gave CTGP a call and they said that they would not have cleaned the gutters if there was a guard on them. All in all, I guess there was a miscommunication and they actually did lift the guards and cleaned under them and put them back. I was contacted by the owner, Mike Lanzo as he was concerned that I was not satisfied with my service, which in all honestly I was not. He was a pleasure to deal with and he was able to quote new gutter guards for us that would not be as difficult to clean as our current ones, and they provided their gutter tune up as well. He gave me a great deal on them and even did not make me pay for the initial cleaning since I was not satisfied. The only reason I am taking one star away was because of the back and fourth, and also weeks after the cleaning, I was clearing out debris under my deck and realized that the spout that was under there was disconnected from the tubing that takes the water away from the house (to have it cleaned obviously). So unfortunately, we had a couple big rain storms during that time and that downspout was dumping water right near our foundation. I was able to reattach the tubing to take the water away from the house again. All in all, they were a great company to work with and they do good work. I would recommend them and I will definitely be using them next time we need gutter service.

It was an absolute joy to have Mike and his team work on repairing/replacing our gutters. Mike was very responsive at every stage, and very helpful with his solutions, without pushing sales in any way at all. Mike had an extremely fast response time when my wife called asking for a quote on a gutter for our front porch. His honesty and integrity exemplify what a true businessman should be as he gave an honest answer about what should be done to get the job done. Had trouble with water overflowing gutters and pooling around home foundation. Called CTGutterPro. Mike was very responsive. He came out right away, diagnosed problem and recommended swapping out downspouts for larger ones to move water away more efficiently. Crew that came out was neat and efficient. Updated configuration works great.

We had a small communication breakdown when reviewing the proposed installation. When I returned how on the day of the installation I found a downspout in a location I didn't want it. I called and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. Awesome job!

Needed gutters cleaned. Second floor is a little too high so I decided to look for someone to do the job. Searched online and found CTGutterPro online at Angies. They called me after I inquired and quoted me a very fair price so I decided to go with them. They scheduled a day they would show up with no need for anyone to be home. My wife was home on the day they came and they were very friendly. No debris left, no pressure to buy gutter covers to prevent leafs from entering, excellent service! Very happy with them and pleased I don't have to buy a ladder and climb it to reach the gutters on second floor!

CT Gutter Pro, LLC is a LLC formed aprox 4 years ago after filing for bankruptcy as CT Gutter LLC. I had them do 4 commercial properties with contracts over $600,000. Within months of the completion gutters fell of the buildings. The crews Mr. Lanzo had working on the job did not replace rotted facia boards and hug the gutters from those rotten boards. After his company failed to properly repair the work I hired a local company to do the repairs at a cost of over $500,000. The bankruptcy filing was to shield both himself and the company from liability. I have a court judgement for the cost of repairs. Lanzo has nothing in his own name and his company owns no tangible property. Do not use this con artist.
I wouldn't have him put gutters on a dog house.

CTGutterPro did a beautiful job of installing new gutters on our 50 year old house. The gutters have protective covers on them to keep them clean. No more ice dam worries.They did the job quickly and cleaned up all the debris when they were finished. Our house looks almost new again!!

Overall the quality and speed at which the job was completed exceeded my expectations. Great experience with the company to do a gross job - remove mice contaminated basement insulation. I first emailed the company and received a response within 24 hours. The owner then met with us on a Tuesday evening and provided a quote during the visit. The job was scheduled that Thursday morning and was completed by noon. Super quick turnaround! The two gentleman who came were professional, quick, and happy to help despite the gross nature of the job. I liked how the owner ran his business, too -- wrote a detailed description of the work to be done signed by all parties. And a completion statement, also signed by all parties, once I had the chance to take a look at the work completed. I was very impressed with the customer service and overall nature of the company.
