Sean was great to work with--he was on time, honest, and thorough. He found things during his inspection that our initial inspector missed/didn't inform us about, and then he explained everything in ways we could understand. I would definitely recommend!

Holly and Sean are great and very responsive. They set everything up so the homeowner doesn't have to do the legwork. My kitchen had a major roof leak and a part of the ceiling collapsed causing a waterfall in my kitchen everytime it rained. I now have a new roof, kitchen, livingroom, and bedroom/office space that was all affected by the roof leak. It's beautiful and looks just like I imagined mostly.

The owners Sean and Holly were very quick to get over to my house after calling them and stating I had water damage from a faulty washing machine. They got everything cleaned up right away and were in constant contact with the insurance agent throughout the entire process, getting all the damage fixed and back to new. They handled everything right down to the subcontractors needed for each repair and i would definitely recommend then to anyone that needs a mitigation company!!!

Although I was down in TN I was able to stay in contact with Pioneer Environmental all through their clean up of my condo. My real estate agent provided before and after pictures and they did a fantastic job.

I recently completed a full kitchen remodel due to a leaking dishwasher and was referred to Sean and Holly at Pioneer Environmental to help. From first contact, they were both extremely compassionate – they understood my panic - and they helped me to understand that the leak was something more than just drying up a wet floor and fixing a damaged spot. And they told me not to worry and that they would help address the water, potential mold, and because my house was old, the asbestos tile that was literally everywhere. Sean is an absolute expert in what he does and managed everything for me. From bringing in the right contractors to remove the tile and bring my kitchen to studs, to working with the right person to rebuild my kitchen back to better than it was when we started. The process took a while (which was expected), but I was more than happy that everything was done with extreme expertise and care (even over the holidays) From my perspective, the only thing I had to do was pick out what I wanted. In the midst of transitioning to multi generational living, operating on one income and just learning we were pregnant with our third, our water heater died.

A usual 3am bathroom trip turned into a nightmare quite quickly.

Unaware of just how to navigate our flooding living space we jumped in google and started searching for anyone dealing with floods, water damage and repair.

Pioneer Environmental was one of the first we contacted. Considering the early hour, we left a message and crossed our fingers.
A few hours later Holly called to set up an appointment and shortly after that she and Sean were at our house assessing the damage.

From the very beginning they presented as knowledgeable and professional. While we were spiraling they remained calm and confident that our crisis was manageable and they were willing and able to help us every step of the way.

There were several other companies vying for the project but we felt confident in choosing Pioneer Environmental and we would make that choice again today, almost 3 months later.

He responded quickly, within a couple of hours, to my flood emergency and did a fantastic and professional job of removing the flood waters from my office and crawl space....and did this twice in a week! His services are competitively priced, he takes his work seriously and knows what he is doing.

Sean and Holly were so helpful through the whole transition of my roof replacement, asbestos mitigation, and 2 bedroom remodels this year. It started with 2 bedrooms having drips, the next few months would've been impossible to negotiate alone with my insurance company. I had a house fire back in November & I ended up having my whole kitchen remodeled. My new cabinets, countertop, floor, & paint look absolutely phenomenal due to pioneer. I hired Pioneer to do a trash out of a house I became responsible for in New Haven County. It wasn't something we could handle on our own because of environmental concerns including mold from years of water damage. Holly and Sean provide a very prompt estimate and just as prompt service after we decided to move forward. I was nothing short of shocked with how fast they started and completed the project. The quality of the work was also impressive. While this is not a service anyone hopes to have to use, if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing this type of service, Pioneer is the way to go!

Service was performed flawlessly. We allowed the tech to come in and spray the whole house to eradicate any trace of covid after an illness. He was very professional and informed us not to go in for an hour to give all the spray a chance to settle. We were lucky to get them to fit us into their schedule. I felt so relieved after the treatment. Would definitely use again.
