Very happy with my experience using Pro exteriors! Everything from initial contact to quote to ether work was better than the competition that I spoke with. Charles gave a very thorough assessment (he even brought a drone), and their info booklet was extremely thorough as well. The siding was scheduled and completed quickly, the gutters were included and everything looks great. Included photos of the before (original cedar wood siding in greenish gray), and the after (in blue).

This is the go to company for roof repairs. They were beyond professional and the works was top quality. I just can't say enough about Pro Exteriors...

Pro Exteriors did a roof replacement on my home in Branford back in 2015. We've had no issues! Our insurance tried to cancel us due to a "bad roof" but we were able to get them out to reinspect and stand behind their work! We highly recommend them!

We just bought our house a few months ago and while it is substantially perfect there's always those few things. My daughter found a gutter that was leaking badly so I asked for recommendation in my local FB group. Overwhelmed by the immediate and prolific recommendations I called Pro exteriors and received a callback within 30 minutes! Charles Comstock discussed the issue, did his research and came back with two options. I chose the full gutter replacement. The price was very fair and the work was scheduled within two weeks. They showed up, were courteous professional and quick and my beautiful house looks even better. From start to finish, Pro Exteriors LLC did an exemplary job. Charles met me on site, explained the job (a roof for an 3 car garage) and timeline and cost. The roofers did an excellent job. It looks beautiful and the garage inside was cleaner than before they worked on the roof. Roof is covered with snow. Will add a photo when snow melts. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I cannot recommend Pro Exteriors strongly enough. The first contractor we hired to re-shingle our house offered months of excuses and ultimately completed only half of the job without returning the money he still owes us. We were even more cautious in choosing the next contractor. I was impressed with all the positive reviews for Pro Exteriors and we scheduled an appointment. We met with Alex at their New Haven office and were provided with a thorough and informative presentation of the services and products they offered. Alex answered all of our questions in a professional manner and put our minds at ease. Ivan the owner came out to inspect our house shortly afterwards. Instead of dragging us through months of futile waiting and excuses, Pro Exteriors completed the re-shingling of our home in THREE DAYS. They did a beautiful job. They were also patient when there was a month-long delay from the company we had ordered shutters from. This is my company for roofing needs. We used them to put a new roof on our house. We have used them in the past for gutter replacement and cleaning. For the new roof, the cost was reasonable, the team of workers was very efficient and the site was very clean afterwards. I have been using Pro Exteriors for years and will continue to use them.

Contacted for gutter cleaning over the winter holidays. Really responsive. Kept me well-informed about my job status. Came out within a few days despite a spate of bad weather. Brought a big crew that got right down to business and was in and out in no time. Work done well, price was very competitive. Will definitely bring back next season.

I reached out to this company and asked for a quote for the siding. They asked for pictures of the siding and they said it should be replaced. I agreed. I didn't hear from them for a week or two so I reached out again for a quote.

I highly recommend Pro Exteriors. They installed new cedar impressions vinyl siding to replace old cedar shingle siding. They also covered old wooden trim with aluminum, and installed new gutters. Ivan and George were very good at helping us select siding that is similar in appearance to the old siding. The house looks great, and the work seems to be very high quality and professional. A large crew worked efficiently to complete the job in a couple of days. My only regret is that I did not read the proposal carefully, and was surprised to find on the day they started work that they were going to put the new siding over the existing cedar shingles, with an insulated vapor barrier in between. I had assumed they would remove the old shingles. Ivan assured me this was acceptable practice, and that the town had approved this plan during permitting. Ivan even offered on the spot to change plans and remove the old siding, but I okayed the original plan. I am writing this not to criticize Pro Exteriors, but to suggest that homeowners read proposals from any contractor carefully. Again, I very highly recommend Pro Exteriors.

After thorough research, I decided to hire Pro Exteriors for a new roof on my house. They had fantastic reviews...and lots of them. The pricing was more than fair, and they did QUALITY work, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. There's no doubt I'll be using Pro Exteriors whenever I need exterior work done. Highly recommend! One last shoutout to Charles who was our account manager. He was personable and worked with me to develop a plan of action for our roof. From drone shots to reviewing contracts, Charles was a perfect point of contact.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Pro Exteriors. They sent an assessor out the same day that I made my deposit and had the job (new window frames and gutters) done a few days later. I was in a pretty unfortunate situation after a contractor ran off with my money after installing hardie board siding on my rental terribly. Water was getting into the home everywhere. I also had cracks and spots in the foundation that needed to be repaired. I called Pro Exteriors and spoke with Charles and immediately felt in good hands. He assured me that not only could they replace the siding and repair the foundation cracks, but get it done the next week! And they did not disappoint. I enthusiastically recommend Pro Exteriors. They transformed my house from a dark, rickety looking shack to cozy, light, cottage. They replaced our siding and our gutters. I can go on and on but you can see the after photos and compare it to the before photo to get a sense of the immense transformation.

The team was excellent in communication but most importantly, they were excellent in the details. If you look at the images all the flashing and soffit work is really top notch. If you choose to work with them, you’ll be glad that you did.

They were also one of the few companies willing to put gutters on our slate roof.

If I could give these guys more than five stars I would. We had damage to our siding and gutters after a storm last year. It took us months to come to a resolution with our home insurance for coverage. Ivan and Charles worked with us and directly with our insurance to ensure we were getting the appropriate coverage for the damage. This included constant communication, phone calls, emails, meeting with adjusters at our property on multiple occasions, as well as meeting with representatives from the town. They fought diligently on our behalf, went above and beyond to walk us through each step of the process, and were always available for questions.

Once we had everything straightened out with our insurance, the ProExteriors team was able to put up the new siding in one day. They did an excellent job and we are incredibly happy with the outcome. We would recommend ProExteriors to anyone in need of siding, gutters, and exterior home repair.

I am very happy with the work done by Pro Exteriors in replacing my roof which had some leaks. They were very efficient, protected the house with tarps, replaced some rotted plywood with new pieces and cleaned up the debris completely all in one day. Looks very nice.

I never write reviews, but the folks at Pro Exteriors are so great I had to. They did our roof 4 years ago and did a fantastic job. A few months later, after temperatures had caused some expanding and contacting, I had a little leak and they came right out and fixed it under warranty. Fast forward to today when I noticed a small leak in the attic. Again, Alex had a wonderful crew come out and handle the issue right away. These folks are old school. They take pride in their work and back it up. I feel lucky to have chosen them to replace our roof. Alex and Pro Exteriors LLC was just fantastic! I used their services before for some simple downspout repairs and they did a great job but this time it looked like we might have a major problem with our roof and we called the team again. They came out and thoroughly checked out the roof and while we would have accepted whatever they told us including that the roof needed to be replaced, they said that the roof is actually fine and it’s a different problem we have that would require a different type of contractor to work on. I was very relieved we didn’t need a new roof and greatly appreciated their very honest assessment. They also didn’t charge me anything for the service although I insisted on paying at least a token amount. If you’re looking for honest, friendly, knowledgeable people for your roof or other services, I would definitely recommend Alex and Pro Exteriors!
