Cannot say enough GOOD things about Mark and his team! Our whole claim process was explained thoroughly and we had no surprises. Mark was amazing at answering questions at odd hours and very gracious with any concerns. Everything was seamless during installation and they went above and beyond with insurance on our behalf. To top it off, we have a lovely new roof and gutters that look and perform miles better than before. 100% recommend!

Just had our house reshingled by Priority. I highly recommend them. Mark was super helpful working with the insurance and I felt the price was fair and reasonable. Their crew was fast and did a great job. Cleaned everything up and left the yard looking the same way from before the work.

Last season’s hail storm went through our neighborhood. Watched the neighbors get new roofs. At first, mine was denied. I questioned this after everyone else had theirs done. Priority helped me convince insurance that my roof indeed needed replacing. The gutters, the garage door as well. The deck stain was also pitted down to the wood. Today all is complete. I’m so thankful & appreciate the supervision of all of it. ☺️

These guys did our our roof an gutters…. Even after 6-12 months they’re still very responsive and available to see adjustments through. I’d very much recommend them.

Mark Weibenga is the ultimate communicator. He stays on top of the job from roof inspection of damage, through the insurance handoffs, then to ordering and scheduling the materials and the crew, and then continues to be involved throughout the process through cleanup. The installation crew we had was marvelous. Completed the roof in one day, including an excellent job at cleanup of our property after the roof was complete. Outstanding from the initial interaction through the complete cleanup. Highly recommend!

A summer hail storm required a full roof replacement and partial gutter replacement. Mark and his team were fast, progressional, clean, respectful and did a high quality job passing city inspection with no issues. We asked for extra care when cleaning up the roof debris due to barefoot littles running around and they did an amazing job double and triple checking. Mark communicated extremely well during the process, responded directly to our insurance adjuster for questions, managed all supplement issues and made the process super easy for us. Would 100% recommend Priority Restoration and Mark to anyone in need of roof/gutter repairs!!

I worked mainly with Mark W. at Priority Restoration and he was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful during the whole process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the damage and was willing to work with our insurance company if needed. When Mark was out of the office and I needed some information for my insurance company, Billy stepped up and I had what I needed in my e-mail minutes after I got off the phone with him. Note it was almost 5:00PM and I didn't expect it until the next day. Billy's quick response was beyond my expectations! As for the crew that worked on my roof; they were very courteous and respectful of my property and completed the entire job in one day! They were amazing! They worked very hard and when they started in the morning it was below freezing outside! I wish I knew someplace that delivered hot coffee; I would have ordered them some. No, I'm not related to anyone at Priority restoration. I would highly recommend Priority Restoration based on my experience with this team.

Priority replaced my roof after I moved in. They were in constant contact with status and schedule. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and replaced the entire roof in one day. They are very nice peple to work with and highly recommend them.

Mark sent in a great crew. They replaced the roofing on our 2100 sq ft rancher in about 7 hours with quality materials. They also did a an excellent cleanup. Mark also did a follow up cleanup himself. Highly recommend! BTW - Neighbor down the street plans to use them too after seeing how well they did the job.

The experience with a contractor gets no better than this!! Truly. When hiring someone, you hope that they are timely, honor their commitments, are friendly, offer a great product, back it up with warranties, and that they start and finish their work on time. Priority Restoration exceeded every expectation. After price shopping and doing my due diligence by comparing at least 5 roofers, Priority was the most competitive by far. I received calls to confirm appointments, calls to arrange installation, and they completed it on schedule. Everything was done exactly the way they said it would be. Special shout out to Mark who came straight from personal appointments, just to get me a bid on short notice. The warranties were more competitive than others offered. I also received the best roof (impact resistant) for less than the cost of competitors without that protection, or savings from insurance. I price shopped. I compared, and I tried to make the best selection of a contractor based on everything I researched. Yet, working with contractors can still be a gamble. Not with this team. I am proud of the job they did and the way my home looks, and I am grateful to have a partner who I trust that will absolutely win my business again. Go with these pros. You'll be happy you did.

Mark, with Priority Restoration, was fantastic to work with! I reached out to Mark after discovering water leaking into our house from above the head of a window that has a porch and an awning outside. Mark responded right away and was flexible scheduling to meet at our house at the same time as our insurance adjuster (I even rescheduled once due to rain and a wet roof). Mark has experience as an adjuster so he knows both sides. He diagnosed the problem with our roof quickly, found other areas for improvement where our previous roof replacement company cut corners, made repairs the same day, and was such a measure to work with! Priority Restoration replaced our roof after we had hail damage. We were very pleased during the entire process and the end result. It’s hard to believe they were able to replace the roof in 2 days. They did that by having 7 to 8 guys here on the job. Mark was very good guiding us through the options and explaining the process with the insurance company.

I ended up not needing a roof but the guys at Priority did an amazing job inspecting my roof and weren’t trying to just sell if I didn’t need it. The guys that did the inspection (Mark and David) are very professional and know exactly what to look for when inspecting a roof. An honest and trustworthy company that is also locally here in Colorado so they live and work in our neighborhoods. When I do need a roof, I will definitely be going to Priority Restoration. Also, I am a fan of their leave behind bags, it actually has useful stuff in it for these thought times.

After trying to find a roofing company for over 2 weeks to do a repair on our roof, we reached out to Priority Restoration and received a call from Mark within a couple of hours, he was also able to stop by on his way between projects to inspect our roof that same day. Great team and very professional! They went above and beyond to help us thru a unique roof claim and even helped us file a warranty claim for the old roof! They were thorough on the cleanup to ensure there were no scraps on our property when the job was done! If we ever need another roof we know where we will go!

I am going to give an honest, fair review of my experience of Priority.
I hired someone I knew who worked with them. They came out did the job as promised, but ruined the siding all along the base of the second floor. They tell me it's rotted sideboard and I should do better maintenance...however, other neighbor in this neighborhood had that problem and the roof was already replaced under a year ago and it wasn't rotted then. The person managing it attempts to fix it by putting shielding and putty all around it and does a terrible job. Which Priority agreed too repair. Then their project manager disappears and no one sees him again. I understand this is not Priority's fault. But, It took (with bad weather , poor estimates sent to insurance) 9 months to complete. I had to take my time to make sure they were on top of this to get it complete. I even got an inaccurate invoice that I would have paid about $150 more that I was supposed to. What was missing was good management and ownership of this job. Plain and simple. I told Chris and he said thank you. They will repair their mistakes to your satisfaction, that I think you can count on.

Chris and his team are top notch. The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely call Priority Restoration in the future for major restoration needs.

Priority and Kent were awesome. After the hail storm there were many roofers floating around looking for business. Priority was a recommendation from a painter and I have to admit, although it was confusing at time trying and to figure out how to proceed in the end Priority did exactly what they said and Kent was always available and returned calls very promptly. Would definitely recommend Priority for your roofing needs.

I used Priority Restoration to replace roofs on two homes I own after the hail storm last May. Their project manager, Kent always kept me informed every step of the way. The owners, both named Chris, have a lot of integrity. When there was a hiccup with a siding contractor (it happens) they stood behind the original contract and made it right.They worked very hard to get as much from the insurance companies as they could so my homes would be back to normal.
