GBS was great to work with. They saved us thousands of dollars by spotting a manufacturing defect in the shingles that were previously on the house. They helped us with a warranty claim to the manufacturer, which was granted. We would never have known without their support and expertise. Scott and Amanda were excellent. Quality of the job was also excellent with no issues.

I've worked with GBS Roofing twice now & both times have been excellent! In 2023, I sold my house & had to replace the roof. GBS responded really quickly & replaced the roof in a very tight timeframe so my closing date was unaffected.

And then at my new house, my insurance provider asked me to make some repairs in order to continue coverage, but when GBS inspected it there was nothing to repair! They provided me with photos & a formal written statement. My insurance accepted their opinion & rescinded their request for repairs.

In both instances, the support, speed & professionalism from GBS was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to share my experience with GBS Roofing. From start to finish, everyone – Scott, David, Amanda, and the roofing crew – was fantastic! Excellent customer service, great communication, speedy work, and they left everything spotless. Dealing with insurance and getting a new roof was stress-free, thanks to Scott and Amanda. They explained everything, patiently answered all my questions, and Amanda's kindness stood out. The majority of my communication was with Amanda and she was absolutely amazing! A neighbor recommended them to me, and I'll definitely be recommending GBS Roofing to others!

We are very pleased with the service we received from GBS. Guy, the owner, came out 3 times to make sure everything was ready and evaluated correctly. They came at the exact date and time they promised. At the time of the new roof install they discovered that the 3 skylight covers had cracks in them. Instead of leaving me with the problem they got estimates and got them replaced for us. Wow! That's above and beyond service! I own 7 homes and I wish every contractor I use was as conscientious as these guys. An extra, Amanda, the office manger is very pleasant to deal with.

I just had my roof done by GBS Roofing. I have to say that it was a great experience. Very professional. The crew cleaned up after the first day and went the extra mile to make sure our satellite dish was put back up so we had TV for the evening. Even my super skeptical husband was impressed. Scott did a great job for us! We are under contract for a new home and the inspector thought that we should have a roofer come look and offer their professional opinion. Scott was out there in two days and provided a thorough inspection of the roof and told us that the roof was in great shape! No effort to sell us anything that wasn't needed and offered nothing but to help us.

I've used them in the past for a roof and I will certainly use them again!

GBS Roofing replaced my roof in 2012. I haven't had any issues with it until we got hit with the snowmageddon storm last week. I called GBS about my concerns and within a day, their area supervisor was walking and inspecting the roof. All is good with the roof.

It is reassuring to have the installing contractor service a roof that they installed almost a decade ago.

Phenomenal company! We had gutters replaced on our current house - and had them install a new roof on my old house. Scott is extremely responsive - paperwork signed Friday - they were at my house Monday morning starting the job. Amanda in the office is great and also very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend!

I have been very impressed with this company, not only did they do a great job installing the roof, but after a bad snowstorm, which caused some ice backup, they were extremely responsive in repairing the roof and standing by their warranty. They have been very professional and pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job from the first inspection to see if there was hail damage all the way to putting a new roof on our house and detached garage. They were fast and efficient. Did a really good job on keeping the area around the house and garage clean. I want a to say Thanks Scott and Amanda for all your help through this process. GBS is a great roofing company. My wife and I were referred to them by our insurance agent. They came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our roof, the same type of inspection that our adjuster did. They wanted to make sure we had enough damage to file a claim. We did! After working with their estimator to pick out the right shingles for our home and working with the insurance company to get the right upgrades needed for new building codes, their crew came out and did the work in one day!!! Cleanup was great! Their crews ran a magnet through the yard I don’t know how many times and picked up the nails. Our new roof looks great and we are getting a discount with our insurance for having hail resistant shingles! Thanks GBS for doing a great job!!!

GBS roofing is wonderful to work with. Aaron came out and gave me a very fair estimate and was encouraging throughout the insurance claim approval process. This is my second roof insurance claim to have on my house.That is Colorado for you! GBS Roofing is the only roofing company I would ever call again. They are incredibly quick to return calls and really go the extra mile. If something isn't right, they will make it right. You can't go wrong with these guys. Just last week I called Amanda, the office manager, and asked if they had anyone in the area during the week to swing by and look at something I just noticed. She had the supervisor and the contractor that installed the roof out that afternoon. Service like that is a rare thing.

This is my 2nd experience with GBS They are awesome. Scott suggested a gutter color to go with my choice of roof and I love it. Samantha and Amanda have been so helpful and patient beyond words with my insurance company and mortgage company who drug their feet. Drew made several trips to pick up checks from me as insurance co dribbled them in, always with a smile. They are the most efficient company I have ever done business with. fast, left no debris even sent someone with a magnet to look for stray nails. have and will continue to recommend them.

I have been a repeat GBS customer for over 12 years. The first time I called GBS, I thought I needed a new roof, they explained that a repair would take care of the problem, saving me a great deal of money. They were right, that repaired roof lasted perfectly until the big hail storm of June 2016. They were there with me to meet with the insurance adjuster after that storm, making sure that all of the damage the house suffered was noted and included in the estimate if possible. They knew the procedure for getting my HOA approval , and quickly too. Once work was started it was beautifully completed within 3 days. They rolled the property for loose nails, and picked up by hand everything and everywhere the roller couldn't go. I have dogs and they were very respectful of not letting them out of the backyard and not leaving anything that would be a danger to their paws or digestion.
We have a second house about 15 miles away from the first one, so different hail storms hit that area. That home needed two new roofs about 16 months apart because of hail storms as well. I didn't even think twice about who I needed to call, it was GBS. Their performance every time has been exemplary. I recommend their service wholeheartedly.

They were so helpful with my project and very professional with the whole process. They took care of my yard and left everything very neat, just like they found it.

The work crew sent out by GBS Roofing turned my property into a complete mess, with shingles ripped off our roof and thrown down to the ground without regard for where they landed. My garden and landscaping were thrashed by the debris. They also did not bother to cover any of my belongings in the garage, which were littered with nails, tar, and debris. Luckily our cars weren't in the garage, so they weren't damaged, but the household items we were storing in the garage (we were in the middle of moving to a new house) took a beating. There were hundreds of nails covering the garage floor when I tried to park my car that evening. We found nails several other places on the property as well!

This company had a great salesman come to look at our roof and told us that he would work with our insurance company to make sure that we didn't have to pay anything above our deductible. Our insurance company approved the claim, but there were several unfortunate circumstances that caused delay in their payment to us. GBS Roofing was kept informed about the delays, but still felt compelled to threaten us with the prospect of having a lien filed against the property. I was shocked that, even after they trashed my landscaping and garage, they would be so inflexible when it came to demanding payment! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Just met with Guy and Caroline in there office. Found them both knowledgeable and kind. They showed great concern for their clients. While we where in the office the got a call from a repeateclient that had ised them three times in the last three years.... Thanks for the hat!
