This company works as a team from beginning to end. Great customer service. My job was small,1100 sq ft home needing a roof. But they treated me like it was a million dollar job.
The insurance issues and claims were handled without any problems. I barely had to get involved.
The work was completed on the day scheduled even though 11 pieces of plywood had to be replaced and an unexpected reroofing of a patio had to be done with different materials.
The work crew was respectful of the neighbors, working quickly and as quietly as possible. No loud music or screaming and yelling. Just work.
The area was cleaned and inspected by three different people and the last one was the owner. If you need the services they offer, hire them.

Very satisfying experience working with Lifted High Roofing. Jim came out with the inspector for a second inspection after insurance refused to provide coverage and took over communicating with insurance for me. They continued to work with insurance to get as much covered as they thought would be acceptable according to what was damaged in the hail storm.
