I had the pleasure of working with Eryn during the entire process of replacing our roof. It was immediately apparent that she not only enjoys her job but she also cares about all of her clients and helping them get everything they need. She thoroughly explained what to expect from the insurance company, every step of the way. She offered to join me when it was time to meet with the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed and to help be my voice because I know absolutely nothing about insurance or roofs. Not once did I feel like she was trying to sell me anything. She treated my house like it was her own and made the entire process so easy. I did not have to worry about a thing. If I had any questions, she was an email or phone call away. With the seemingly annual hail storms that we get in CO, she will be the only person I call in the future. It's interesting that this company based in Minnesota is now saying they are not the company that did my roof since I just paid roof ninja services based in Minnesota over $11,349. This just proves how awful this company is that they deny knowing a customer when they are given an unsatisfactory review.

Ninja Roofs did an excellent job on my roof. Taylor and Eryn are very professional and honest people who make you feel like family. The hard-working workers not only did a fantastic job on my roof but also took great care to protect my yard and left absolutely no mess for me to clean up!

Taylor came out same day to check on leaking skylights and we had a new roofing solution within in a week! His crew were on time, did a great job and cleaned up the worksite so that it was safe for our dogs to go in the yard. They were even willing to come vacuum inside our house (removing the skylights caused a mess) and came back to ensure everything was okay after the Highlands Ranch tornado hit close to our house. Highly recommend!

Ninja Roofs (and the owner Taylor Duncan) are incredible to work with! We sustained damage in the recent wind storms and a neighbor had just had Ninja Roofs replace his roof so we reached out! Taylor responded within the hour, came out quickly to assess the damage, and walked us the through the insurance process. When the insurance piece turned out differently than we had hoped (shocker :O) he still made sure that the repairs were done timely and at a great price. Throughout this process Taylor was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I would recommend Taylor Duncan of Ninja Roofs to anyone for roofing, gutter jobs. He is a conscientious, personable young man who has a great future because he has the values that used to be in the business. He is on time. He keeps appointments. And his finished project is as you wanted. I have had him put a new roof on my house and gutter filters on, all in good time after contact. Roof Ninga is awesome and I highly recommend them! They are thorough and do great work. Very trust worthy! If work doesn't need to be done, they will tell you that. They aren't about upselling or making you think you need something you don't. They were referred to me and I would refer them to anyone!

Taylor was extremely helpful in inspecting and later repairing the roof on our newly purchased home. He also provided quotes for full replacement of the roof when we begin our full remodel. Taylor and his team are extremely honest, communicate throughout the process and charge a fair price that you are happy to pay when completed. I couldn't be happier with Ninja Roofs and will certainly be bringing them back to do larger jobs in the future.
