I would highly recommend Prime home inspections. I hired them to do my one year home inspection, and it was the best money I ever spent. He found dry wall cracks and fasteners coming through the wall I did not notice. But most importantly he scoped my septic system and found a huge backup. This back up was the result of improper installation of the sewer pipe to the outgoing sewer pipe. As a result the builder will be responsible for digging up my front porch and reinstalling the pipe. This saved me about 15k. It truly was the best money I have spent as this was caught when my house was still under warranty. If you have a new construction home, or buying a resale home I would hire him hands down. He is extremely professional and even did another trip to relook at the septic system on his own time. He helped me through this extremely stressful process and I am very grateful. Thank you so much !!!!!

Shannon was wonderful! We walked with him after he had completed the inspection and he pointed out each item that he identified as a deficiency. He carefully explained how or why each was a problem and then offered ideas and recommended courses of action to remedy the issues. We found him to be very personable and responsive to all of our questions. He was a pleasure to talk with and his knowledge of all of the household systems was extensive. Shannon was outstanding! We had a last minute appointment scheduled with him and he made sure to take well care of us and the home we are looking to buy, his communication about his findings were clear and well stated to us as first home buyers. He made the process very enjoyable.
Timing wise he was there before our scheduled appointment! He finished the exterior and when we got there he was ready to do the interior etc. making the process smoother than we expected. He let my husband know if we ever wanted to make changes to the house, or if we had any questions that was on the inspection form, or even if wanted to do some remodeling he would personally come out and help us go about the process and answer any questions he had to the best of his ability.

Prime Home Inspections' Shannon Russell did a great work for us. Our organization was buying an 1912 built house to become a group home. The house had a couple of remodels in the past; plus has sat for the last five years, after a foreclosure event.

At first glance, the house looked good, but one could tell there would be a lot of stuff to fix up and worse maybe structural - so we were apprehensive about the inspection.

Mr. Russell found all the issues/problems and left us with a great "checklist" to follow. Very appreciated - good value, responsive and very professional. The house is turning out to be better than what we envisioned.

We picked Prime Home Inspection because they were a local company with great reviews. Normally I am not a reviewer, but felt my experience with PHI worth noting. Shannon arrived on time and ready to go. He was respectful and polite while performing his inspection. We have 3 dogs, he worked with us as we moved them around, out of his way. He was friendly and professional. While in the crawl space he found and removed some construction debris, left over from when the house was built. Our home isn’t a new build and has no doubt been inspected before, with previous inspectors leaving the debris. I get it’s not their job to “clean”, but Shannon went that extra mile. This shows me he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Prime Home Inspection.

It shows you that all it takes is someone randomly(unfairly) giving you a one star rating to make the overall review not truly reflect his professionalism and understanding of how to ease the minds of home buyers. If I had it my way he would have 5 stars because he earned it.
