Eduardo did an excellent power wash on my metal roof. He also was very thorough raking and cleaning up all the debris in the yard and deck....and he power washed my deck too. Will absolutely use them on a regular basis.

Fenix has cleaned our roof for us for several years. We have large trees in the yard and lots of needles get between the tiles and in the valleys but they do an excellent job cleaning it all out. Fenix also installed gutter guards to keep those needles out of them and they did an excellent job with that as well. I find working with them is easy as they are very responsive and all their employees are friendly and courteous.

Wow, I don't think my roof has EVER been cleaned as well as Eduardo cleaned it today! He did a thorough, careful, & exceptional job & cleaned up the area nicely when he finished. Johnny was very efficient at sending me a prompt estimate unlike the other companies I contacted. The estimate was very reasonable so I approved it right away. Then he called to book a day & time. Two thumbs up !

We had our roof cleaned by Fenix. Overall, the person who came did an excellent job but there were a couple issues I was concerned about. I also had questions that the person was not able to answer because of language differences. I emailed Fenix my concerns. They replied, right away and sent out a manager to go everything and inspect the work . They are extremely customer oriented and want to do right by the customer . All my questions were answered with 100% satisfaction and I would recommend their service.

Very thorough job, spent roughly 6 hours on site cleaning 2 roofs (main house and shed); low pressure wash, followed by powder to kill moss, then clean up; quite a bargain for roughly $570; plus very easy to work with!

Fenix was very good. They communicate very well and when freezing weather prevented them from coming, they immediately rescheduled and also put me on the waiting list, which moved me up much quicker than anticipated. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all around the house after cleaning the roof. Thank you!

Fenix did a great job repairing my roof. The came out for a quote and were able to schedule the repair quickly. Unfortunately, I had some water damage and needed to place all of the shingles and flashing. I am very happy with the workmanship and the roofers were very nice.

I am only giving this company 4 stars for a few reasons...

1) I reached out to them when my leak first occurred via the website since it was a holiday and during the evening, but no one ever got back to me.

2) They were a few hours late for the inspection for the quote. I called after no one showed 30 mins after and they stated they were late but could still make it. I was told between 2-5pm and they showed up at 7pm. I was pretty annoyed that no one called me to let me know they were going to be late... I had to call to find out. The roofer was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to provide a quote right away. He apologized of course and I totally get it traffic came be a nightmare.. it was the lack of communication that frustrated me. Otherwise it was the best experience thus far I had with any roofing company... and I had a few come out for quotes.

3) The day of the job the roofer let me know the shingles didn't match the original color. I was never consulted on the color.. some assumptions were clearly made. I was happy he was up front about it and let me know right away. He was apologetic and was willing to go back to get the correct color, but this would have been a major delay and inconvenience. I honestly didn't mind using a different color since all of the shingles needed to be replaced, but this was something that could have confirmed via phone call or text.

4) The roofer didn't seal all of the nail heads on the flashing so I arranged for them to come back out. They did not come on the scheduled day, so I called to find out what was going on and they stated they were waiting for a response from me about a separate issue. They could have followed up with and email or phone call... even a text to let me know the appointment would be canceled unless they had the following information. We got things straightened out and rescheduled. Again the roofer was on time and very nice.

There is one common theme in all of these complaints... communication. Overall I did have a good experience. I am happy with the workmanship, I think this company has really good potential and yes, I do recommend them. I just want to provide some constructive feedback.

Really happy with my roof replacement with them. Professional, friendly and respectful, they were responsive and attentive, but not pushy, which was greatly appreciated. The work came out great, I will definitely work with them again next time I need anything roof-related.

I used Fenix Roofing Services for a roof replacement in June of this year. Booking an appointment was easy and I was impressed by the customer service. On the day of the service @Thyago showed up promptly, walked me through the job, and the estimated timeline. He and his team were efficient and did a stellar job with the roof replacement. I used them for 10 years to clean my roof and extend my roof life for like 10 years. My only requirement was to tell me when they show up.

I got my roof replaced by Thyago last year. He was competitively priced. He was my 3rd bid, and he got my gutters replaced as well. My experience with him was pretty lucky. I was told a start date, and the team showed up. They worked everyday till the job was done. (Except for Sundays.)

I got the compost roof. It is the second picture. The house had cedar roofing for 27 years before replacement

We went with Fenix because our neighborhood gets a small discount. We scheduled a roof cleaning and driveway and patio pressure washing almost two months in advance. The morning-of the appointment, no one showed so I called and was told it never got scheduled. I sent my confirmation email from Fenix saying it was all set up. Luckily, they were able to have the technician Joshua come that afternoon. Unfortunately when he was about 3/4 done with the roof, the pressure washer stopped working. He said he would go to Home Depot and try to rent one. An hour later he came back and said he couldn’t finish the job today. The office called me the next day and told me “they may be able to come today or tomorrow”. I told him to call me back me when he could give me a definitive day and time that they would be coming. A few days later Joshua came back and finished the job and it looks great. Overall, the technician was great but my experience with the “office” was not. I don’t think we will be returning customers despite getting a neighborhood discount.

Very thorough, professional, was not rushing and made sure no debris were left while cleaning the roof. Very happy with the service and will use them for our roof again and will highly recommend them.

Fenix did a great job washing my roof and cleaning off all debris from the sides of my house and back deck. They even went the extra mile and cleaned my pergola in the backyard at no extra cost.

Finding reliable and honest contractors can be challenging. This year with Fenix Services, I felt that the service didn't meet the standards from the previous year. When I reached out about the issue, they returned to rectify and clean the gutters, even refunding my money. However, they informed me they wouldn't be servicing my property in the future due to the feedback I provided. While this experience wasn't up to par, I still believe they are generally good contractors, and I might have just encountered an isolated incident. I'd recommend them for any work, but I advise others to request pictures of the completed job for clarity.

Our roof is completed and looks beautiful!! The crew did an amazing job, they worked hard, were very professional and did a great job cleaning up! It was a pleasure working with you and we will definitely recommend you to all our friends, family and neighbors!!!

Someone I knew referred me to Fenix Rood Service and I cannot express enough how awesome their work was. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. They got us on the schedule quickly and the job was above my expectations! I would 10/10 Recommend them for roof and gutter cleaning!

They have been doing roof cleaning for us last 3 times and had very good experience. They also clean the windows using pressure washer and blow off the leafs in our yard. Really happy with their service, looking forward to see them next year.

This is our second time using Fenix to clean our gutters and, just like before, they went above and beyond. They were done in about an hour and not only had our gutters perfectly clean on our 3 story house, but also cleaned our deck, porch, driveway and walkways while they were at it. We'll definitely continue to use Fenix Roof Service going forward.
