Got a new home well past it's prime. Had to have the roof redone along with several structural repairs. Juan's and his crew did an excellent job in a very timely manner.  There were a few mistakes ,probably due to miscommunication, but they were addressed and fixed without much trouble. I've talked with him about future projects and he was extremely knowledgeable  providing several options and a lot of insight.  I would highly recommend him and his team

I hired In N Out Construction to instill under counter rolling shelves and a wall dog door.
Juan came out, inspected, advised and got back to me the same day with a quote,
The work was completed exactly as agreed. His crew was quick efficient and respectful. Literally in and out.
I asked if they could repair my back gate. (I use it every day to walk my dogs) The wood swells in the wet weather. The crew fixed that at no extra cost THANK YOU.

The company’s promise of completing the project goes with the name of the company. They finish the job before the deadline. Mr Juan the owner is very nice to talk to and makes sure that work is done and customer is satisfied with the protect.
We have used this company twice for our daycare centers and highly recommend them for any kind of renovation, remodeling and any kind of construction projects.

Juan and his team are absolutely amazing! We had work done by In-N-Out in 2018 which was fantastic as well. So when we noticed a leak in our kitchen last December our first thought was to reach out. Against our better judgement we went with a company our insurance recommended because they said it would be easier and a faster process than to hire our own contractors. That's when our nightmare began! After six months of broken promises, a gutted kitchen and a daily frustration, we fired that company and called Juan. Within 48 business hours he was at our house and supplied an estimate the next day. Because the previous company took majority of our budget for flooring (that wasn't even complete or leveled) we had to request additional money for the project. Let me tell you, Juan was prompt in getting the documents to the adjuster and communicating with us along the way. When we finally received approval, the guys started working within days! Every single employee had excellent customer service and work ethic!

As for the kitchen.... "OMG, this is gorgeous!" Is what all of our family and friends have said over and over again. They are even bragging to other people about how stunning the work is!

My only complaint is now that our kitchen is modern, elegant and beautiful we have so much work to do getting the rest of our house as a esthetically pleasing as our brand new kitchen!! Thank you Juan and everyone at In-N-Out! Now we can finally exhale!❤️

I contacted Juan about doing the drywall, insulation and painting for an ADU on my property. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and able to get it done very quickly and work with my schedule. His crew did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the work. I would definitely work with him again.

We decided to do a pretty major remodel and had called a few contractors to come and give us a bid. I was just not happy with the way that they were not interested in my ideas and basically were just acting like it wasn't my decision on how I wanted our home. I ran across In N Out construction and set up a appointment for the owner Jaun to come over and check out exactly what I wanted. Not only was he on the same page as us but actually had some of the exact same ideas as us. Our little 1960 house was very run down and needed a lot of updating.. We had one little bathroom that I seriously wasn't able to get the mold that was growing like something that was not interested in going away. The living room was tiny and had a huge fire insert and mantle that we never used and basically took up so much room. The house was so dark inside that it felt like it was gloomy. So many things needed changes and we just were stuck with a big decision. Sell as is for basically nothing or have some big time work done.
We were so absolutely pleased with Jaun from In N Out that I knew that he was our guy before he had a clue! He went and did a bid for us for a complete updated bathroom, kitchen and we had a extra bathroom put in with a laundry room and made our living room so nice and big. Open concept was always my type and that is exactly what we have. The updated bathroom has a 8 1/2 by 4 feet new beautiful walk in shower with every kind of nozzle you could possibly dream off. The tile work is beyond beautiful and I will call that my bathroom. My husband has a brand new bathroom added with a jacuzzi bathtub and own private toilet area with a door and I jokingly call it his new office! The kitchen has a island for 4 barstools exactly what we wanted. We basically have a brand new house and I know that the value of this house has been greatly increased but I definitely am not even thinking of moving after having everything that I picked out with the help of the In N out crew. I have a bonus that is one of the best gifts in life! We have made friends with quite a few of the workers. The electrician is absolutely amazing and he is very dear to us! Jaun is now a lifetime friend that we will continue to keep in touch and get together with him and his lovely wife Laura. There are so many of them that are basically Just the most awesome and considerate people that I have gotten to know. BBQ is going to be happening in our new house to thank them for their services and to show them that we have been blessed!!!!

This company is awesome, they do great work and Juan the Owner is just a phone call away if you need anything. They did a kitchen, bathroom tile, laundry room tile and bedroom floor and living room remodel for us. We will hire them again soon for a bathroom remodel!!

This is one of the best contractors in the Yelm surrounding areas. I've been able to do a few HVAC projects for this company and the Owner and employees are hand down some of the most respectful and knowledgeable in the trades! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of remodeling.

We are very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the In-N-Out Construction team. We had them completely renovate our kitchen, primary ensuite bathroom, dining room, and laundry room. Additionally, they updated our flooring and interior paint. They were flexible, listening to and honoring our questions, concerns, and design changes. Communication was great whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via text. Their work was timely, within 2 weeks of the original timeline even with alterations and additions to the plan.

We came to realize that renovating a home, especially while living in it, is not easy for homeowners. But everyone on the construction team modeled professionalism and customer care. They were solution-oriented and focused on making the project right, and experience as good as possible for us. What we found is that In-N-Out Construction was not just about the business of building, but about building a working relationship and a beautifully functional home.

We had Juan and his team at In-N-Out handle several projects in our home and in all instances their workmanship and dedication was outstanding. The projects included the conversion of our dining room to an office space, the renovation of our kitchen, and the installation of cabinets in our laundry room. All the things required, such as communication, estimates, scheduling, ordering, demo, install, electrical, plumbing, and cleanup were done in a timely manner. In n Out remodeled our bathroom from the studs out. Juan handled every aspect from plumbers to electricians to materials and supplies. Crews showed up as expected and treated our home with respect. His estimates and billing were clear and there were no surprises. He has an excellent eye for detail and was invaluable to us at every decision level.

In and out construction helped us get the master bathroom we dreamed of. The workers are professional and hard working staying late if needed to get the job done. Juan and his teamwork hard to answer questions and turn what you want into reality.

In and out construction was great. They did some work on my carport, which had been completely rotted through due to a leak on the roof. Very fast very reasonable I am keeping their card and will use them again.

I recently did a kitchen remodel and In N out Construction was a great team to work with for my remodel. The team was helpful and listen to my needs and questions. My remodel included an all new kitchen, new flooring throughout whole bottom floor, opening up a wall, and I added a window. The guys on this team are hard workers and I was always amazed at what they got done in a day. My remodel was a great experience and my kitchen looks beautiful!! I be using this company again. My friends and family are also requesting their business card because they are impressed by their work. Highly recommend!

In and Out Construction just completed their third project in my home. We started with a complete kitchen renovation that resulted in a beautiful and more spacious space with a breakfast bar. The guidance provided by the staff was outstanding because I didn’t dream of such a great kitchen. Our second project was a complete bathroom remodel plus lighting and cabinets in a hallway. The excellent tile work that was displayed in the kitchen continued. The last project just completed this week was a powder room, a walk-in closet and a master bathroom.
In each project the quality of work and the attention to detail was unbelievable.
The crew that worked on these projects approached their work in a very professional manner. They were always polite and consistent. They showed up on time and always made sure I was happy with their work. They were great problem solvers and like the contractor they were good listeners and true to their word. What a pleasure it was to work with Juan and his crew. Excellent professionalism and quality of work. We had three bathrooms remodeled with this contractor and they were on point with everything. They went above and beyond to provide top quality service and product. They live up to their name by doing work in a timely fashion.

Had a tree fall on my roof and needed a contractor. Juan showed up quickly, assessed the damage and provided an estimate very quickly. The work got done very fast, sub contractors showed up on time and worked hard. Everything was professional quality work, roofing, carpentry, and drywall repair. Juan responded promptly and was an excellent communicator. All work was done timely and there were no surprises on the final bill, it came in the same as the estimate.

I, 100% recommend this company. I’d been calling around everywhere, and all the companies had been booked months out, and just to do a simple job! But….I came across In&Out Construction, and they were readily available! Not only did they come out the next day to help me out, but they were literally “In & Out”, just like their company states! I had my bathroom remodeled Juan and the whole crew were professionals and finished right on time. I strongly recommend In N Out Construction for any project. F

I hired Juan and his team for a complete kitchen remodel. They finished the job as per the schedule and stayed within the estimated price quote. They demolished everything very carefully making sure no damage to the house. Even if there were minor scratches they fixed everything with no charge. I was onsite watching them through the entire process. So if I noticed something then I tell them and they make the changes until you are completely satisfied. I loved the customer service. Even though some of the subcontractors did not speak English very well, I was still able to communicate and make all changes I wanted. A month later I did notice some caulk diminishing from my backsplash, so I sent them a message and they came back and fixed it at no extra charge. This is the customer service I would like to see from a business. Overall I am satisfied with the kitchen remodel, and would hire them for the next project.

Update: 07/20: Hey, thanks, In n Out, for coming back 2 days late to do the work a THIRD time and leaving all the moldy wood (moldy due to poor job the first 2 times) under our porch (without saying anything to anyone) so now our entire apartment smells of mold because it's hot out and we have windows open and fans on high. You guys are really super great.

Contractor for our apartment complex. They were not directly hired by me. Poor work, very sloppy and rushed - they had to actually rework it because of the poor job they did the first time. Even the maintenance team for our apartment complex agrees that the job was terrible and they need to do the work AGAIN for the third time now. I would never hire them directly. I absolutely will not take my review down, I have verified I have the right company - they're on site frequently. Assuming this is Juan replying to me? I would suggest getting better quality control, Juan.

2 week update:
They were supposed to completely redo their work (more than a days work) and be finished today. They never showed up. So at this point, I'm assuming they took the money and ran.

Original review:
They cut too many corners, and create unsafe environments by leaving old rusty nails laying around at baby/pet level. When it rains (for one day) they say they'll be back to finish on a clear day, but won't return for over 3 months. Do not recommend.

Note: they are contracted by my apartment complex for this work. I am not the direct customer, but the end user and the one directly affected.

Worker was very polite, arrived on time, did a great job. The owner, Juan, is easy to deal with. This is the 2nd job they've done for us. First job was a complete kitchen remodel. We liked them so much we hired them again. Second job was much smaller but they treated us as if it were a larger job. We will hire them again.

We highly recommend Juan and his crew. We had our kitchen and two bathrooms totally renovated and upgraded. The In and Out crew was always able to meet our needs and did excellent work. They are very nice people who take extra pride in doing the job correctly and on time. We would highly recommend them and use them for future projects. Thank you all.

We hired Juan and his company for a mid-floor remodel of our tri-level home that included full kitchen remodel, wall removal, new lighting, new flooring, new fireplace, and mud room.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. Issues began with realizing how much corners are cut with their work. From not vacuuming before putting flooring down (even after asking them multiple times to do so), to debris in our heater vents multiple times without being cleaned out, the work in itself was unprofessional. After calling the workers out on it, handling the rest of the project was a disaster. Imagine paying someone thousands of dollars, just to end up having to micromanage THEIR work that they're getting paid for just to make sure things get done right.

Found out our microwave was installed wrong. Bought a new fridge and was told dimensions to buy, only to have it BARELY fit (then being blamed about buying too big of a fridge).

If you want things done right in the first place, look elsewhere. They harped about how things could be retouched, but if the work was done right in the first place, then retouching wouldn't need to occur. The amount of touchups could not hide the dings and dents all around our cabinets, all from their sloppy and careless work. And when you do bring something up to get retouched, the workers would complain and make excuses for how it's supposed to be like that.

Again, I DO NOT recommend In-N-Out.

Juan and his team made our vision come to life! They were professional, kind, and willing to take on new aspects of our project as the needs arose. Our new kitchen, new LVP flooring, and newly painted bright walls throughout our home feel like a total transformation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality experience! Jaun and his crew were beyond amazzzzing!! I had multiple estimates for the work I wanted done. Jaun was the only one that gave me an estimate for everything I asked for and even gave me better ideas for my home that I didn't even think about!

Here's everything they got done in a month!! No joke...these guys are as quick and efficient as what their name says, "In N Out".

They demo my kitchen, closed in an old back door, angled the doorway to the half bath, new flooring throughout main floor/bathrooms/stairs/hallway landing/3 bedrooms, all new kitchen, all new half bathroom, all new main bathroom, updated electrical, and paint.

Juan's crew are fast, efficient, kind and respectful of what you want and of your home. Jaun was on top of any issues that came up and fixed them immediately. They did such a great job that my parents are going to use them for their remodel.

Juan and his team were absolutely amazing when I needed a rush job done after a terrible accident happened in my home. The kitchen, living room, floors and master bath needed to be redone and the whole interior painted. Juans team was incredibly fast, efficient, professional and respectful while working on my home. The attention to detail really shows in their work. I especially appreciated that I never waited long for a response from Juan and the 2 week check back to adjust anything was great too. I will most certainly be using In-n-out for any other construction needs and would highly recommend them.

I am so glad I hired Juan and his extremely hard working crew to do my remodel! New quartz counters in both kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen also received a new under mount sink, pull down faucet and an under the sink, in line water filter. The bathroom had them removing the ancient fiberglass tub and surround, replacing it with a gorgeous deep soaking tub, new rain head shower and subway tiles all around. The vanity had a new under mount sink and faucet installed and might as well have a new toilet too! Oh! Did I forget to mention the new vinyl plank flooring that sets off my new bathroom to perfection??? Juan runs a very efficient crew! Everyone was very pleasant and patient with all my questions! They are great at problem solving to ensure the job is finished in a high quality, professional manner. I would highly recommend them!

We hired Juan and his crew to remodel our very outdated master bedroom, a shared bathroom and my daughter's bedroom. We had them turn our shared bathroom into a master bathroom and added to our master bedroom a walk in closet. We also added a small 3/4 bathroom next to our daughter's bedroom as well. I love how everything turned out! My daughter loves her own bathroom. She loves her new bedroom space. I love my new master bedroom. It's so much more functional now. The master bathroom reminds me of an upscale bathroom hotel. The next time I remodel, I would hire again. Oh yes, I didn't intend to get my house painted, but he convinced me too and I love my new house color! The crew did a great job! Oh yes, another thing, we had work done during Covid 19 and they all wore masks as we did and we all felt safe and secure.

The painting team did a great job on the exterior of our home. Work was done on time, even with a little bit of bad weather. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions.

We needed our bathroom remodeled to incorporate a double sink and the removal of the jetted tub. We also needed our deck rebuilt and the outside of our house repainted. We solicit three estimates. In N Out would be able to accomplish the job with the best estimate.
We had no designing knowledge and no design. All we had do was tell the owner - Juan Oseguera what we were looking for. His design choices were beautiful. Anything we wanted change, he did it whether or not if it had already been installed. He was a blessing! He let us know we were the customers and he could do whatever we requested. His team had the up most respect and regards for out privacy. Their skills was phenomenal! It was the best experience that we ever had with a contractor. We would use them again.

We had our house and 3 car garage painted by In N Out last week. I cannot say enough good things about them - they pressure washed the whole place, gave it a weekend to dry, then started promptly Monday morning. The entire crew was so great to work with and always pleasant and friendly to have around. They definitely know what they're doing, and had the right size crew for the job. They cleaned up after themselves, and treated our property, us, and our animals with respect. We totally trust them and highly recommend them to anyone.

The team at In-N-Out did a great job. The project was completed right on time and the other companies he selects to do business with did great work also. We had the kitchen (1958) completely gutted and a partial wall taken out to blend the family room addition and kitchen better. We also did the flooring throughout the kitchen, family room, laundry and half bath. The guys were so fast and cleaned up each day so nicely that it seemed a minor inconvenience to be without a kitchen. I felt completely at ease leaving each morning for work knowing that I would come home each night to another fantastic change. I only wish that someone could take over the task of going through all my stuff and putting it back as I am definitely not as fast and efficient as the In-N-Out team. I would highly recommend this company and am looking forward to working with them again.

We were very skeptical about hiring a contractor because of all the horror stories we’ve heard from others about the excessive delays and poor quality workmanship. Not the case with In&Out Construction. In two weeks they remodeled our entire kitchen. Juan& Laura were prompt and courteous and gave us a good bid with innovative ideas for space usage.Their employees showed up ready to work with happy attitudes. There are always issues in a remodel but they went out of their way to make sure to solve them to our satisfaction. We put our trust in IN&OUT construction and they DELIVERED !

Juan and the good folks at In N Out construction did our Kitchen Remodel and installed new flooring through the majority of our home. His crew was quick, attentive to detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They came to work everyday with a great attitude. A real pleasure to have in our house.
