Ordered the wrong part by mistake by time I’ll pay the shipping fees back and they’re restocking fees and I would lose all over half of my money that I gave for it very unhappy would never buy nothing from them again would never recommend them to anybody to buy anything

I purchased a Club Car replacement body. It very reasonably priced, it showed up on time, and the quality of the product was very good. I recommend them.

These people were very pleasant to deal with. My concern was safety in shipping being I was so far away.
Shipping was quick and the golf cart body was packaged in a huge box. Recieved damage free.
Prime Golf Parts did something that the club car dealer in Davie Florida couldn't do. PRIME GOLF PARTS got me the body for my precedent in the color I wanted.

It could have went really bad because my 88” golf cart roof showed up all scratched and the corner broken. I reached out right away and submitted pictures. Your company very quickly responded and I soon had another top on its way. The second top showed up perfect so thank you for making the experience unstressful. I will definitely use your company again, if I need to.

Ordered several windshields from them on a whim. Parts arrived quickly and correct. Had one slight issue with one of the 3 products. Reached out via email to report the issue and had an answer and a replacement windshield headed my way within 48 hours. Excellent customer service from Ashley D to back up their excellent products and selection. Look forward to doing business with them again?

I ordered a new golfcart roof. Unfortunately it was damaged when I received it. The carrier took it right away. I contacted Prime golf parts and they immediately sent out another one. The shipping company caused a slight hiccup but the people I dealt with mainly Ashley and Frank at Prime Golf Parts were unbelievably on top of everything. Thank you to everyone. I would order from them again anytime. Prices were also reasonable. Keep up the good work everyone.

Was looking for a replacement controller for our 2008 Columbia ParCar golf cart. Original was a Sevcon Milipak, the Navitas TSX3.0 worked perfectly. Ordered and received in 2 days. Great job!

Was very happy that we got complete satisfaction after the wrong golf enclosure was shipped. They were very prompt on responding and the correct enclosure was shipped without an issue. A very satisfied customer.

I replaced the stock electric motor on my wife's Club Car DS...with a 9hp Admiral "Speed" from Prime Golf Parts. Their price was the best from all I searched for the same motor....their shipping was free...and I got it in TWO DAYS!!!! It was an easy swap and it immediately worked like a charm....plug and play!!! That thing is AWESOME!! It's like I completely traded her cart for a new monster. Even though she won't be running full speed....I clocked it with my phone app speedometer and it clocked 23-24 mph on flat asphalt. Amazing....and Prime was an amazing company to deal with. I ordered a Carolina rear seat for my golf cart after a lot of research and discussion with the manufacturer and Ashley at Prime Golf Parts. I received the seat in a very timely matter and it was packaged extremely well. Upon opening and checking all the parts, I noticed I was missing the footplate. I emailed Ashley and she was extremely helpful and had one shipped out the following day. I can’t say enough about how great Ashley was and would highly recommend ordering from Prime Golf Parts, you won’t be disappointed.

Being a Google reviewer I don't often give a one star review, however Prime golf Parts I would not order from ever again and my advice is to not do business with them. They are way overpriced. The customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. They will tell you that they are always right and will not help at all with returns other than to give you an RMA number, they do not give you your refund until 45 days after they've received it and they do not communicate with you at all after you return your goods. I sent them an email asking when my refund would be credited and have still not heard a response from them which was approximately 30 days ago. The tires I ordered were not the exact ones that were pictured on the website but they said they were the tires pictured. So because of this I had to pay $259 to ship them back. These five star reviews that they are getting are all fabricated I believe. They have responded to my review and as usual with them they are blaming everyone else but themselves. Affirm has nothing to do with crediting the refund,they refund the money when it is received by the seller. I have been in contact with them and they have told me that Prime golf parts has not issued the refund which is now over 30 days another example of their poor customer service

Bought an enclosure from here. Enclosure shipped REALLY FAST, but did not fit my cart as listed so I had to get it custom fit. THEN, my exact enclosure went on sale DAYS after I bought it, since they had a price match guarantee I was hoping they would honor their own pricing, but they refused. What a scam! Not interested in ordering from them again with their current return policy. RUN AWAY!

I ordered an Auto/Self-Cancelling Turn Signal Switch, but unfortunately it was not the same adapter as the one I have, and I returned it. There was no problem with that, but I did have to pay $30 to be able to send it back to them, and it's been more than 2 weeks and I have not received my refund and I have tried to contact them by phone and they do not answer me. I called from a different number to get them to answer me, but even so they do not get my refund yet of $223.52.
I think they should be more responsible with that. If they are going to give the option to return things, at least they should be honest.

Very pleased with my purchase from Prime Golf Parts. They answered all my questions. Their product was 25% cheaper than other vendors. The muffler fit perfect and had free shipping.

Ordered very expensive golf cart motor late Friday and it was delivered Saturday a week later! With Monday, Wednesday updates and delivery date of Saturday! Fantastic! Excellent exactly what I ordered. Works like a charm!

Great customer service. Used the website live chat box on a Saturday afternoon. Figured there was about a 10% chance of actually getting someone. still do not have my purchase they use common carrier transport and seems to be stuck somewhere in the mid west. Not pleased at all. Might want to use a place with better shipping. still not sure on a rating for the product since it is not here yet and might be another week with the July 4th holiday

The website description of my cargo box said it would fit my golf cart. It does not. It came with brackets for another model. I contacted support on a Thursday afternoon June 13th. They agreed that it is an oversight. I was told they would get back to me on Friday June 14th. It is currently Tuesday afternoon 3 business days later, June 18. No response. See attached picture of conversation.
I also sent an email right before reaching out through chat, and haven't received a response to that either.

Ordered a new Navitas kit and arrived in two days. Easy install and got my cart back into top shape. Great prices and discounts.

Order was filled and shipped quickly. I was kept up to date with order status and tracking information. I'd definitely purchase from them again.

Shopped around for a turn signal kit for my 2018 EzGo cart. This one was reasonably priced (didn’t like the $15 shipping cost though) and installed fairly easily. A little more slack in the length of the wires would have made it easier.

Extremely poor customer service. They wanted me to return a whole kit when only a small part needed to be exchanged and then charge me a 20% restocking fee for and exchange! I ended up reaching out to the company that produced the kit and they helped me. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PRIME GOLF CART PARTS!!!!!!!
