Steven was great to work with. Knowledgeable about the type of vehicle we were interested in. Actually, listened to the concerns we had about our current vehicle and why we were not happy with it. Offered several suggestions of vehicles that would fit our needs. Took the time to show us multiple vehicles. Was happy to take us out for a test drive in all of them. Received a fair trade in valve, price for the new vehicle was also fair. Best of all no high pressure sales tactics. Generally seemed concerned about getting us in the right vehicle at the right price and wanting our repeat business in the future.

They were quick, efficient and my car was so clean and shiny on the outside when I got it back as well!

Our cruise control stopped working on our new Traverse. Happened enroute from Idaho to Wisconsin to attend my Mom's burial. Brooke got us in quickly and resolved the problem. Very appreciative that it was a minor problem and we were quickly back on the road.

Tahoe serviced. Kimberly my service advisor said she could get me in now, if I wasn't in any hurry. I said that would be great. Great experience working with Kimberly.

They took care of what I needed and informed me of a different issue. I already got something going to address that issue. That advice really helped. Most places wouldn't have said anything about a different issue.

I highly recommend Whites Mountain Motors, Gentry Shreve is awesome, very helpful and super friendly, answered all my questions, explained everything and he helped me buy a new car! He wasn’t pushy and he really worked to give me a great deal. I’m super happy with my new car and Gentry. Highly recommend him if anyone needs a new car!

2 weeks it took for 1 wheel bearing, I believe it took a lot longer than it should of. Communication with the service rep. Was not my liking as well, upon asking if they tried to reach me they replied they had, but half of the times they s a ID neither showed on my phone or my home phone. They got my son's car in quickly. We were on a time frame of getting it fixed do to him having to be at work in another town. We took it in on Tuesday and had it back by Friday so he could be at work the next day in Gillette. My experience with Cole was very pleasant. Would recommend dealing with him. I came to Whites to look at inventory as I’d been car shopping for something AWD for a while, and after having a horrible experience with a dealership in Colorado, I was reluctant at best about purchasing a new vehicle. I was able to walk through a few vehicles to decide which trim level and color combo I liked before being approached by a salesman. This was nice because usually you get bombarded and feel trapped.

I was then approached by salesman, Steven and he was very informative, experienced, and able to answer all questions/concerns I had.

I went with a 2025 KIA Telluride EX-Xline. He did not push me to get something outside of my comfort level and was very transparent when we worked through the numbers!

I get they maybe busy. But a week to diagnosis a bad sensor and nearly another week to replace it? It's a dealership, they should have the part. And don't call them to find out the problem, because their maintenance staff are rude! I guess they are making more than enough money so they can treat customers like garbage. Seems to me they care about working on cars they want to resale over vehicles people bought. The only good thing I have to say about them is at least they have made the decision to ever recommend or buy from them an easy decision. Bad news is I can only give them one star. Actual rating would be -1 star!

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

We've been waiting for nearly a week now for just a simple diagnosis on our car. The communication is absolutely abysmal. We had to call them every day, and each day we are told "We're looking at it tomorrow!" I get that they're busy, but if you can't look at the car, just tell us and we can go somewhere else. So, we really appreciate being without a vehicle for nearly a week now with virtually zero communication. Also, the customer service got really snappy and hostile that we kept asking each day for an update. I apologize that we just want quick and easy updates on our only source of liable transportation I guess. In my opinion, don't come for here for any reason if you can avoid it. You'll just keep getting blown off with no communication, and you'll get rude service if you take the initiative to call them. We surely will never return and urge others to avoid doing business here either.

EDIT - White's Mountain KIA said that they'd call us with an update today, like we've been told for like the fifth day in a row now, they didn't reach out to us today.

I bought a new telluride from Steven and Robert, they were outstanding to work with. They got us a great deal and were extremely nice and not pushy.

I really enjoy my kia but as far as the service department here, not impressed. Will not be taking my car here to service nor supporting them with future kia purchases.
