The Priceless team (Randy, Victoria, Russell) was very proactive in communication each step of the process. They scheduled promptly and completed the project on time. The crew that did the installation took great care to protect the landscaping, yard, patio, and deck from the debris that is part of taking off old shingles. They cleaned everything up and made sure all of the nails and staples were removed from the yard around the house. The crew was also very professional and courteous throughout the installation. They did all of this under exceptional conditions with heat indexes above 105 degrees. Based on my first hand experience as a customer, I highly recommend Priceless and would use them again should I have another roofing project.

james turney was in the area inspecting a neighbors house for storm damage this year, checked out mine as well and found damage, suggested we go through homeowners insurance to get the roof fixed. after all is done, we now have a brand new roof and only paid a deductible, they discovered my house had 3 layers of shingles and made sure the new roof is up to code. a few weeks later and the new roof looks awesome, on the side we got an estimate to redo our back porch, got a fair estimate in my opinion, and they had it finished in about a weeks time between the porch and the roof. have had great communication with the company and mr. turney has helped and answered every question we have had. work is great and would recommend them

17 May - solar system back on line - and I suspect that it frustrated the techs - but they got it! The shingle install looks great, and the new gutters are better than the original! All is well - and Priceless is great!

This company did way better work than the previous roof replacement company eight years ago. Both replacements were from hailstorms. The biggie for me was no roofing nails left behind from the tear out as I have grandkids running around my yard. There weren't any to be found, nails, that is. Also, Priceless fixed a gutter that wasn't draining properly and that spared damage to the garage ceiling beneath. All the roof shingles were replaced in a day. A few days later another crew came and replaced all of the downspouts. They did a great job as well. Done in a few hours. Now Priceless is replacing the roofs on my neighbor's houses. --Doctorpavr

They were professional. The painters were great, very meticulous AND cleaned up after themselves!!! Before the roof replacement, it used to sound like it was literally raining in the windows. To date, there is no evidence of rain leaking inside of the house.

This company was helped us navigate the insurance maze after hail damage. They were on time, polite, professional and did a great job.

Rudy is very professional very helpful took alot of worry and stress off my parents hands the company all if them were a great group of workers and went over and beyond for my parents.

UPDATE TO THE BELOW: Trevor Irwin, VP of Sales, saw my reviews and very quickly made it right. The person who had done this is no longer with the company. Trevor reimbursed me for what I paid to have the damage repaired. I'm changing this to five stars because he immediately took responsibility and corrected the situation. Problems happen. What a company does with the problem speaks volumes.

Original Problem: Priceless Home Improvements replaced two neighbors' roofs. Both were covered by insurance. I asked the guy to look at mine. He and another guy looked at it and said it was damaged and pressed me hard to let them file a claim for me. I filed a claim with my insurance, which was the same as the neighbors'. Their inspector and a different, highly respected roofer I had found determined it was highly likely that Priceless deliberately caused the damage in order to set up an expensive roof repair. A third roofer thought the same. My insurance said I would have to file a police report to change the claim to vandalism. That's a big step, so I emailed the Priceless guy saying what others thought and asked for him to reimburse the $450 I have to pay for the repair. He ignored my message so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away. Use Checkbook.org to find a reputable roofer.

Priceless Home Improvement treated me and my father very well. Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to set everything up for us. He was always available if I needed to get into contact with him. The work crew, led by Santos, who came to do the work were very good as well. I made sure they had water and some Halloween candy. :) They worked tirelessly to get the job done, but they did not rush. It was very quality work in the end. The job was inspected by Matthew who came and using a magnet cleaned up the loose nails and whatnot that were left on the site. He was a very kind, God-fearing man who took great effort in making sure every nail was picked up, everything was up to code, and that any questions we had were answered.

This sort work is obviously expensive and if you are shopping around it can be very intimidating, yet in knowing that I can nevertheless feel confident in recommending Priceless be on the [very] shortlist for your next job. I'd recommend them to a family member, and can do the same for you. Five easy stars for these folks.

Where do I start? I'll start with Mike. This young man is awesome. From the first day he knocked on my door and introduced himself to me and the reason of his visit was very professional. He wasn't like the fast talkers that usually come by to sale you something you can't afford. He took his time. He apologized for disturbing me and asked if he can continue or leave his card if it wasn't a good time for me. I told him he's ok to continue. He explained their services and how my roof and sidings could be fixed and he will talk with my insurance company to cover the cost. I allowed him to do what he could do and hoped he would be successful with getting State Farm to cover it. I've gone through this with a different company and State Farm didn't budge. Mike gave it his all. He contacted me no less than once a week to keep my spirits up and updating me with the latest info. He also provided me with pics of what issues my roof and sidings had, the other company didn't. Mike even asked me has anyone tried to help me before because some of my shingles looked as if someone did something to them because some of my issue wasn't weather related. He explained in full detail what it should look like from weather and how it showed someone did some file play. I figured that happened because the other company wouldn't send me pics at all and I constantly get my gutters clean by Ned Steven's company and they will prove me pics of issues and comparing the pics, Mike was right. The other company damaged my roof to try and get it fixed through my insurance but was unsuccessful and they never called me to see any other options I could use. They dropped me. Mike on the other hand kept pushing and once he seen State Farm wasn't going to budge, he talk to me about other ways I can at least get my roof fixed. He said you know Ms. Kiki getting them both done at the same time is costly and I wouldn't want you to have to come out of pocket for it. Let's focus on the major issue first which is your roof. He said let me see what I can do to help you be able to afford your roof to be fixed because it's needed and he wouldn't suggest I go through winter with that amount of damage. He apologized for the other company doing me dirty, and State Farm not helping me. He gave me other insurance companies names that would be a better option to help me in the future. I gave him a couple of days and he got back to me. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and the price he gave me. Once everything was set up my roof was fixed with in 7 days. All preparations was done on time as he said and it took them one day to fix it. They cleaned everything afterwards. I came home and seen a new roof and couldn't tell they were there other than my roof looking brand new. I asked Mike what other services do his company provide, he told me and I said ok Mike, I've locked your number in and I'll be calling you soon. I reached out to get my front door replaced and of course Mike's on it. I'm excited and I'll be calling Mike for all of my home improvements that I can't do on my own. I'm a customer for life and definitely will refer him to my friends and family. Thanks Mike, looking forward to getting a new door and all of my future home improvement done by you all. My home had carpenter bee damage around the wood fascia. Got an excellent estimate from Priceless Home Improvement. They removed the damaged wood and wrapped Rake,Frieze and Fascia Boards with aluminum that matched the trim of my home perfectly. Thank John

Once the initial phone call was made to have the inspection, the whole process took a month and i had my roof replaced and all other damages to my home from a roof leak repaired. Open and clear communication from the office and workers themselves. Easy scheduling through the office. I would recommend to anybody who needs quality work done in a very timely manner on their home.

I’m getting old and no longer get on the roof with ease. I contacted Zach, which I had positive experience before. He explained that no gutter system is maintenance free. Which is honest , think about it and you will realize it is true. But can design a system to be as maintenance free as possible. They built the 6” gutters on site, and covered them with a great product. This product allows the water to run down the roof into the gutter. Preventing material going into the gutter. They were installed using screws with special clips. The crew was professional, timely, had no problem answering questions. They cleaned the work site and showed me photos of the work done from the roof.

Great company to work with! They did a fabulous job replacing our roof. We so impressed we used them again for a separate issue where they did a great repair as well. We had one small issue that was not even their fault and they were out the same day to fix it. Spectacular! Eric, my contact there is always responsive and gets issues resolved quickly. He is great! We would (and have) use them again!

I wanted to share my experience with Priceless Home Improvements during my recent roof replacement. There were a few bumps along the way, including some delays, and miscommunications. However, Rudy and John from the company have been helpful in addressing and resolving these issues. Rudy, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure things were handled properly. While the process had its challenges, their efforts to make corrections have made a difference.

The Priceless representative were hands on in helping me communicate with the homeowners’ insurance company to cover most of the cost for a new roof. The insurance company had to agree with their assessment of this need. Priceless agents spoke their language.

The project took one and a half days to complete. Once done, the only thing left was a vibrant and fresh color roof that was now up to the latest code. No trash or debris was left anywhere. It was like was like they were never there.

I am happy I decided to get my roof done before the damage ruined my interior. And I am just as happy I decided to work with this roofing company. They are PRICELESS.

Priceless earns its name! They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I'm very grateful for that. It's a daunting task with no room for error. From the very beginning my conversations with Chris Clark from Priceless about the choices of quality products, the accuracy of cost estimates, their close contact with my insurance company and their resolute determination to provide me with the best options at the best price proved absolutely true and accurate. The day before work on my roof was to begin with the removal of my 25 year old cedar shake roof, the Priceless team neatly placed my complete new order that included two skylights to one side of the driveway. A team of 8 arrived at my home at 7AM the next morning, covering and draping all my landscaping for protection from possible falling debris, only taking a lunch break before finishing the roof which they did that very day. The boxwoods, the summer plantings and the yard looked just as it did before they began their work. What a joy to know that there is a company like Priceless that does exactly what some claim to do but Priceless actually stands by their work and their high quality workmanship. Priceless does it all. You can count on them!!!

Communication was great! Workers were very respectful. Roof and gutters look great! Any touch up attention needed after job completed to my likings were taken care of the day I called. Overall good experience and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Quality of materials looks great but only time will tell.
