We recently had our roof replaced and interior work done by Priceless and I can honestly say the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From start to finish, the team showed incredible dedication to getting the job done right. What stood out most was their flexibility. Had a few curveballs, but they stayed on top of everything with patience and adjusted the schedule without ever compromising quality.

Chris was fantastic. He kept us in the loop at every stage, answered all of my many questions/concerns with patience, and was very thorough throughout the entire process. Always available when I needed him.

A big thank you to Courtney as well who was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Whether it was sorting out paperwork or just checking in - she made everything that much smoother.

It’s rare to come across a company where communication, professionalism, and understanding all come together this well. I'd recommend Priceless Home Improvements without hesitation.

Ali and the rest of the Priceless crew did an outstanding job on my roof. From the very beginning of the project, through the difficulties in obtaining insurance approval, followed by an incredibly quick and efficient installation, I am impressed by the professional and courteous demeanor exhibited. I will definitely contact Priceless for any roofing or siding projects I may have in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that may need work done.

Nothing but great praises for Ali and Priceless and the work they did to get me a brand new roof. He would answer my calls or call me back asap. Just very responsive and professional. Even when my insurance pushed back, they stayed persistent and didn’t give up on me and my home. I would 100% recommend doing business with this company, more specifically, Ali!

Extremely unprofessional. They've stopped by my house 3 times in 2 days. Yesterday your guy pounded on the door in the afternoon, left a flyer then left. When I got home at 7pm another guy watched me get out of the car, stopped his car on the street and came up to me. After trying to sell me his services, I told him I'd check with my wife, he told me he'd wait while I did it, I told him I just got home and wasn't interested, then he asked if his coworker could get on the roof, right then and there, to give me a quote . Today another guy came and had no clue that 2 others came yesterday. What kind of company sends multiple people to go up and down the same street for the week? Seems pretty disrespectful and desperate.

We own a small family restaurant and had a leaking roof that caused interior damage as well. We consider ourselves so fortunate that Priceless Home Improvements worked with us every step of the way. The roof team came on time, worked hard throughout the two days, minimizing any impact on our customers. The roof looks fantastic. The crew was professional and polite. A different but equally as professional and polite crew handled the extensive interior renovations. Priceless was able to work around our hours. This had to be a burden to the crew but you would never know it. They were always on time and worked extremely hard to be finished on time. We could not be happier with the finished product. This professionalism extends throughout the staff, including the project managers and support staff. Thank you to everyone at Priceless for all of their hard work. We could not be happier!
