AHS has replaced my roof and also pointed out existing damage that I was not aware of. I am happy that the roof was replaced and the work was done in a professional manner. Rama and Kyle was able to explain to me the current issues I had and repair as well. Happy to work with this crew again.
All of the workers do not use nail guns for the siding - ensures each nail hits the studs. Minor detail but prevents future workmanship issues.
Rama has also recommended someone to redo our front door, the workers have done a great job.
In summary, the crew was hard working and paid attention to detail. I believe we got a good quality product! Happy to hire them again.

Company ignored my no soliciting sign. Leaves an “urgent alert” that I can scam my insurance provider to get me a new roof. I’ve lived at my house for 2 years and this is there 2nd time trying this with me. Stop coming to my home. Learn how to read. I hope this review stops someone from scamming their insurance and getting dropped as a result. Don’t contact me. Don’t look at my roof with your drone.

The business practices with this company are concerning. Once as a contract is signed you are no longer a priority. The material sat in my drive for months, I reached out often to see when they were scheduled to repair my roof and received no word. After displaying my disdain, I was then able to get my roof repaired. Don’t get me started on the financial issues I’ve had with this company. This company doesn’t not offer auto pay so don’t let them tell you they do! No one processed my payment for may and a partial payment was processed in April. 2 months later in June someone finally reached out and sent me an invoice that I could Pay online at my own leisure. Upon paying online for 100 dollars my card was charged for April may and June. I have Had to dispute the charges and cancel my card. This company is a scam and the professionalism is nonexistent.

The salespeople Nate and Brock are great. They came out quick to inspect after a huge storm. The company submitted my roof, which ended up having quite a few damaged areas, and it was replaced in a couple of weeks. The roof workers were super fast, and it looked great.

Affordable Home Solutions did an exceptional job coordinating and installing my new roof. Due to roof damage, I worked through my insurance to get the roof replaced. Once the insurance was claim was approved, Affordable took care of the rest. They worked with my agent and quickly replaced my roof. The day of the roof install the crew showed up at 8am, installed, cleaned, and completed job by 3pm. Affordable sent an inspector out the next day to ensure the job was complete and to my satisfaction. Their office staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

Affordable Home Solutions were fabulous. Nate came out to inspect my roof after a wind storm and found damaged areas. He was very knowledge & explained what steps we need to take. Once my insurance company approved the estimate, they were right on it. The roofing company was also fabulous. They arrived at 7:28am and were gone at 12:20pm. What a great job they did! I am one happy customer!

My experience with Affordable Home Solutions was very good. First met with Sales Rep. Brandon Harris who was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and, very important, not pushy. If I had a question through out the the process from claim to installation to finish he always answered the calls. Their crew was professional and courteous. They follow up with a quality control inspection which not all contractors do. Finishing up payments with Kaelyn Young in their office was also very professional and patient. I do recommend Affordable Home Solutions. My roof never looked better.

This company is absolutely the Best!! One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with in my life. I had hail damage at my Port Tobacco home and had no idea whom to call. A woman from my church said she just had a roof installed by Affordable Home Solutions and they were fantastic. I called them and from the initial meeting with Dustin and other company members like Geoffrey and Martin, they always answered the phone and got back to me immediately. They offered a myriad of roofing options and you could not ask for more knowledgeable team. My insurance company was a disorganized mess and yet they worked through all their issues.

I served in the Air Force for 31 years and can honestly say, you rarely if ever, find a company that is organized, professional and gets the job done like the military. After some wind damage, Brandon from Affordable Home Solutions came out and took a look at our roof. He marked the damaged areas in chalk and took lots of photos explaining all the damage. After reviewing the damages, he explained how the process works if we were to either file a claim or pay ourselves. We ended up filing a claim and Brandon helped handle everything from dialing the insurance company and helping go over the damages. He met with the insurance adjuster and they reviewed everything. After picking out shingles, he gave us a timeline. Once the claim was approved, they moved forward with repairs. This was an easy process and I recommend Brandon and Affordable Home Solutions for your roofing needs. Everything went great.

Affordable Home Solutions should be a baseball team because they hit it out of the ballpark. Dustin was a complete professional and a pleasure to deal with. The roofing crew who did my house I haven’t seen this type of work ethic or work quality in many years. The only way you could tell they were even there is there was a new roof on the house. Actually the yard was cleaner after they left then when they got there and they cleaned all my gutters out. Before they started they blew all the leaves away from the house then laid tarps all over to catch the debris. At the end they magnet swept loaded and left out. When I was first approached by Colin and Brandon, I didn't really believe them on how easy they said the process would be to get a brand new roof. From the start, they were in constant communication, updating me when needed, about where we were at in the process. They were skilled, efficient and professional throughout the process, which resulted in a gorgeous new roof to complement our home. Our sales rep, Brock Dotson, kept us informed along the way and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new roof!

Not sure what kind of organization this is but they were overly zealous to get me to sign a contract, but once they realize that the insurance company was not going to replace the entire roof and I had a high deductable, it was crickets. I would have to call the sales person who would make promises but would never get back to me. I had to continuely call him to find out what was going on. The excuse was that the company was working on it. Meanwhile no updates, no progress, no nothing. Now I have to work things out myself with the insurance company.... I even called the main number several times and no one came to phone. Needless to say I would definately not recommend.

During a neighborhood canvas I spoke with a very personable sales associate Brock. Mark was also with him. Mind you, there had been other roofing company’s that have tried to make a pitch, but they seemed not to know their product in detail. Brock was very knowledgeable and informative about roofing. He listened to all my questions and answered patiently. Believe me, I had questions and he addressed them all. I felt that AHS would be the company I would entrust with my roof replacement. Together, we communicated with my insurance company for all incidentals. After a holdup with my HOA, the remainder of job essentials went smoothly. I will admit that it sounded like Santa had landed on my roof with his sleigh when the materials were delivered and placed on my roof! I am happy with my shingle selection. The roofing team arrived on schedule and completed the install on schedule. The office staff is top notch. Kayla was one of the last office representatives that I spoke to frequently as a liaison and general Support person for the field. Kayla is truly a personable young lady. I also must mention the Q&A person Mr. D Wright, for his assistance with finalization of my contract.

Initially met with Marshall and Brock with a knock at my door. Their presentation was very swift and straight to the point. Their persistence was accurate and professional and all that they stated to me was absolutely true and verifiable. I reached out and the office manager, Teri Jones, helped calm my concerns and helped get someone out to me the same day as our call. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with their services overall. They actually gave me a free estimate and worked with me to resolve my issues with my budget. The office manager’s follow up and follow through during the process certainly helped me navigate this process more easily and without a bunch of stress. I seen some signs around southern md for affordable home solutions and I called to schedule a roof inspection and Teri answered and was able to have a roof specialist scheduled to make it out the same day. Not only was was she very polite and professional she made it clear that she would be there to help with anything I needed along the way, making it a real pleasure to do business with them.
