I can't say enough good things about this company and especially Jay over there. We had some shingles blow off our roof, and it was my first time filing a claim with insurance. Luckily, I called Prestige! Jay was an absolute animal throughout the claims process. Without him, we likely would have ended up accepting a substandard estimate and letting insurance get one over on us. He has in-depth knowledge and tons of experience dealing with insurance and can use that to guide his customers to a favorable outcome.

The good things didn't stop there. Jay and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof with high-quality materials in a timely manner, and his communication could not have been better. We knew when the crew was showing up and any issues were shown to us and swftly addressed. Even after replacement, there were a few items I wanted looked at, and every time I got a text back right away and a resolution within 1-2 days - really outstanding.

Overall, Jay turned what could have been a really stressful couple weeks into something very easy. Add to that he's just a great guy and easy to get along with.

We had an amazing experience with Prestige. They were extremely knowledgeable, helped us through the process every step of the way, and went so far above and beyond many times. They explained our rights as an insured and how to deal with a horrific adjuster. We went from getting an initial 4K assessment to getting new siding, a new roof, new garage doors, new fascia, and new gutters all because of the owner of Prestige and his knowledge of the state laws and proper escalation paths. Once the claim was approved the crew started immediately and were extremely efficient and the quality of work was excellent. Best experience I’ve ever had with contractors.
