Presidential Construction did an outstanding job on our roof, siding, and gutter replacement. Our project manager, Michael, was highly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked with our insurance company on our hail damage claim, recommended the most beautiful siding for our 100+ year old home, was very detail-oriented, and checked in daily during the construction process. I was also so impressed by the crew; they are true craftsman and I didn't know my home could look so nice. I could not recommend Presidential Construction enough, and am very grateful we were able to work with such a trustworthy team on the home we love so much.

George was incredibly helpful to me on a very challenging time-consuming project. We connected almost 2 years ago after a major hailstorm in Maple Grove. The damage was substantial, but of course the insurance company was hesitant to pay out.

George held my hand through the entire process which dragged out for about 20 months and ended in an appraisal. I cannot express how thankful I am to the company and George for the patience they exhibited with me as I fumbled my way through everything.

The roof was completed just over a week ago and I was amazed by the efficiency! They were here bright and early in the morning and finish the whole project by lunch. It is a smaller roof, but still, I was very impressed. Additionally, they did a great job cleaning up and this was very important to me with a young toddler running around the yard.

When we experienced storm damage to our house for the first time, it was great to have Bo and the Presidential Construction team help us through the insurance and repair processes. I have never experienced storm damage before so I was very new to the game. Upon inspection I was treated like a valued customer by Troy and Drew. After my neighborhood was hit by a freakishly intense hailstorm, I wondered whether my asphalt roof shingles and aluminum siding had been damaged. I'm not going to climb on my roof and, honestly there's a lot of siding, so I didn't immediately file a claim with my insurance company. Then Alex Klinefelter of Presidential Construction came by one day and said he knew about that storm and that he'd be happy to take a look at my roof and siding if I wanted. Normally, I'd just say "thank you, no" but there was something about Alex Klinefelter that made me trust him. He was up on the roof in no time and found ample evidence of hail damage to both the roof and a large fraction of the siding. Normally, I'm the kind of guy who doesn't sweat the little stuff like a little damage to the exterior of my house. So, it was compelling for me the shear amount of damage Alex Klinefelter was able to spot and mark. He even showed me some spots lower down on the siding that were telltale signs of damage. All this is to say, I wouldn't have started on this roof and siding replacement journey if it hadn't been for Alex Klinefelter's keen eye, patience, and integrity.

And what a journey it was. Alex Klinefelter was there when my insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage. I'm sure that Alex Klinefelter's professionalism and thoroughness in marking locations of damage was what made the adjuster say my claim was one of the strongest he'd seen. And when my insurance company came back with an offer to fix only a fraction of the damage it was Alex Klinefelter and his supporting team at Presidential Construction that replied on my behalf. They fought for me to get the full coverage that my insurance policy said I had. I'm grateful for them going to bat for me that way. Alex Klinefelter kept me in the loop as my jobs got scheduled, met the workers on site, helped communicate my concerns about protecting landscaping during roof and siding demolition and answered questions about roof underlayment, insulation and trim among many other things. Whenever I had a concern, Alex Klinefelter was incredibly responsive and clear, sometimes answering my questions directly, sometimes conveying my concerns to the workers, but always being right on top of it -- who were remarkably capable, working in deep freeze conditions and sometimes in high wind and paying excellent attention to detail. Alex Klinefelter has been by the house several times after the workers left to check for stray nails, bits of shingle, or other demolition waste that might have been hidden by snow or fallen leaves. That kind of attention to detail and follow through is rare indeed. In the end, my project turned out beautifully and Alex Klinefelter was a big part of that. I highly recommend Presidential Construction and their incomparable customer relations and project manager Alex Klinefelter for any roofing or siding project you might have.

Bo Schmitz has been fantastic to work with! I had hail damage to my home in Big Lake, MN. I needed my roof, gutters, garage doors and siding replaced. Bo's company did not knock on my door like a storm chaser, they called me and set an appointment time to come over and do the inspection when it was convenient for my schedule. Once I had the claim filled Bo was there to meet with the insurance adjuster and make sur everything was noted and covered in the claim. Bo also worked with my adjuster when there were questions on the siding to make sure what was damaged is getting replaced. Bo goes out of his way to make sure you are completely taken care of, and you will have constant communication during your whole process. Nobody likes to deal with storm damage but if you have to have repairs done, I can't recommend Bo Schmitz and Presidential Construction enough. My roof has been replaced, gutters are replaced, and we have the siding and garage doors on order to be done in two weeks to finish the job. Thank you so much to Bo and the Presidential Team for getting my home back to where it was.

I worked with Aaron Longtin on our siding project, and it was a very pleasant experience. From getting the siding quote to finishing the project, Aaron was there to answer any questions I had. The crew did a great job too from installation to final cleanup. We would be using their services again when we will get our garage done next year.

This is me and my wife first time going through hail damages for our house so we didn't know what to expect but Aaron helped us through it. What happened: After my homeowner's insurance denied my hail damage claim to replace the siding on my house, and after many siding companies just gave up to the insurance's decision, Aaron from Presidential Construction Inc. sat with me. He went through my policies, and given the hail storm data have explained to me that the homeowners insurance company should not deny my claim. He helped me understand my rights and the technicalities needed for me to fight back with the insurance. After 4 months of back and forth, the homeowner's insurance has turned back and accepted my claim.

Aaron understood what insurance companies reasoning for the denial would be and the steps they might take to continue to deny, and helped me understand my rights and how I can fight back. The quality work I received allowed me to have a new beautiful siding for my house with nice colors.

From the moment I met Michael, I knew the referral was 100% accurate and that I, literally, had nothing to worry about.

Presidential Construction was the third contractor to complete work at our home recently and, truth be told, our first two experiences were less than satisfactory. Michael Bresnahan took me through the process of replacing our entire roof and siding, working with my insurance provider, and conducted an incredibly thorough inspection of the hail damage to my home. Michael's inspection and report were so well done that my insurance provider quickly validated Michael's assessment and promptly sent us the initial checks.

Prior to the work starting, Michael followed up from our initial meeting, reviewed what we had previously discussed and reconfirmed our choices for roofing and siding materials. We had a great experience with the roof project working with Josh Turnquist and everyone @ Presidential Construction. Right from the start Josh was upfront about everything and followed through until completion. The roof installation crew was great too. They were very efficient, great install and clean up. Overall everything was fantastic working with Presidential Construction.

I'm so glad we chose Presidential Construction. Alex was super responsive from our first inquiry through the entire project, he explained everything to ensure we understood, and he handled the majority of the insurance correspondence, making it much easier and less stressful for us. And we didn't have to pay anything until insurance had paid us, which was a relief as well. And of course, perhaps most important, our new roof looks great!

A fantastic experience in getting our roof replaced, and largely because of Jake. From the start, I had a great experience with Jake from Presidential Construction. He was polite, patient, always ready to give me all the information I wanted. He took care of everything, and was timely, responsive, and on top of everything for the entire process. Also he was always friendly and kind. It's rare that I have such an excellent experience with a professional. I wish I could hire him to do everything my house ever needs. On the day of the roof install, the crew was here early and worked hard all day, even hours into the dark, for over 12 hours. They were diligent, hardworking, and thorough. The cleanup was amazing; taking off a roof produces such a gigantic mess, yet by the time they left at 8pm at night, there was no sign that it had happened (except for presence of the lovely new roof). When I was first considering Presidential Construction, I went to their website and read the many extremely positive reviews. I thought "no company can be THAT good, but I'll give them a try..." It turns out that they ARE that good. Alex was incredibly professional and personable through the whole process, which began with working the insurance company for hail damage. It was quite a journey dealing with the insurance company, but everything played out almost exactly as Alex predicted, and I ultimately got full coverage. The roof was installed last week, and the crew did a super job and left my property in great shape when they left. Drew Eik came and assessed damage after a hail storm. He handled everything with my insurance agent. Drew is very knowledgeable and professional. I would call him if I ever have roof issues again. A class act and a great company.

Had tons of hail damage and an active leak. Reached out to Presidential for help once the leak started and was able to get a full replacement done. Jake came out multiple times and was a great communicator and ready to help - he helped me get the leak figured out before the replacement since we were getting tons and tons of rain which of course was pushing the roofing crew back. Job was done quick, went up top and didn’t see any issues with nails or flashing, so their crew deserves all the credit for a job well done.

One of the few companies that I know of that will do a retail quote. Most other companies want to go through insurance. This tells me that they are a legitimate company.

I helped a friend work with Michael Bresnahan on a roofing project & he was amazing. He met with us multiple times, patiently explaining the options & hearing her concerns. Michael went above & beyond what would be expected to provide solutions to those concerns (& remembered these concerns as installation approached, again offering the solutions he previously offered). Throughout the process his communication was thorough & he checked in multiple times throughout the installation to ensure everything was done well. He even stopped after the project was completed & the dumpster was removed to double check there was no debris left behind. I highly recommend working with Michael at Presidential Construction.

Presidential replaced my roof in May 2024 after I had hail damage the previous month. Josh and his team were wonderful to work with. They were transparent about the process, responsive to calls and texts, and did quality work, even coming back to make a few small adjustments to the gutters per my specifications. I would recommend (and have) to family, friends, and neighbors.

Presidential Construction- specifically their representative Josh Turnquist- took us all the way from start to finish after a big hail storm did a number on our house. First he inspected the house for damage and then filed an insurance claim for damage to the roof, gutters, and window wraps. When the adjuster came, he agreed to almost everything but Josh felt he had missed a few things, so he contacted the insurance company and got those things covered as well.
Each of the three different work crews did a great job, completing their work in one day apiece, including cleanup. Josh came afterwards, more than once, and went over the lawn with an implement that picked up stray nails and metal pieces.
He also went above and beyond the call of duty when he helped us install a new kitchen light. Actually, to be more accurate , we helped him. Presidential promptly sent the various work receipts to the insurance company, so they could issue me the insurance checks.
Throughout the whole process, and especially when the workers were here, Josh came to our house any number of times to make sure that everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions or concerns. We talked a little college basketball and Twins in the bargain.
I am completely satisfied with the experience of working with Josh and Presidential Construction, and would definitely turn to them again for future work. I heartily recommend them for anyone needing a new roof or gutters, especially if it's an insurance claim. Dealing with an insurance company can be complicated and unpleasant, but with Presidential we hardly had to lift a finger.

Jake came out to fix a small leak in our roof. He was very thorough cleaning and fixing the area that needed to be repaired and even went the extra mile and cleaned our gutters.

I had a very frustrating experience working with this company, which was disappointing considering all the high reviews. The project manager I worked with was not very consistent or proactive in their communication which lead to the project dates moving multiple times. I had to check in with them weekly at a point because I was uncertain when work would begin or if I was even still on their radar. They even asked me for a 5 star review while work wasn't completed which felt particularly insulting..

As for the work itself, the day that work started the crew blocked both exits out of my home and I couldn't communicate to them at all so that they could move equipment for me to be able to leave. Eventually a supervisor did come out and told them to move things so we could safely exit but it seemed like an oversight that that person wasn't there from the beginning to check on the team.

I'm giving three stars because the work itself looks great and I'm happy I have a new roof and gutters. I'll also say that the folks at billing were very kind and understanding of the situation I was having with my insurance company which I appreciate. Despite these positives I would never use this company again.

Our experience with Presidential was 5 star, for sure. It was helpful having one point of contact and Alex was fantastic. He communicated often, supervised the whole job, and was so personable and thorough.

The day of crew was also very respectful and tidy. They NEVER had materials all over my yard (like many of my neighbor's getting a new roof) keeping my space looking nice at all times. Just moved in house from out of state had sliding glass door & attic bad multiple leaks. Went to BBB & checked out several roofers luckily I called Presidential-responded very quickly. George Bunnell came out within couple hours in rain & came back with Shawn next morning. Shawn did an excellent job of finding reason for leaks & torn off roofing material down to plywood-explained to me. Shawn repaired it properly. George gave me a 90 day guarantee. Note-Presidential is not cheap but their work & people are very good & professional. Thanks to George & Shawn I feel my leaks are history.

We were recently hit with baseball size hail right after accepting an offer on our house. Bo & Randy with Presidential Construction were incredible to work with! They did everything to push the repairs (roof & siding replacement) through before the closing on our sale, went out of their way to make things flow smoothly, and were amazing in their communication with myself, our real estate agent, and our insurance adjuster making the process very easy! Presidential construction was recommended to me from a friend, that had storm damage repairs complete by them. Never working with a contractor before, I was hesitant. I gave Drew a call, he came out the same day, completed a Thorough inspection of my roof, and siding. After discussing the damages with drew, I decided to proceed with the repairs. Drew made the process simple, very easy to talk with, always answered any questions I had. The presidential crew had the work competed in only a couple of days and looks amazing! Presidential Construction came through for me big time!! I needed a roof specialist to come with me, as our tenant claimed that there was roof damage due to water leakage. George was kind enough to come out with my on his day off, it was a beautiful summer day, only to find out the truth from our tenant. She severly overflowed the bathtub. Nothing to do with the roof! I can't say enough nice things about our experience with Presidential. From our first interaction, Jake was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He expertly guided us through the process of what started as a roof replacement, but quickly turned into new siding and gutters as well. He coordinated everything for us with the various teams, while remaining our main point of contact throughout, and always responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. We had an amazing experience with Presidential Construction! The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end, in large part because of the professionalism and work ethic of Michael Bresnahan.
