Storm Master Roofing LLC is the BEST!!! From the initial meeting and discussing our project to the installation and follow-up, this company is HANDS DOWN the absolute best to work with! We interviewed SEVERAL roofers but they all paled in comparison to Kris at Storm Master. Unlike any others we interviewed, Kris took meticulous care to inspect all problem areas, take pictures, and draw up a plan to rectify all issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional yet very compassionate when it came to our concerns. In our case, we had a damaged dormer that was leaking into our home so it wasn’t just the roof we needed, we needed a major dormer repair.

He thoroughly explained all of our options and provided multiple quotes. Better yet, all estimates he provided were incredibly reasonable and detailed line by line. We knew EXACTLY what we were investing in. No tricks, no BS…just straightforward transparency every step of the way! Choosing Kris/Storm Master over every other company we spoke to was a no-brainer. In fact, I was so confident with my choice, we hired him to replace our gutters, too!!!

Once work commenced, he kept us informed every step of the way. He was very attentive, communicated all our needs with his very capable crew, and promptly returned all calls/texts when we had questions. His crew was also very fast and did a great job cleaning up at the project’s end.

Upon completion, he came out to do a final walk around to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied with the craftsmanship. The service we received from beginning to end can only be described as “white glove”…truly outstanding in every respect.

The work was also top notch! After the city inspector completed their inspection of the finished job, I jokingly asked, “Did we pass inspection?” He chuckled and replied, “Not only did the roof pass inspection, it is BEAUTIFUL! They did a really terrific job!” And this is coming from a guy that inspects this kind of work for a living! I knew then that we had definitely made the right choice.

In the end, we LOVE our new roof and gutters!!! We could not be happier with our investment!!! In fact, our experience was so positive that we’ve already decided that we will be hiring Kris and his team at Storm Master to replace our windows and siding in the future!

So, if you’re seeking a quality roof or other home exterior repair/remodel and want an honest, reliable, and trustworthy company to get the job done, I cannot recommend Kris and Storm Master Roofing enough!!! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

Storm Master Roofing exceeded our expectations! They provided a very detailed estimate with no hidden costs. We received 8 estimates before making our decision and 6 out of the 8 had hidden costs that weren’t included in their estimates, which means you end up paying significantly more than their original estimate when the work is done!, I think that should be illegal, but I digress.
The actual work was done quickly, efficiently, and with care. A crew of approximately 20 roofers showed up to re-roof our house.
They had the old shingles removed in approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours and a new roof, new, vents, flashing, etc…on before the end of the day!
Not only that, but they did a thorough cleanup before they left including a large magnetic machine that picked up loose nails from our yard.
Then to top it off, the next day the company owner, Kris Genskay, came by to do a final inspection, along with 3 more crew members to do a final cleanup, which included yet again another magnetic machine to pick loose up nails in our yard.
As you can see, Storm Masters roofing exceeded our expectations and the final price was the same as the estimate!

I had the roof and all of the siding replaced on my home. To me what made Storm Master most valuable was how well they worked with my insurance company. I really didn't have to do much of anything and Kris met with my insurance adjuster and was able to demonstrate the damage which resulted in my full claim getting approved and it was approved quickly.

Kris was absolutely great to work with in getting my roof repaired due to storm damage. He assisted with filing the insurance claim and made everything a very smooth, easy process. He was very communicative before, during and after the job was completed. You would never have known that there had been construction at my home. It was spotless post job completion.
