Jordan & Drag were great to work with. Thorough in every way, starting with how they took damage samples and got the claim going. Once we finished the project, not only did everything look great, but when a minor problem spot (old house) popped up, they returned not once but twice to confirm the quality of the job. Really appreciated their full efforts and the quality of work as well as the commitment & character they displayed. Nothing bad to say about this team :)

Jordan was awesome, very easy to work with and explained the process to me in detail. He really seems to be good at his job. He came out the house and worked with my insurance agent to get the storm damage on my roof covered by insurance. The company was able to get me on the schedule very quickly and the job was done within 2 business days.

When is was looking for a contractor, i had 2 respond. One never responded, the other one never went on the roof to check. Then along came Perzhu. What a breath of fresh air. No pressure. Trustworthy. Nice to look at, too. They really knew their business.
Had the job done in a timely manner. Only drawback was the insurance. Yes, I would recommend then to any one that needs a good contractor.

Perzhu Construction did a fine job of roof replacement for me. The quality of work is very good. The crew was easy to work with and respectful of my residence. A trailer was used for construction debris, eliminating the hassle of a dumpster in the driveway. Moreover, Dragomir was an excellent communicator with me and with my insurance company. Messages were clear and timely. I would not hesitate to work with Perzhu Construction again.

I've never felt compelled to write a review on Google, but my awesome experience with Dragomir and his roofing crew from Perzhu construction compelled me. At this point, he's in various stages of working with 6 houses on my block. Not surprising, as he's deeply experienced, detail-oriented, affordably priced, and easy to work with.

I'm getting solar installed and my roof was reaching the end of its useful life, so I got several quotes. Dragomir owns the company, and he showed up in person to talk about my project.

His quote was very detailed and affordable, and I could tell through other references that his crew would do quality work, and that he would be a good partner in the process. I got quotes from other large and well-reviewed companies, but their costs were not any less and they didn't seem as responsive or collaborative.

Perzhu is a local company, which provides a strong incentive to do good work because Dragomir needs to keep a local base of customers happy to be successful. He has been doing this type of work since his teens - he can do pretty much anything construction related.

Even though I was already committed to working with him, he did a bunch of extra leg work to help me file an appeal for an insurance claim, since all of my other neighbors had their claims approved.

Dragomir also suggested I see if my insurance company would provide a discount for installing class 4 hail resistant shingles. He was right again: This affordable upgrade will pay for itself in 3 years, and I will save thousands on future insurance premiums over the lifetime of the roof.

They started the job within a week of my initial payment. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the same day, cleaned up thoroughly. It was totally painless. I have a family member who has fairly deep experience in the building trades, he inspected the work and gave it a big thumbs up.

On my next remodeling project, Dragomir will be my first call.

Dragomir and his team were super easy and accommodating to work with. The work finished was phenomenal in both quality and time of completion. Any questions I had were addressed with care and solved quickly. I look forward to working with him again if we need any other work done.

Had this company do my 87 year old father’s house did an excellent job with a 100 year old house lots of challenges. They were awesome to deal with always easy contact got back to me right away if I had questions. They handled all of the insurance claims and paperwork lots of paperwork dealing with a 100 year old house would highly recommend them.

We had water damage over the winter and Dragomir was very helpful at determining how the damage happened. He worked with our insurance to help us get it all done. I found all the workers to be highly skilled, very clean, and efficient. We got all the work done before our 3rd baby arrived which was a huge bonus! Highly recommend.

Our home has a new roof, siding, and gutters since the hailstorm hit our region! Perzhu did a fantastic job at tear off, installation and helping us choose materials and colors, and they kept our home clean in the meantime.

Working with Dragomir from Perzhu Contruction has been the best professional contractor experience I have had as a homeowner. We had a disaster of a sewage backup that ruined our entire basement. Drag worked with our insurance to ensure costs were minimal to us to get everything not only repaired professionally, but also remodeled and updated to the basement of our dreams.

When mold was discovered behind certain panels in our basement, we worried that costs were going to skyrocket because our homeowner policy does not cover mold remediation. Drag worked with our insurance and somehow magically convinced them to cover some of the associated mold remediation costs, then he found a subcontractor who came in far lower than some of the other big name contractors that we independently reached out to for comparison bids on mold remediation. It seemed that no matter what aspect of the remodeling project came up (mold, painting, drywall, framing, plumbing, electrical) Drag either had an amazing contact to do the work at a very fair price, or Drag would step up and do the work himself.

Working with Drag was an excellent overall experience. I even enjoyed just talking with him day to day throughout the project, as he’s very down to earth and personable. Our basement, despite the full tear down and constant construction, never felt messy throughout the project. Drag and his team made sure to meticulously clean up after work every single day. It was honesty shocking at just how professional, clean, and orderly they always were. I could not give a higher recommendation to Perzhu Construction.

You can definitely notice once you meet Drag that he cares about the project that's being done. We had our deck replaced. From the first day he started on the job. He used his expertise and wasn't rushed. I never had one moment where I didn't understand what he was doing. He would always explain what he's doing, and if I had any questions. He'd go into grave detail with the answer. The city inspector made a note on the inspection on how "perfect" the Job was. If we continue to update our house. Drag & his team removed & replaced our old siding & exterior 2nd floor stairs I was especially impressed with the all important prep work before he installed anything .His attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend him.

We had a leak in our roof and couldn't seem to fix the problem with other contractors. Drag and his crew were the first to get on the roof with a hose and actually find the exact problem! They were booked out for a couple of weeks but with lots of rain in the forecast, they fit me in the schedule that next morning before the rain hit! We haven't had any leaking since. Drag and Alex have great customer service and are very professional! I will definitely be hiring them again when I need a contractor.

The man that met with us to go over the contract and to give us an estimate was a very nice person. Communication was excellent and we were given many color options for our roof. They did quality work and I would recommend them to anyone.
