When our chimney blew down, Joel quickly came over and secured the hole in the roof until it could be permanently repaired, avoiding further damage from rain. He worked with the insurance company and kept us posted regarding the status of the repair. He was quick to respond anytime I contacted him. Joel at Turnkey Restoration is AMAZING in every way!!!! I started working with Joel in 2022 when I had hail damage on my roof and siding. My insurance claim was dragged out for over 2 years and Joel was right there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY to make sure my claim continued moving forward and was successful!! It is now 2025 and Joel and his team completed my claim, got me everything I wanted and more!! I have a new roof and new beautiful siding on my house and I could not be happier!!!! Turnkey put a new shingle roof on my house, which has a solar system on it. Turnkey was professional, quick, and coordinated with Nationwide and a solar contractor. What can I even express about my gratitude for Ari Applewhite and the team at Turnkey Restoration?? Since day 1 of working with them, its been nothing but absolutely wonderful. Ari kept in touch and great communication with me about what the status was of our damage, what the next steps were, what was needed from me and our insurance company and really advocated for us to get our homeowners insurance to pay for a new roof that our home so badly (and clearly) needed after a horrendous hail storm last summer. After hail damage I called my insurance and they recommended Turnkey Restoration as a preferred vendor. I’m so glad I called them! I was nervous of scams etcetera bc I watch too much news lol But I met Ariana Applewhite from their team and she made the entire experience a delight and did everything possible to help me feel calm and relaxed through this new experience. I was really impressed with the speed and work that Turnkey did with replacing my roof after the hail storm this summer. They came out a day after I asked for an estimate, worked with my insurance company and had the new roof on in under a week. Joel and company did a tremendous job on our roof. The biggest challenge was working with my insurance company, but Joel and co. made as painless as can be. That part took the insurance company over 9 months and Turnkey was super patient, tried doing shingle matching, but in the end, the entire roof needed to be replaced and paid for. Joel's efforts with City Laws and persistence with the insurance company got that finally covered. In the end, the roof replacement on both my house and garage only took 3 days. Staff was outstanding, did a tremendous job that is the envy of my neighbors. Will definitely work with Turnkey on other repairs they do in the future from now on. Can't recommend any higher!! We had Turnkey work on several projects for us including all new roof, partial new siding and all new gutters. Very happy throughout the whole process as they were so easy to work with! Each project was timely while staying within budget and the initial bids.

The roof was replaced very fast just in time for an early spring snow. We were given many options and happy with the outcome.

The siding that was done on our house was to an addition that was completed to our home. Turnkey was great to work with as they offered many options and ideas assisting in our final decision of choosing a style that was updated yet also matched the existing parts of our home. We couldn’t be more happy with the final product!

Gutters were added last and again very happy with the final product that matches the new and old parts of our home.

TurnKey Restoration was contracted to restore exterior damage to roof, siding and other features as a result of hail damage.
The responsiveness and support to issues during the long the insurance claim process was excellent. All matters of concern were addressed in a timely manner. Lead staff communicated schedules for work tasks with courtesy and timeliness.

I've hired Turnkey for two flat roof projects on old homes (1924 townhouses & 1890s duplex). Both times I worked mainly with Ari to scope the work and get a quote. She's super knowledgable and responsive. I got multiple bids and found their pricing to be competitive, closely in the range of other bids, but the detail of the proposal stood out as well as the explanation of why their chosen approach would solve the issues best in the long run.

For this most recent project they managed to major hurdles for me:
1) the historical preservation society was initially going to require us to reinstall this degraded railing that punctured the roof in 60+ spots and was the cause of leaking. They worked with the HPS to explain why this wasn't feasible or desirable. I didn't have to talk to anyone, it just got done behind the scenes.
.
2)Incorrectly installed skylights I had replaced by a different company this fall caused the team to have to change their install approach to keep the project moving. They removed some charges from my invoice for work they had to descope.

The install team and the site coordinator Spencer were respectful, on-time and cleaned up everything carefully.

All around a fabulous experience. My only regret is that they weren't available for the initial skylight replacement this fall. Would have saved me a ton of time and headache if I had been able to hire them to assess the real root cause of my water damage and the replace the skylights and flat roof in one project.

Our roof was damaged in a storm. This was my first home claim and roof replacement and I had no idea how to proceed. Turnkey was SO helpful! Ari helped me with insurance and answered all of my questions and concerns. Ari has the patience of a Saint. They were all very thorough and highly communicative when I had questions. Their roofing crew was excellent, clean and very hard working. I could not recommend Turnkey more!

I had hail damage. Turnkey Restoration replaced my roof and gutters. They also had them put on gutter guards on for me. They did a great job and worked with my insurance company.

Our neighbor's tree fell on our house last summer. There was some damage, but it was far from a big repair job. My husband tried contacting some contractors and none were interested because our job was "too small". Turnkey Restoration did not have this same attitude and they willingly took on the job. Very quickly they discovered that the shingles that we had were no longer being manufactured, so they went through the work of trying to color-match our roof. The options that came back were terrible, although our insurance company thought they looked fine. The crew at Turnkey didn't want to settle for a crummy-looking patch job with mismatched shingles and so they worked with our insurance company until we finally got approval to replace the whole roof. This whole process took quite a bit of time, and we'd had tons of snow by the time it was all resolved. The snow finally melted a couple of weeks ago and last week we got our new roof. The crew was fast and efficient and the roof looks great. Over the winter we also decided we'd like to get our gutters replaced. Turnkey took care of that as well, and that job was finished this week. They look great and we couldn't be happier. We had some questions along the way and they were always quick to respond - they never left us hanging. Everyone we worked with was so accommodating and they made this entire process easy. To say I am impressed is an understatement. I can't recommend Turnkey Restoration enough - if you need work done, they will take care of you!

We have used Turnkey twice now. Back in 2020 for new siding, roof and gutters and just recently for some gutter repair due to ice. Spencer and Jake were so quick to take my calls, and help get our house fixed up quickly before more damage could be made. I trust them 100% and would not hesitate to recommend them. They're reliable, so fast on response time and most importantly provide quality work all around. We can't thank them enough!
