Amazing job by MSP exteriors! I 100% recommend this great company. I don’t leave reviews often, but Chris was professional, efficient and so helpful in addressing a leak in our roof.

Working with Allen was a pleasure! He took on my small repair of fascia happily and him and his crew did great work at a reasonable price. Was also easy to work with and get scheduled. Very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

MSP installed ClipStone on my home....almost 900 sqf. This application is very labor intensive and these guys knocked it out of the park with their speed and attention to detail. They took great care in flashing and caulking it all up and making sure it looked great.

Communication:
Alan was my contact throughout this project. This guy IS THE most communicative contractor I've ever dealt with in my life. In a world of contractors, there needs to be about a million more Alan's.

I am a DIY guy, but this would have taken me months. Im glad I found these guys, and I will definitely use them in the future.

We had a roof leak which left our bedroom ceiling sagging from the water damage. Alan came out and assessed the damages the next day, told us what he thinks the issues is and even a temporary fix to assist us in the meantime until our builder was able to come out and assess the damages. Alan was great and we will definitely call MSP exteriors in the future when we need a project done.

I have had MSP Exteriors do several jobs for me....new roof, gutters, house painted, stringers on deck replaced, and wallboard put up inside a shed. EVERY person that came to work at my home, and they were all different crews, was polite, efficient, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond what was asked. I trusted each of the guys that worked here, and never felt as though I was being taken advantage of. Wonderful work, wonderful people. We used MSP Exteriors for siding replacement (3 sides) and house painting (1 side) earlier this summer and had a good experience throughout the entire process.

The owner Chris came out to inspect our previous siding, discuss options, and provide price quotes. The recommendations he made felt realistic to our situation (how long we intend to stay in this house, etc.) rather than simply pushing us towards a more expensive product like other companies. We felt most comfortable proceeding with MSP Exteriors and signed on.

The painting took a few days and the installation took about a week. The crew was professional, and as quiet and clean as you can hope for on a job site. There were a few minor issues, as there always are on big jobs like this - a window screen was damaged, some of the new paint was scraped off, there was an issue with a replacement service door - but Chris was very responsive and took care of them quickly. It now looks like a brand new house.

All in all, we had a very positive experience with MSP Exteriors and would use them again for any exterior work we needed.

Once completed you could barely tell where repair was made. Also did more than expected with clean up of tree branches trimmed back off roof and fixing piece of soffit that had come loose. MSP Exteriors Inc did a quality re-roof on our alley garage in Minneapolis this fall. They cut out some visibly rotted plywood and added a couple of vents as well. They worked quick and efficiently, and the roof looks great. I feel very confident in the quality of their work.

Integrity!!! Should be there name, very well informed great contractors, after 3 failed contractor attempts at our home remodeling project we were blessed with Allen and Chris, they are everything you want to work on your home.

Chris took a foreclosure that was run down, and completely turned it around into a beautiful place to live. Every step through the process was done with complete professionalism, Chris went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy and satisfied with the work. Whenever anything was pointed out that needed attention, he immediately fixed, or on a few occasions replaced with new. Highly recommend these people for your home repairs.

Working with Chris was great. Called him on a sunday to fix a gutter problem I was having. Called me right back and was here early monday morning to get the problem fixed! He did a great job and gave me a lot of good info to do things as a new homeowner moving forward. We used MSP Exteriors for new siding, windows & a door. The work was done well & in a timely fashion for a fair price. But the best part of the experience was working with Alan. We had our roof done this year. It was still snow and sub freezing temps but we wanted it done since we had got wind damage in Dec. on it. The roof was not done to code, or Owen Corning shingle install instructions.They did not nail in the wind strips on the shingles, they nailed in places so low that the shingle above it did not cover the nail. We found over 25 exposed nails on the roof nailed though the shingles. After contacting MSP exteriors he had them come tear off the new roof they put on, and totally redo it again.Second time was better but they still didn't do a valley correctly in back and that had to be fixed also (by us). Problem is MSP uses "sub contractors" and not employees, so you don't know who will be doing the work, and if they are a reputable subcontractor. Chris, the owner of MSP is very nice, does follow up with you, and the blame falls on the sub contractors he used to do this. It wasn't a fun experience having to go though this to get a roof that was done correctly.

We can highly recommend MSP Exteriors!! Chris and Alan did the following work with our complete satisfaction on our Minnetonka home this past fall: new roof, removal of brick on front of house, replace with Hardy planking, new concrete front step and walkway, new front and back windows, patio sliding door, new gutters and whole house painting. MSP did a great job with excellent communication, pricing and on-time completion. We are very pleased with MSP Exteriors!!

MSP is your contractor! Save the shopping, I did it for you. From start to finish they made the stress of insurance claims easy! I feel like we did nothing except choose some colors and sign over the check! They’re efficient like a big time outfit, but personable and down to earth!

I highly recommend MSP Exteriors for your next project. I ran into a problem where I needed a couple holes put in my roof for exhaust vents. Unfortunately, I was in a time crunch and other contractors weren’t available for 4-5 weeks. After speaking to Alan on a Thursday, he talked with Chris and they agreed to come do the work the following Monday.

Chris and his team showed up on time and were great to work with. I explained what I needed and he understood, made recommended adjustments and ultimately completed the job in less than 2 hours. While this ended up being a small job for them, I appreciate their willingness to help me out and will definitely be calling them again for my next project (hopefully, replacing my deck next spring).

Superb work – much attention to detail and quality. Very pleased, I can definitely recommend MSP. Completion as originally quoted, defined and expected – no surprises. Chris and Allen were both VERY helpful when recommending crafty/crafted long-term solutions to some serious grade and foundation issues. They worked on my difficult old house and large garage, both had the roof replaced, both had new siding, and both got new gutters. All finishing requests at the end completely addressed in one day. Good clean-up during and after each crew finished. Pinning down a start/finish schedule to an exact day was a communication effort, when rolling everything was handled in a prompt, honest, and open way. Excellent job.

We had to replace our aged ceder siding and contacted several contractors but were not satisfied with the offers. Then met with Chris, MSP owner, at the trade show and right after talking to him felt confident that his company is what we needed. They replaced our ceder siding with high grade Alside vinyl one and installed new gutters with leaf guards. But not only this. Chris pointed out to some flaws in house construction that had to be fixed to prevent the damage to internal structures. Also fixed the roof under the chimney, fixed chimney frame and did many other adjustments. Suggested different designs to make our house look nice again. The quality of work was outstanding and the cost of the entire project was acceptable. Very knowledgeable and professional team with excellent work ethics. We feel like we bought a brand new house now.

I met Chris at the Minnesota Home and Garden Show. I was looking for a new contractor as I had a bad experience with a previous roofer. Chris came out to my house and was extremely professional. He walked me through the entire process and was not pushy to get the job started. I had to postpone the work due to Covid. He was very understanding and flexible and helped work with my insurance company to make sure we could do the roof at a later time. Fast forward a couple of months and I called Chris as I was ready to begin the work. He was prompt and came out the next week. MSP finished the roof and gutters on our 3,000 sq ft. home in 7 hours. His staff was completely professional. They even cut down a branch that was too high form me to reach. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future roofing needs.

These guys at Msp Exteriors Inc are great we got are garage done and they knocked it out within three days they are awesome I would highly recommend them if you have any exterior work that needs to be done these are the guys to call. They are super friendly guys once they know what you need to get done..so don’t be afraid to ask questions while there on the job. MSP Exteriors was quick, professional and did wonderful work! The owner got back to us promptly and came out the next day to do a thorough estimate and inspection of our roofing needs. His crew came out a few days later and it took about a half day to finish roofing the garage. Everything looks beautiful and the price was truly fair and affordable. My husband and I recommend MSP wholeheartedly to anyone who has roofing needs!

We had a terrible experience with MSP Exteriors. My father had them come out to give a bid to have our deck taken down. They pressured my dad in to having it done that day by lying to him and telling him that the city would condemn the house if he didn't have it done that day. They did a horrible job. It was horrific. They charged him way too much. They broke a window pane when they popped part of the deck out and then just told my dad that they would give him $250 off all the doors and windows he ordered to have replaced. They left the broken glass there, didn't even bother to clean it up knowing I have a 2 year old that could go back there at any time. They didn't seal up the part of the house that the deck was attached to. It is awful. They left half of the wood from the deck with nails in it sitting in the backyard. The worst part of this whole experience is that they were drinking while they were working on taking our deck down. They left their empty liquor bottle in our recycling bin. My dad passed away so we are no longer working with them and have cut all ties with them. This was the worst experience ever.

I had my garage door opening enlarged and a new garage door installed. The carpentry and installation work was impeccable! I strongly recommend MSP Exteriors!

Chris came out to inspect my roof after a recent hail storm. He came out quickly and was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to do up on the roof, took good pictures, and explained what he was looking for on the roof and in those pictures.
