Discount was highly recommended by our interior remodeling company. That company is a joy to work with. Discount, not at all. I contacted them weeks ago providing a detailed description of our project and photos both of our exterior elevations and examples of homes nearby that had the exterior treatment and details we wanted. After numerous prompts for updates, I received half hearted responses from the Discount co-owner who was recommended to us. After waiting for an estimate for a number of weeks more I asked, a couple of days ago, when we might expect one. That elicited multiple derogatory emails from that co-owner asserting he had no information about what we wanted, had no "drawings" so couldn't do an estimate and ending in saying he had no interest in our project. What a complete waste of hours of my time not to mention my patience. HIGHLY unprofessional, TOTALLY uncalled for and HARD to believe that a small business can treat prospective customers so poorly and rudely. Especially so in a highly competitive and often sketchy business like siding and roofing. By the way, the Google reviews are very likely total B.S. One of them is attributed to the co-owner himself and another is from someone with the same last name. Having 20+ all "5 star" ratings is truly unbelievable.
I am very pleased with my roof. They did a great job in a timely matter. Outstanding job on the clean up as well.
