He is thorough and isn't interested in "just getting it done." He gets it done right! You never have to wonder how things are going with them. You will be kept informed along the way during the entire process and this INCLUDES PHOTOS.

His crew was efficient and courteous all the time. When the job was done, everything was cleaned to my satisfaction.

The rates are reasonable as are the methods and terms of payment. We are elated with the work they did for us!!!

I highly recommend Indigo State Roofing. They came out to my mother-in-law’s house, took photos, pointed out the issues with the roof, and gave an honest, detailed estimate of the roof repairs needed, which was emailed to me for review. Then, were back out promptly to do the work. Once it was completed, they sent before and after photos of the job. Will be using them again when it’s time for shingles.

So an update on this review. This company just did the vinyl siding on my home. Their work was beyond outstanding , the crew was beyond professional, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is by far above and beyond anyone else or any other company i have ever used for anything. The only reason I only give them 5 stars is I am not allowed to give them 10. If you need roof work or siding work Indigo State Roofing is the only company you should call.

We received some roof damage from Hurricane Helene. After waiting 4 days for an estimate from another company we called Indigo. They conducted an inspection the same day and completed the work the following day. Fast, easy, professional, quality work. It's easy to do business with this company. Highly recommend.

It also didn't hurt that their prices were competitive!

I was very surprised at the fast response to get the job done. I will certainly call on Indigo again for future roof work.

We had an issue with water penetration which showed up occasionally after wind and rain. Indigo State Roofing was recommended by a friend. They agreed to provide a no commitment quote. They showed up at the time the said they would conducted a full survey of the roof and provided photographs of areas of concern. I agreed for them to carry out work they recommended- during the job they took photos of each stage of the job. Afterwards they explained the work that they had done to fix the flashing on the roof and had photographs to show the work which was great because there was full transparency. I would definitely use them again.

If honesty and a job done right are important to you, these are the people you want on your roof replacing the shingles. They worked hard from start to finish without taking shortcuts. I highly recommend Indigo State Roofing.

Our roof replacement was a good experience from the beginning with Daryl taking pictures of the roof with drone. Jon was very helpful with filing the claim and was present when the insurance adjuster evaluated the damage on our roof.
The project was completed in an organized, timely manner. Either Jon or Tom were onsite to manage the project and supervise the roofers. The roofers were hardworking and courteous.
In a few case the plants/shrubs could have been better protected.

This company and its employees are AWESOME! They did real time photo timeline update of the work progression; and also reviewed items that needed to be brought up to code. In my case it was the ventilation for exhaust and plumbing. They also worked very well with my insurance company.

I've had them to a few things for us. They painted and fixed our hardi plank siding. They also put in a boot on the roof to vent a new bathroom. They were super fast and able to help out very quickly. Nice, professional, and good at what they do. The only thing is I wish I found them sooner. The previous roofer we used was all talk and did a horrible job. Please reach out to this roofer for your needs. Can't recommend enough.

Darryl, Tom, John and their entire team of roofers did am amazing Job. John was our on site manager and was on site at our home from 8am to 8pm each day until completion. They cleaned up at the end of each day too. We hada leak in our roof and filed a claim. Were told by our adjuster that it wasn't from the roof itself, it was a pipe boot on the roof that was damaged. After consulting with Darryl at Indigo State Roofing He said we had severe hail damage to our roof and he could prove this to the afjuster. After his consultation with the adjuster we were approved for an entire new roof, pipe boots and gutters. Need a great roofer? Call Indigo State Roofing!

Working with Darryl and Tom was a great experience! They are both very knowledgeable and professional! They have done two large siding jobs for me as well as some interior repair work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Indigo State Roofing took excellent care of our home after a storm damaged our roof. 1st response was quick, and the team at ISR helped us through every stage of the repair. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. I highly recommend Indigo State Roofing.

I would not recommend using Indigo State Roofing. They came out and told me that the works would be a round $300. When I received the quote it had doubled without any explanation to $601. The response I got was we needed to make more profit or they would not remain in business. They said they could do less work and charge $411.85. They are not honorable or keep their word. How are they trustworthy when they do not stand by their word? They talk a great game but definitely do not back up their agreement. Very Bad Business Practice.

What I really do not understand is that Daryl’s professional opinion was didn’t see off hand any exposed nails, only a couple of shingles, and sealant just to hold over until the roof is replaced. We were talking between $10,000 to $30,000 that they just lost due to greed and not honoring their word. I guess Tom is worried that they will go out of business to double their price. They may not be financially stable as they lead me to believe.

Indigo State has completed several projects for me, including new roof and gutters, porch/steps and rails, and most recently a redesign of a storage unit. I could not be happier with their work. The supervisor and crew are consistently competent, hardworking, and professional. With the storage unit, I had last minute changes and they were handled without problems or delays. I strongly recommend this company, quality workmanship from people you can trust.

I used Indigo last summer when I was getting ready to put my house on the market. They came out and flew their drone over my home and small "man cave" in the back as well prior to inspections to help me identify any issues prior to going to market. I was given a detailed report and itemized cost breakdown for all recommended repairs, prior to any work being performed.
Darryl and his team took the time to review the report with me and explain in depth what each item was and why it should be repaired/replaced.
The work was scheduled, everyone showed up on time, maintained a clean & safe work site and there were no unexpected charges once the work was completed, which is a rare exception these days.
Darryl, Michelle and their entire team were knowledgeable, professional and met all expectations. They even went above & beyond to help with another issue that they weren't even contracted originally to do to help me get my home on the market as scheduled!
