Shannon and her team went above and beyond to get my claim approve. When I had issues with anything it was addressed. when i had questions I didn't have to wait days for a call back. Thanks to Ms Shannon and Mr Gene (owners of Drip Ninjas); our family has a brand new kitchen flooring after a leaking pipe caused damage to a section. Their team repaired the defective area in the kitchen, sprayed in our crawl space for any mold, had the electrician upgrade wiring for the kitchen stove, and replaced the old vinyl floor with beautiful laminate. All at a very reasonable price and service with warm smiles and understanding hearts. Before and after pics are included here. We are very pleased with the transformation. What a blessing.

Ninjas came in and sorted out my water damage, mold and devastation. Within days my home was cleared out and ready for new material! We never had to leave although it wasn’t easy for a few days!! Shannon and her ninjas got us up and running in no time! BEST BEST BEST experience!!

Drip Ninjas is a state-of-the-art Company. The owner stands by her word every bit of the way. They just got done repairing my water damage due to a toilet leak. Wow! Shannon and Gene were super-professional, friendly, respectful and were always there if I needed to speak with them. From the repair of the drywall, the plumbing, installation of the flooring, molding and fixtures - every job was looked after with a “fine-tooth comb” (and I thought I was a perfectionist!). The job was done in the time they quoted and every day my house was cleaned up after the job was done. I was lucky because they sent their Contractor, Blake, to do my work. He was very talented and “oh-so-friendly” and fun to be around. I could see that the whole team enjoyed their jobs and each other. You can’t go wrong with having Drip Ninjas do your job. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Drip Ninjas throughout our recent flood damage. They were prompt, honest, timely and dependable throughout the entire process. We needed everything done prior to company coming into town for our daughter's graduation and they worked over the weekend to remove everything in time. Then, they came back several weeks later to remove the carpeting in time for the new installers to get that project wrapped up. I would recommend them fully!

Drip Ninja's were amazing!!! We bought a home that had a horrible crawl space. Some of the wood was covered with mold and mildew. Before we had work done underneath, we wanted to take care of this issue. Shannon and her team with Drip Ninja's came in and literally scrubbed the wood and made sure everything under the house was ready to go for the encapsulation. I could immediately smell a difference inside the house when they were done. For what they did - The cost was very reasonable. I have peace of mind knowing our crawlspace does not have any mold and is clean.
