Dave and his crew did an excellent job with the replacement of our roof. They removed all the old roofing, repaired old deck damage, prepped and installed the new- all in the same day! Cleanup was done well and Dave followed up the next day to inspect and double check all the work.
Both Dave and the crew were a pleasure to work with.

When I say it’s been a struggle to find a company to fix my simple soffit repair, it’s beyond the mere word. Lexington has become a place scarce of “good”, “honest” “fair” “Courteous” quality service. I had one contractor provided by Lowe’s & Crosby roofing who literally did half a job, and a terrible job at that half, before cashing check and leaving for good. Finding Rennison was a needed godsend. This is by a long shot the ONLY choice for a repair company you should be making. They did an exceptional job, followed up, explained everything and even offered to help with other issues like a window rotting in the back. After Hurricane Helene's winds sent a large tree crashing through our roof, we found Rennison and they came out very quickly to close up the house with tarps until they could fix all the damage which they did in a very timely manner. They were professional and we are very happy with the work they did, so much so that we are going to have them do a few more updates on our home's exterior that we have been wanting to do.

Mr Rennison came out a couple days after the storm and patched our roof, then fought for us when insurance didn’t want to pay to replace the whole side if the roof. Thank you so much!

I spoke with Lloyd the day I found the leak. He came over early Sunday and went in the attic with me, and found the source of the leak.

He came back Monday, but the job was more than he initially found, so he sent someone over Tuesday and within a few hours the repair was complete.

The final price was the same as the estimate. We've had several rains since, and no more leaks. I would recommend Rennison Roofing.
