Best service ever. Steve was great at assisting me thru it all. They started about 6:30 am and were done with the roof on the house and the gazebo by 2:00 pm. Great crew. These guys know what they are doing and they don't mess around. Good quality material and great job. I am very well pleased.

Lankford Roofing, Steve, Jesus and crew remove the old roof and installed a new roof. The arrived just before 7 AM and were finished just before 2 PM. Just a wonderful job, well done on older home.

Called Langford roofing about a leak and kammi came right out and had a tarp put on and after the insurance company looked at it she had a crew come repair it. We appreciate how fast she got the job done.

We had a nightmare experience with another roofing company that stopped one step short of a legal battle to get several spots fixed on a brand new roof.

Fast forward two years or so and we finally called Kammi for help. She showed up the next morning. Diagnosed the problem spots. She sent a team out a day or two later. The guys that showed up were super professional and friendly. Showed me exactly what they did and explained everything so I could understand. I wish we would have gone with them from the beginning and avoided a lot of trouble and stress.

The repair seemed expensive for what it was, but we do understand it was multiple trips to the house etc. But we got piece of mind. I have ptsd and am extremely sensitive to people that come to my home and Kammi and her team made me feel at ease.

Jeff and Jesus did a fantastic job in one day roofing our 2,500 square foot house. The insurance paper work was taken care of, and the clean-up was so very thorough. We really wholehearted recommend them.

I had a number of buildings reroofed by a different roofing company and immediately had leaks. After trying to get the original roofing company to correct the issues to no avail I contacted Lankford roofing. Kammi and her crew promptly and professionally identified the source of the leaks and reworked the flashing which was poorly done by the previous contractor. Kelly came right out and looked at the problem I was having with my roof. With rain in the forecast the roof was repaired in less than 24 hours. Without the repair the last week of storms would have easily finished off my roof.

I had my roof replaced a few years ago. When we get hard rains one never knows if the roof is fixed. I may had to call back to Lankford roofing to tell them it is leaking. They were always quick about coming out and each time saying was fixed. Recently a Jeff Cockrill came out took some pictures and showed us the reason for leaking. He promised us he would be back and didn’t need to be home but would text us. He came fixed it and then showed us pictures Jeff is a man of his word. Lankford is the best roofing company in north Texas. They made the whole process very easy. Kammi Engel inspected my roof, met with the insurance adjuster, and helped me with the claims process. She even sent out a crew to put a tarp on my roof to prevent rain leaking through until they could start work. They replaced my roof in one day and cleaned up all the mess. My new roof looks better than the original. I would highly recommend calling them.

Was extremely pleased about Lankford's response to my repair needs and the work they did. Got back to me quickly, Donny came out late to talk to me about what needed to be done and then came back on time to do the repairs. And the repairs to the roof look great - can't tell I had the kind of damage I did.

And I got quotes for full roof replacement that are very competitive. If I go with the full roof replacement, I will use Lankford.

I requested an estimate online. The office called me within 5 minutes. The salesman Steve came out the next day. Not only did they beat the other guys in price they surpassed them in customer service and quality of work. We were quoted and finished with install within 7 days. I went with the upgraded shingle and new gutters, and boy did we need it. This may not be a common experience but it sure made my family happy. I would choose this company again in a heartbeat.

When we found a leak in our metal roof at the Perring Air Force Base Museum, we called on Lankford to help us determine where the leak was originating from and to get it repaired. They responded quickly and discovered some original installation issues that had eroded over time. They were able to quickly fix the issue at an economical cost and protect our many artifacts at the museum.

They responded quickly to our call and had someone out the next day. They worked quickly and thoroughly to fix the problem on our roof and were very courteous. Thank you, Steve.

worked with jeff to get estimate for my roofing needs called that morning and he responded within couple hours. we talked the next day the personnel were here to do new roof and a few other repairs that were written up. It was a lengthy process dealing with my insurance after the storm but the roof on the home and garage were both replaced and look great. Initially Kennon came out after hours in the rain and tarped my roof and started the claim with the insurance in 2023. Jeff came in around the end and finalized everything 2024. It was almost a whole year because of the insurance company mishandling my claim. Lankford spent a great deal of time getting this settled. Until last night's storm we hadn't had any bad weather since the roofs were completed.This morning I woke up after the storm and my stove was covered in water. I called Jeff and he sent Jesus out within the hour. Jesus is awswome! He found the problem with the exhaust pipe, got things repaired, caulked, painted and took pictures in the attic to show me what he'd done and explained what had happened. It looks great. I know I can count on them. They also replaced my roof after the tornado in 2008.

Apart from the work this company may perform I know for a fact they will refuse and ignore all forms of communication from people they owe money. I just want to let anyone who chooses to use this company that there is a possibility the salesman or the crew themselves may not be getting paid. That would matter to me as a paying customer. I want the guys I work with directly and making sure a job is done correctly and to my satisfaction to be paid!

Chad and David were the team that put up new metal on three buildings. The men did an outstanding job on each building. Each one was done correctly even though the original was not. We are extremely pleased with their work and they were very pleasant to answer all our questions. We will certainly encourage others to use Lankford. Steve was knowledgeable and thorough.
