We had some issues with storm damage and damage from all the dishes that had been mounted over the years. Rudy got things rolling for us. The day after our new owner took over, the crew was out there and taking care of business. Thank you guys for jumping on it and getting everything knocked out.

Where to even start. 5-6 months ago, a storm damaged two roofs and my privacy fence. Turned in an insurance claim and wasn’t awarded but a fraction of what it was going to cost to replace. I contacted Texoma Roofing and they came out , and reassessed. A new claim was submitted and denied. Texoma Roofing helped me step by step go back and forth with insurance. In the end, my claim was settled and my two roofs and fence were replaced. Shane, Keith, and his crews did an outstanding job and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. We had to get our roof emergency repaired after a bad storm last year. It was during the fall time during one of our cold snaps, so the roofing material didn't bond as well as it normally would have in the hot sun of the Texas summer. It created some roof leaks which resulted in damage to our interior. The teams immediately came out to fix the leaks, but due to my hectic schedule, the interior repair was delayed. While we didn't initially have a great experience with Ron, our experience with Tanner and Shane the owner was one in which we felt that Shane and Tanner cared about their quality of their work and making sure the experience the leaks were handled appropriately. We have had a lot of bad experiences with different companies throughout the last few years where we would get stood up for appointments. That's why it meant so much to us that we didn't have to remind Tanner about the repair. He scheduled it and his crew arrived on time. A rare trait in today's world.

We made the unfortunate decision to use Texoma after our house was hit by a tornado in 2022. It shouldn’t be too much to ask to use your home insurance money to simply put things the way they were - but somehow this company has made things sloppy and worse than before. Avoid if possible!

Kyle and Issac’s crew do such a good job. On time, work hard and bend over backwards to make the customer happy.

Had difficulty getting a quote. Was promised they would be responsive but after the initial inspection and being told Liberty Mutual was a tough insurance to deal with it took around a week to hear back the first time.

In all I had to resubmit 3 different inquiries on the website to get back in touch and the last one I never heard back. Frustrating to deal with.

I was out of state when a hailstorm damaged the roof of my house and needed to be replaced. I braced myself for a high-stress, logistical nightmare since I couldn't come home right away, but I found Texoma Roofing and Construction through the Better Business Bureau website and the process was very easy. Joel, Shane, Kaylie and Kristina were a great help. Working with Joel was easy, I didn't have any worries or concerns. Replaced my roof and built a new pergola and poured a new slab. He even invited me to their office where I got to meet the owner and office staff. Oh and the putting green is just insane. Awesome bunch of people here.

Texoma Roofing recently replaced my roof after a hail storm. I'm thrilled with the way it looks! Joel Davern followed up with me when others did not. He offered more color choices for shingles than others. I chose Owens Corning Sedona Canyon. Joel encouraged me to add roof vents which will help with keeping house attic space cooler for little to no additional cost. They also did Z Ridge which Joel recommended. Others wanted to charge extra for that. I'm thrilled with the roof and experience! I highly recommend Texoma Roofing. They even told me about houses in the area they had recently roofed with different shingle colors, which I was considering. I was able to drive by and see them. That really helped my decision! Excellent company! Excellent experience!! Highly recommend Texoma Roofing!!

Joel has been a great help. He was really help me filing the claim and was here when the adjuster was here. I definitely recommend Joel and Texoma Roofing. They did not complete the job. Work was subpar at best. Paint colors are inconsistent from room to room. Broke all my mini blinds.leffover paint left by contractors were covered in Walmart bags and left under the sink. Quoted the insurance company for cabinet replacement and they painted instead without sanding or primer. Toilets were not set correctly and replaced the wrong commode. Huge disaster. Unprofessional. Never covered anything while painting so all my furniture and appliances were covered in paint. Absolutely despicable! Now I have to redo the work myself and my own cost. Don't trust this company! The workers they hired were sketchy at best!

Nathan Cooper did a terrific job on our project! He worked well with our insurance company and kept us well informed throughout. The roofing and gutter crews were outstanding. The cleanup was spectacular. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly!

FIVE STARS for Zach Cordle and the team at Texoma Roofing and Construction! Zach was great from the get-go. I had actually already decided to give my job to another roofing company after they'd done an initial inspection and said my roof ought to be covered by insurance, but some things started to not sit well with me about the other company.

They weren't going to do some of the more minor repairs that were accounted for in the check I was receiving from my insurance company and that didn't sit right with me. Zach had a team that covered ALL of the repairs for the loss I'd sustained, even minor things like screen replacements and window beading.

Zach got the job and worked with my tight time schedule to get the job completed in time for a closing that was fast approaching (I was selling the house). I got to know a bit about him personally through the process as well and he just seemed like a very personable guy. He was kind and courteous and professional throughout the entire experience.

He was very thorough and followed up with me several times throughout the process and was patient with me when the insurance check didn't arrive right at the time we'd expected it.

The job was done thoroughly and professionally by his crew and the final result looks great. I'm selling my house with confidence, knowing the new owners will have a solid and dependable roof covering their head for years to come and every repair that was allotted for in the adjuster's estimate was completed, and even a couple more than that.

Matt Williams came and looked at the roof and found the damage, as well as the damage to the gutters & our fence. He was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He talked with us explaining all the work that needed to be done and wrote up the contract in the same visit. The work was started and completed in a very timely manner. Matt was here to oversee all aspects of the repairs. They were in and out in a matter of a few days. We love our new roof and are very thankful to Matt for helping us through the entire process.

Our roof got half torn off from a tornado on March 21. House insurance was a no go and we needed a lot of repairs done to our house. Tyler Wilburn as well as his crew here did an excellent job repairing and re-roofing quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with their workmanship and service. I called to get quotes for several projects around my house. When they answered , they said they would have someone call to setup appointment. When that person finally called he said they were busy that day but could make around 4pm the next day. That was the last I heard from them, no call, no show. I guess they don't need my money.

Because of hail damage last Fall we got a new roof and gutters. Many thanks to Shane Brem and Texoma Roofing. They did a wonderful job and kept the cleanest, neatest job site ever. If you need a new roof or repairs to the one you have, Texoma Roofing will take good care of you!

Had board on board cedar fence with cap and crown installed this summer. There are no caps on any of the posts and one of the boards is split where it was attached to the post. The other issue i have noticed is posts 8 foot on center instead of 6 foot. So one of these Texas winds could easily topple the fence. That worries me.

Ron speed came out to do my quote. Last august he told me I had 2 layers of shingles on the roof shot me a price including me removing a layer by myself to save money. I then spent the next 8 months saving up and came up with the money I needed. I called him again this past month to have him get started. He came and measured my roof again and then threw out a price $2000 higher than what we had previously discussed. When I told him that wasn't right and told him I had the amount needed and no more he came back at me later that night with a number $50 below my budget but still $700 higher than the price originally quoted. Crazy how the price dropped so dramatically. I called a different roofing contractor because it seemed fishy only to find out I was right and had only 1 layer of shingles on my roof. Ron tried to hustle me and take advantage of me desperately needing a roof. I got a new roof and gutters from another company for the same price. Texoma roofing will never have my business for any home improvement matter.

Getting our roof replaced and wanted a quote. We called and left a message. They called back once missed us and left a message. I called back three times and left a message each time and emailed them. Never heard from them again. I guess they are to busy for more business.

zero stars for this company. During my estimation visit an employees ladder fell on my car. Left scratches on my hood and left finder. Both neighbors witnessed the incident. Their only solution to this problem is for me to drive to Sherman and get my car fixed at a body shop of their choice. The solution they proposed would required me to take off work, drive to Sherman, spend the day waiting on my only car to get fixed. They refused to give me a work around. I live one hour plus from Sherman and after being on maternity leave taking off work is impossible. This is the only car I own and leaving it in the shop is also impossible. I have been patiently waiting on a more reasonable solution. Unfortunately they refuse to accommodate. Poor integrity and management.

Please related to relevant facts with your response. You requested picture of the damage which in fact was not a bumper but the hood and left finder. Of course I'd like to repair the damage caused by your work ladder regardless of the circumstances. Your company has refused to accommodate.The employees assessment was over. He came inside to review his findings leaving an unattended ladder feet away from the car on a windy day. I've some to find out this employee is new. The most reasonable solution is for me to find a local certified body shop of their choice which will allow me to ask and friend or relative to lend me a car while the work is done. Hope this review service the public well.

Texoma Roofing did a great job on my new roof! No hassle, straight forward, honest guys in my opinion. I would recommend them anytime. I had one issue, and they promptly came out and fixed it.

I ended up making numerous calls to this place. They did send someone out to give an estimate and he was real nice, BUT they REFUSED to give me an estimate. They wanted to see an insurance settlement first. Lol. Even though I was very clear that I was replacing the roof regardless of any insurance claims. I ended up going with okroofers. They were the least expensive. I recommend not even mentioning an insurance claim if possible. That seems to make everyone greedy. BEWARE of any roofers/contractors that insist upon seeing what your insurance claim is paying. Never give anyone the pages that outlines how much they pay and for what.

This company is very deceptive. They promise to take care of all of your needed repairs if you are getting an insurance check. They then hire cheap subcontractors and pay them much less than your insurance paid. They make false promises and then deny that they ever agreed to what they said. I'm sure they are making a great profit from homeowners that aren't aware of what they are doing There are plenty of other honest and reliable businesses available. I will definitely not do business with this so called company again.
