Will and his crew came out immediately and took care of my roof. They were very efficient, neat, friendly and did a great job. I was impressed with how quickly the job was taken care of and how little disruption there was. I have used them twice this year and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ace Roofing replaced my roof recently and I could not be more pleased. The owner is local to Columbia and they have been in business 20 years under the same name (that’s important in business). Hands down the best roofing company in town. They were fast, efficient and did superb work.

Ace replaced my roof. I am extremely pleased with their work. Will is responsive and does exactly what he says he is going to do. He took lots of time with my wife and me as we struggled with deciding on the type and color of our roof. He then carefully described the contract and what they would do as they replaced our roof. All of his employees were very polite and extremely hard workers. The roof looks great and I enthusiastically recommend Ace for any roofing or gutter job.

Will Cain and his company did a fantastic job! My wife noticed a wet spot in our laundry room ceiling and immediately began to panic. We gave Will a call and he sent his crew over the same day to inspect our roof to find where the leak was coming from. His crew discovered that the leak was coming from the valley's in our roof but also saw significant hail damage was done to our roof singles. Once the insurance claim was underway, Will's team began working immediately in the crazy Tennessee February weather. They did an amazing job and took great care of us! I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a concern about their roof.

Will and his team did a fantastic job taking off our old roof, replacing new decking since there was damage to the old decking, and installing the new roof. The crew was very hard working, polite, did thorough clean-up work, and finished the job in a timely manner.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have used ACE roofing in the past for roof repairs. It’s hard to get someone to come and do a small job but every time I called Will he sent someone out. So, when I needed my whole roof replaced, I didn’t even call anyone else because I knew he would do what was quoted and be on time. They had it installed in a day and half and the clean up was done thoroughly. Highly recommend!!!

My mom's roof was in such bad shape it was leaking through the ceiling. Her neighbor recommended calling Jack with Ace roofing. He came by the next day and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable, and scheduled the needed repairs. He and his crew showed up on time, did an excellent job all in one day, completely cleaned up, and even touched up her ceiling. Couldn't be happier with their work!

Will came out the day I called for an estimate. His guys got right on the job. They didn't even leave a piece of paper on the ground. You couldn't tell they had been here. Our roof is wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ace roofing gave me an estimate immediately mediately and the day the crew showed up, the work done by lunch and i have a 5000 square ft home. I called three roofers recommended to me by friends on Facebook and two wouldn’t call me back and one gave me bad information. I found Ace by doing a google search. I got an estimate below my budget. When the job was done, the work site was clean. My trouble with contractors is they don’t show up. Ace roofing showed up and showed out. New skylight and ridge vents were installed too.

Have worked with Will for several years but not in a customer capacity then a storm blew a bunch of shingles off my roof. I got in contact with Will and he was great, met with my insurance adjuster was quick with a quote came in below insurance money and did a great job would definitely recommend them to anyone I know ! Our experience with Ace Roofing and Exteriors LLC was outstanding. Will was there to give us an estimate within hours of request for an estimate. The estimate was given before he left our home. Will and Austin were a pleasure to work with. Will's crew showed up at 7 a.m. as promised. Removed two layers, put on a new roof and left the yard as if they had never been there. Our roof looks wonderful and we will be putting on vinyl siding soon. Will certainly be using them for that project as well. I had a piece of siding that came off in the wind yesterday near the rook peak. One phone call this morning to Will and they were out here quickly to assess what was needed. They returned again this same afternoon and had it fixed quickly. Great folks to work with and they will be my first call for any siding needs that I have.
