My roof had been needing repairs for over 6 months. I have reached out to 5 different roofing companies and contractors and no one followed through with the job.

Mr. Lee took the time give me a timely estimate, educated me on how to talk to my home owner's insurance and let me know how the process worked. Mr. Lee doesn't see roofing as just a means of making an income. He takes pride in his work and advocates for you as a home owner to your insurance company. While I was not able to get my home owner's insurance to pay for my roof replacement, I know next time I will involve BLC Roofing earlier on, take before pictures and sign the contract before talking to the home insurance company.

We were extremely happy with Lee, the owner of BLC roofing. He replaced the roof on my grandmother's detached garage and also fixed a leak on the main residence. Lee was forthright from the start and even helped direct us to a more cost-effective solution than what we had requested.

A week ago, we had a pretty bad storm which messed up a large section of my roof pretty bad. Mr. Lee's company was working on another roof in my community and had a sign in the yard. We called, he answered, and surprisingly came by that evening. He gave me a quote and sent his guys by the next day because another storm was coming. After the sever storm we had on March 3rd I had several shingles blown off my roof. Fearing possible leakage I contacted BLC roofing to inspect the damage an offer a quote as to what the cost would be to repair it. Not only was the price fair but the professional way everything was handled was outstanding. Mr. Lee was understanding after seeing how concerned I was that I will definitely use him in the future. Mr. Le did a great service by responding quickly to my inquiry for a roof repair due to the recent wind. He installed a tarp to prevent any leaking. And then, by the next week, he came in and completed the repairs.

Pertaining to BLC Roofing and Mr. Lee-
I met Mr. Lee several months before asking him to bid on the roof of a house we own in Nashville. He asked to inspect the roof prior to giving us a quote. He was the only roofer of 3 bids to go the extra mile.
Lee kept us informed and stayed exactly on his stated time-line with materials and dumpster delivery.
And was on the job site multiple times while work was completed, which was 1 day. A couple of compromised rafter sections were repaired, decking sheets replaced where needed, and protective flashing installed correctly.
I've been through several roof replacements and repairs, and Lee's valve proposition stands out.
We will absolutely ask him to bid on our next project.

I had a roof repair due to storm and wind damage. BLC roofing, was right there. My repairs didn't require an entire new roof like another company tried to tell me. BLC Roofing was honest, I felt comfortable and I trusted them to do the work and do it correctly. They have exceeded my expectations. They showed up, did the work and most importantly you don't even notice what was done. Everything blended perfectly. I highly recommend.

Our roof had some damage for the recent storms and Mr Lee came right out and assessed the damage and gave us a good price on repairs. The next day his team came out fixed the issue very quickly. The communication through the process was great as well. Would use again.

Mr. Lee was extremely honest and professional. I know nothing about roofing and could have been easily taken advantage of, Mr. Lee not only advised me on what needed to be repaired but he also pointed out areas to keep an eye out for but didn’t need to be replaced just yet.

Mr. Lee was called for a roof repair but saw I was going to need a roof replacement. He worked with the insurance company and provided a lot of details of the process to me before he started and how insurance works. I have a clearer understanding of my roof as if I was up fixing it. He takes pictures through every step while on the roof, so there is no question what you are being charged for, what insurance will pay for, as well as tips to keep your home safe from future damage.

He also had a contractor fix my ceiling from water damage, and they did a wonderful job as well.

Because of the age of the roof he could have instantly charged me for a full replacement and I would have listened, but he was honest, professional, and gave me excellent advice. He believes in protecting the customer and being honest. He does what he says he’s going to do and works with the insurance on your behalf. Great work the roof looks amazing! The roof received storm damage. The insurance company only wanted to repair it for my 75 year old mother. Lee went way above and beyond by contacting the insurance company several times and taking additional pictures and doing a brittleness test. It took about 4 weeks of Lee working with my mothers insurance company to get them to approve a full roof replacement! He constantly kept my mother updated on what was going on with the process. The roof looks amazing and the clean up was spotless! Lee ran a magnet around the whole house to get the nails up. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

I know the owner of this company very well and know that he will always do quality work because he insists on doing everything correctly so that the work will hold up for a long time. My roof broke in the last few days at the same spot after repairs by someone else a few years ago. He told me that is because many contractors don't do good work, put fewer nails in, and don't use caulk as they should. He just repaired the roof. I won't hesitate to trust him to replace the entire roof sometime down the road.

We were having roof leaks which had just started causing water damage in our ceiling drywall. We contacted BLC and luckily, they were able to come out and address the issue quickly before it got worse. They did a great job and fixed several spots on our roof we were previously unaware of that could've caused problems later on - at no extra expense! They even repaired our drywall and we can't even tell anything ever happened ('before' & 'after' pics attached). We would definitely use them again!
