Avoid at all costs. Incorrect color shingles were installed on our roof, we have gotten no response from our contact, and they utilize a scam “public adjuster” (Nationwide Insurance Claim Adjusters). NIC Advocates stole a refund check meant for us from our insurance company. It has been 6 months since work was completed and we have been unable to get in touch with either Evolve or NICA. Every single recent review here or on NICA appears to be bots or someone from the companies leaving fake reviews

Edit: assuming the response is still below, folks can now see why there seem to not be many negative reviews. They respond with threatening, intimidating messages to scare people in to removing their reviews (ignoring all the spelling and grammar mistakes). Not that the comment justifies a response, but just for additional context for any folks that end up here… there’s no secret “third party”, that’s my wife (who was obviously a client as well). We also don’t owe this company any money that we’re trying to get out of. Quite the opposite, they are holding a check written out to us from our insurance company. This is the correct company - when going to the website listed on this Google page and looking at their team, the team member that came out to our house and was our contact is on that page (avoiding putting anyone’s name on here). We have repeatedly attempted to get in touch with them with no success. And lol at “part of this conspiracy”

This company was great to work with until they got our money. They disappeared and the adjuster that was collecting money from our insurance had us sent money to them as well and then we never got back the money that was supposed to come back to us. They completely stopped answering calls and emails and even 6 months after they did our roof, we still are out $3700 that was supposed to come back to us. Most of the reviews on here appear to be fake upon further inspection. We really leaned heavily on the reviews when we were hiring them and now believe we were completely duped. We’ve tried multiple times to reach the evolve staff with no success. BUYER BEWARE
