I looked for a contractor who could come and do a roofing job quickly and professionally. Multiple storms were in the future and I didn't want my family waking up with a shower in their faces. They came and assessed the problem, provided a cost for the work and were available. My roof no longer leaks and when they left my property was clean, like they were never there. I hope I never need them again but if I have a job that I won't do they will be one of the first calls I make.

All in all pretty painless experience.
They handled all the insurance negotiations and did a very nice job on the roof.

I highly recommend the guys from the Chantilly office! To be honest, when a couple of guys showed up one day informing that we had roof damage due to recent storm, I was skeptical. But after a little research about the company and making sure that we can receive payment from our home owners insurance, we went with them. What we found out was that they were customer-centric, courteous and professional group of people and provided excellent work with our roof repair. They were really clear about what our out of pocket costs were going to be and they carried out the work exactly when and how they promised to do so. It appears that they provide other jobs like sidings and windows, and I will be sure to contact them when needs arise!

I had a great experience from the start even with our first quote on siding to the second a year later. We also worked efficiently together to choose the right materials. Then the install team that Platinum Home Design partnered with for installing my project was excellent. They were thorough and did everything I could have asked (but didn’t have to). They did it all right… from the install to the cleanup. My project wasn’t simple, with my rigid insulated composite siding and foam board backing. They installed it beautifully and carefully. It’s an understatement to say my house feels more comfortable, it’s like I have a whole new house that has been re-engineered to my own specification.

Because of the approach they take with design and finding the right teams, I’d trust Platinum to do any large project.

James and the entire Platinum Home team were top notch from beginning to end and very responsive throughout the entire process. James especially was great working with the adjuster and my insurance company through the claims process too. If you're in the market for a new roof definitely give them a call.

James O’Leary( the roof salesman) was great. He was professional and told us everything we needed and did not try to sell us more than we needed. He took care of all the insurance stuff and made sure we got paid. He was very patient with the insurance.

The work was done very well. The craftsmanship was outstanding.The colors match the house very well. The roof makes our roof stand out in the neighborhood. Julian was amazing. He was extremely attentive. He called himself  “our roof sherpa” and guided us through the insurance process with skill and had our roof installed in a month. Germany was also amazing. I NEVER talk to people when they come to my door trying to sell me something. So i thought this time was no differnt. To my surprise the man at the door said he would give me a free roof estimate. I said sure and we scheduled a time later when I would be home. I thought nothing of it.

James Oleary came to my house to give me the inspection. After doing so, he tells me all about my roof and options i woukd have if i was interested. I said how much? He said basically free....

Long story short insurace covered everything. Everyone from the company was respectful, very professional, and after the job was done there was no mess. I was very inpressed and the roof looks great!
