I had my roof replaced by Perimeter Roofing a couple of years back. They came today for some follow work. Cain. the supervisor sent one of his guys out and he was excellent. He got right to work and was efficient, clean and courteous. If you need roof work done I'd give these guys a call. They are first class.

Sam Koon and Tim Jackson of Perimeter Roofing were stellar, reputable, honest & followed thru on a nearly impossible roof claim that took over 18months with my insurance company, State Farm. Both gave me their word they would stand by me every step of the way and get me to the finish line and that’s exactly what they did! After multiple inspections, an independent engineer inspection and denials we were over to overcome objections together and get to the goal of a full roof replacement!
In a business with multiple vendors taking advantage of homeowners Sam and Tim are knowledgeable, honest and just stand-up guys. I didn't deal with them personally but saw a video of one of the gentlemen really going to bat for a homeowner that clearly had a damaged roof that an adjuster from state farm was attempting to deny. It should have been evidence for a fraud case it was so blatant this guy from state farm was there to do his job and deny the claim no matter what the roof looked like. Kudos for having such honorable roofers that will call out injustice when they see it and go so far out of their way to help call it out.

Let’s start with, Perimeter Roofing is a licensed roofer! Katherine & Chad walked me through the entire process from start to finish of getting my roof replaced. They answered every question. They communicated with the insurance company with me. Any concerned I had they addressed immediately and was no longer a concern. They were very transparent and honest through out this process, and that is critical in this particular industry. I also received drone images of my home on what they call build day (the day the roof is going on). It showed me each stage of the build including pictures of it being completed. I recommend Perimeter Roofing to everyone! Thank you for a job well done.

If you are a personal home owner, I’d avoid using this company. I’m sure they get a ton of sales because their intake process from inspection to coordinating with insurance for inspections, payouts, etc was seamless and such a pleasant experience. It’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one….

The problem is I’ve now gone 3 months without a new roof. There’s no communication and constant excuses. It’s always “I’ll look into x” but it never happens. This has been such a frustrating experience. My guess is sales does a phenomenal job intaking leads/jobs but they prioritize jobs from most to least lucrative.

I was only covered for a partial roof replacement but was assured it will convert to a full replacement. Basically was told everything I could possibly want to hear. Well a month ago I received a call from my adjuster that they submitted for a full roof replacement without any docs or photos so of course it was denied. I received my partial payout 2 months ago!!! I had to call my rep at perimeter roofing and they had no clue how that could happen and of course provided a ton of excuses which none have been addressed.

Evan Carver came out on a Friday night at 5:30pm just 30 min after we called him to assist with a repair needed for the sell of our home. He is also assisting my parents and others in their neighborhood obtain new roofs after hail damage. We will never use another roofing company.

I worked with project manager Samir Huete. I have to say, Samir is awesome! He went to bat for me with dealing with my insurance company, Allstate. I had Hail damage. It took 7 long months but Samir hung in there with me until we got the approval. He was dedicated to the end. He kept telling me it’s going to happen, it may take a while but it will happen, you will get your new roof. I felt very blessed to have had him in my corner. I’m very happy with my new roof and the professional services from the crew, staff and management! I can’t say enough good things about using this company!

The roof replacement process could not have gone smoother. Project manager Samir Huete orchestrated everything and met with my insurance company so I did not have to take a day off work at the end of a busy school year. There was no hidden costs and everything was upfront and straight forward. He caught damage to my gutters and those were replaced as well. Samir was kind enough to offer suggestions on colors and checked in on us during every part of the process. We have dogs and flower beds and he made sure that nothing was damaged and we have not found any nails in the yard. The roofing crew was so careful and the end product looks amazing. Soliciting all across my neighborhood, started at the very front and went all the way to the back, we don't need a roof, we just had it done and they're trying to sell us a new one. They clearly don't respect the no soliciting sign and preferred to set off my poor dogs in a hopeful attempt to make a quick buck

My roof had been damaged by a storm that came through this spring. Not having been faced with this type of situation before and not knowing exactly what to do, I contacted Lindsey at Perimeter Roofing. She inspected my roof, worked directly with my insurance company, and I was able to get my roof replaced. She presented the roofing options to me so that I could choose one that looked good on my house. She gave me all the information I needed on what to expect and when. Pictures were taken during the reroofing process and again upon completion. My insurance company was satisfied and I am happy with my new 30 year roof that has been installed in compliance with all the current code requirements!

Josh Dunahoo and the Perimeter Roofing Team were great to work with and I would highly recommend and trust if you are needing a new roof. Josh was very professional through the whole project, from initial estimate, working through insurance, working and communicating with another contractor doing a separate siding and addition job on the house, to installation of the new roof.

Project manager Sebastian Salas went above and beyond to locate a leak I had in my house coming from one of my pipe boots on the roof.
My roof is 13 years old and had no storm damage and he kept it very transparent with me and my wife letting us know.
He also didn’t charge us any money to find the leak and let us know that he will be by every 6 months to maintain our roof until it is ready to be paid for!
This guy is awesome and a great person!

Perimeter Roofing replaced our roof in 2020 and did a great job. We were having issues with squirrels getting in the chimney. Unfortunately we had to replace all the cedar siding to repair it. Pete was willing to see if we could replace just a few but it wasn’t possible. Also he priced cedar siding and hardiplank to see which would be less expensive. Rony did the repair and it looks wonderful. Highly recommend Perimeter roofing for all your roof needs.

I had an issue with a vent pipe on my roof and I called Perimeter Roofing who had installed the roof originally. Robert came out and did the repair, re-painted one section, and completed the job satisfactorily. (As a courtesy, he even helped me put a wicker deck chair together!)
I appreciated the efficiency with which the roofing task was completed. When I had called the company, Pete sent someone out the next day to determine the problem and do the repair.
I am so happy with my roof, the gutter system Alec did for me, the superior service and I can sincerely state that this company is excellent!

I recently replaced my roof with Perimeter Roofing. Tim Jackson was professional as well as friendly. Had all the answers and kept in touch. Perimeter had the best price, great warranty, top of the line shingles. The crew arrived and went straight to work. Everyone knew their job and went straight to it. The most impressive thing is the way they protected the house. Put plywood over windows and doors and hung tarps around the whole house. I have fairly large and steep roof.
