Carolina and her crew were fantastic. Carolina took pictures and measurements, I then got an estimate the next day. The estimate was the same as the finished repair work of our roof. They were very affordable. We had two holes that had to be repaired, and the porch roof had to be completely rebuilt. They even repaired the inside of porch where there were issues. I would highly recommend this company

The Storm Restoration Team are amazingly all encompassing. We had a leak in our roof. I was given their number previously from a home owner in our community. I called them, they immediately responded and met me at my home. I explained the issues and from start to finish they guided me through the process. Storm Restoration replaced my roof. Carolina was my point of contact. Before I hired her and her team she was very responsive and during the service she was extremely communicative.

As some of the other reviewers stated (and some of my neighbors that also used her services) I experienced the same with her not responding or being able to reach her after the job was done.

During my consultation I was offered the service of having the overhang of my roof painted for an extra fee. I added the paint service to my roof replacement estimate.

I am not sure if it was the type of paint or quality of paint, but the paint job was really bad. I called and texted Carolina on several occasions as well as sent photos and video to get my issues resolved. She eventually sent someone to repaint, but in a few days the paint job went back to the initial ash and faded look. I called and texted Carolina again explaining the results of the paint job and again sent photos. After the second painting I never got a response and my calls were not returned. I was consistent in trying to reach her and eventually I just gave up.

Carolina is sweet and was very pleasant. I was surprised that she didn’t make the time or effort to correct the painting that I paid extra for her/her team to do.

This is my second review for this company. While originally I was pleased with their service, and was happy to give them the highest rating of 5 stars when they were replacing my roof. Now I have a change of heart, because there’s a problem with their installation, and cannot get them to return my call.
I now have new leeks/stains on my ceiling and cannot get them to return my call. I have tried multiple times to contact them via text and voicemail to no avail.
All I asked is that they service their warranty and to take care of the problem their company created. I am totally disappointed with their lack of service after the fact.

If you want them to just put on a roof on your home, count on them.

If you want them to service their warranty, PLEASE consider another company.

On Christmas day, we had a flood. Water was everywhere, it was pouring down Bedroom closet wall down into the living room ceiling, destroying the carpet. Called contractor Carolina Perez and she responded quickly. Carolina has the best customer service ever. She is very polite, professional and knows what she is doing. She dealt with the insurance company which in it self is a headache. She will fight for you and get the job done, in a timely manner. We had our roof replaced last year and with all the rain in Ga. we had a minor leak which Dave, himself, from Storm Restoration came out to survey and had fixed the next day. The leak created a spot on the ceiling in the kitchen... Dave not only cleaned, sealed and repaired the spot on the ceiling but he framed in and painted the entire kitchen ceiling. More then we could have asked for, it good to know when issues occur, and then can, that the folks at Storm Restoration will take care of it. In our case they went beyond.

It has been a couple years since these guys put a new roof on our house, but it was a great experience, and the workmanship was top-notch. Caroline handed all of the contact with our insurance company, and I have to admit I was a little surprised when they approved the replacement. I had not fully appreciated how poor the quality of our previous roof was... installed new when we first moved in back in 2009.... until I saw the care, thoroughness and materials used by Caroline and her crew. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They quoted me on new gutters as well, but it wasn't in the budget unfortunately. I'm sure it would have been a first rate job.
