None of the crew could speak English. They left 2 big heavy packs of shingles outside in my side yard. My husband is disabled and they are too heavy to lift. I hired them because they did my neighbors roof and used drones to inspect the work and probably to keep an eye on the workers. But alas, I did not get that service.. what they do for one customer they should do for another. They also had a hard time finding the original leak … The salesman on the other hand was nice and professional. They will get the remainder of their money owed when they come back to fix a big hole in my yard made by something and put the shingles under my house where they belong.

My roof did not look great, 12 years without any maintenance and the hurricane did a toll on it. Luckily, Mike came knocking on my door and offered to do a free inspection. He made the whole process so smooth and quick. He called the insurance with me to talk through everything, sent pictures throughout the whole process of my roof replacement, and genuinely cared about getting the best job done for my home! I have never had to deal with anyone or insurance to get a new roof before, but I have to admit, it was a lot. When my roof started leaking, I knew something had to be done. I heard about this company on the radio and reached out to them. Emmanuel reached out immediately and was there every step of the very overwhelming process. He made it as simple for me as possible, explaining everything to me to where I could understand it from every request or correspondence I was getting that I didn’t fully understand. He brought everything to me to sign and I didn’t have to go to an office even down to the roof samples. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I could come up with. We called in 1st National Roofing to quote for repair after a large storm hit North GA. We knew there were several missing shingles due to high winds, but unaware of the overall condition of the roof. Doing door to door solicitation on 1/19. A man named William knocked on my door despite the no solicitation sign clearly displayed on my door. In my city you must wear a permit for this and it must be clearly displayed for the homeowner to see. This company is NOT following city code. Teach your sales staff to respect no solicitation signs on private property!

We just replaced our roof which had been damaged by the many storms that blow through. From start to finish, Henry and First National did an outstanding job. Henry met with our insurance appraiser and followed through to the very end of completion. Communication with both Henry and the office was great. I decided to have my roof replaced, and Jesse worked with my insurance company to get the claim approved. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process, and he made sure that I understood everything that was going on.

Had our roof replaced by 1st National Roofing LLC recently. They did exactly what they said they would do. They are very professional and efficient doing the replacement in one day on a large home. Marcus Polmear, the Project Manager worked well with my insurance company.
There were no issues at all. Their attention to detail was excellent. They even ran magnets over the driveway at the end of the job to make sure no nails were left on the ground. Ten of my neighbors used them as well and spoke very high of their performance. They installed high quality architectural shingles. Would highly recommend them.

I knew my roof was getting old but there were no leaks so it wasn’t critical. A wind storm had loosened a few shingles but still no leaks. I had it inspected by a guy that flew a drone over but never actually went onto the roof. A neighbor that lives up the hill needed a roof replacement. From his roof, it is possible to look over onto my roof. Marcus Polmear with 1st National Roofing sent a message that he thought my roof was bad. He came over, climbed up, and found multiple damaged shingles. We phoned my insurance company and filed a claim. A few days later when the insurance adjuster arrived, Marcus met him here. They both went into the roof and discussed the damage. The claim was approved and 1st National was contracted to complete the work. Materials were delivered, the crew arrived, and Marcus kept me updated hourly with photos and comments. Within the day (they started at 7AM) the roof was complete, the area was cleaned, and Marcus went over the entire job with me. 1st National has a professional crew but Marcus was the key to completing this job. I HIGHLY recommend them for your roofing needs.

Mike Burgamy of 1st National Roofing came to my home to provide an estimate on a roof repair. During the appointment he was very cordial and professional, and said he would provide an estimate soon afterward. But after several weeks, and after I sent multiple texts, I received no estimate. This included calling their office several times and speaking with the office manager, who said she would follow-up. She never did. From my perspective, this is a very unprofessional organization. I'm very fortunate they didn't do work for me.

My experience with 1st National Roofing was exceptional. Jesse Yalpe and Josh Tapia were a pleasure to work with. They guided me through the entire process from submitting the claim to the insurance company through actual build. I even had to postpone the original build date due to a health emergency with one of my dogs and they couldn’t have been more understanding. Amanda Jones made rescheduling a breeze. On the day of the build Josh was onsite making sure that everything was done correctly, he sent pictures and updates throughout the day and did a final walk through with me once all the work and cleanup were completed. These guys completely took the stress out of a roof replacement project!

Worked with my schedule and came to my work to show samples since I couldn’t make it back to the house. The roof was done on time and looks great. First National Roofing did a great job on my roof... the crew was in and out in a single day and did a great job cleaning up as well. The new roof looks fantastic - gone are my missing shingles and old mold-streaked roof and the house has renewed curb appeal. There were some unexpected extras received as well. They painted the furnace chimneys and vent stacks black to match the selected charcoal black color as well as to match the black drip edge. Several extra packs of shingles were left with me. They held the line completely on the quoted price in spite of using a little extra plywood, I was not charged extra. The quoted price was great for an established reputable roofer with a great warranty. I could have perhaps gone to a lower bidder, but I'll rest assured they will be around to honor their warranty. I'd be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Josh came out and honestly I was expecting the worst. I have had many companies come out give quotes and I felt more at ease asking questions. It seemed to feel more like they cared than anyone else. I always had a timely response and was never left feeling like I was a burden or less than anyone else. My family is at ease now and I feel like the experience itself was so easy it was like a dream. Josh Pledger was our project manager for 1st National. When Josh's crew replaced the roof on the house across the street, we made a note -- when our roof needed help, we'd call 1st National. Sure enough, that time came. Josh managed communications with State Farm even knew color selections and single type required by our neighborhood POA. Josh resolved the few issues that arose during the claim resolution - with a telephone. It was such a relief not to have to analyze, study and learn this totally foreign skill set. When the claim was approved, the job began. Josh arranged the shingles delivery, making sure the cars were blocked by the shingles and the job. His workers showed up on time, no trips back and forth for all the things most crews forget. The crew treated the new deck out back as if was their own new deck; they put tarps down to completely cover it and ropes to guide the old shingles down and keep the site clear. Josh showed up a couple of times to check on things. The crew worked on the roof from morning till hard dark and finished 98 percent of the job in one day. They returned early the next day to finish the shingles and clean up the site. Usually when a job is finished, clean up still isn't done, you have work still to do. Not so with this bunch. Josh called us early the second day to make sure the job was satisfactory. 1st National and Josh Pledger and his crew deserve more stars than you allow. It was more trouble and took longer to get the insurance check endorsed by the mortgage company than it was to get the the entire job finished by this group. Outstanding work guys. Many Thanks.

I’m a satisfied and very very happy customer. I want to start by saying that I was really skeptical about letting any roof company come to my house and check my roof. You hear about so many scamming and dishonest roofing companies, that I was worried about letting anyone come check my roof. One day there was this nice guy who came to my door and convinced me and my husband for the first time to look at our roof. I was really surprised Because he was so honest and transparent. The person told me to wait a year and they can come and look at it again. I put the card in my drawer and held on to it for one year. The year passed and yes, I called and they put me in contact with the best person they can ever refer me to: Tre, wow!! the process from the start ( the claim with the insurance) until the end was smooth and enjoyable. After all of the torrential rainfall we have experienced lately I noticed a small leak in our home that is less than five years old. Cary Williams came out and did a thorough inspection and found the source of the leak. It was a result of the drip edge not being installed properly by the builder.
I told Cary I would like to talk to my builder first before committing to the job he proposed. He supplied me with pictures showing the problem and his proposal included a complete explanation of the problem and what needed to be done to fix it.
He was very professional and even though my builder has agreed to fix the problem he has stayed in touch with me. I keep his card and keep him and 1st National Roofing in my contacts list for when I do need a new roof. Cary is a great ambassador for his company. If this how they do business, I want to do business with them when the time comes.

A good friend recommended John Halliday at 1st National Roofing. John was very professional and explained the whole process of inspection, insurance adjuster, and then the application of the new roof. The day of the roof replacement worked like clock work. Dumpster came early, workers showed up and carefully covered my plants and moved items in my yard so they wouldn't break. Once completed, they cleaned up and put everything back as it was before. The dumpster was picked up soon after. Furthermore, because John couldn't be there right when they completed the work, Randy arrived and walked with me around the house and checked the attic as I requested. John also arrived and he proceeded to check the work as well. I highly recommend this company and I love my new roof!

Chuck Stout and his team were very easy to work with when we replaced our roof. First, Chuck stopped by to do a free inspection of the roof and review all necessary paperwork (warranty, coverage, pay plan, etc). After that we scheduled a date to replace the roof within two weeks from him stopping by. His crew finished the roof in one day and did a very thorough job. Chuck returned the following day to do a final walkthrough of the yard to ensure all nails and debris had been accounted for. Also, during the install of the new roof Chuck and another manager were onsite to ensure everything was running smoothly. It was a fairly painless process. I'm in a small business and I run across roofing companies all the time. I was very impressed with the manufacturing and the product choices of some houses That just got installed. This company definitely spent the extra money and time to get better quality materials for those homes. I know they could have used any manufacturers products but they used the better quality ones with certainteed. That probably costs the company a little more They could have went a cheaper route but they choose to put the customers' first. Met an impressive guy named Randy who was very down to earth and was very informative and knows codes and the business in and out. His attitude about his work made me appreciate knowing that there are a few genuine folks there are out there.I was very impressed with 1st National They definitely follow state and international codes. Those things are important especially in a state where a lot of roofing companies are cutting corners and doing shady business without homeowners ever being aware.

I had a great experience with this company. Shawn was awesome! He knocked on my door two weeks ago and inspected my roof. The whole process from the appraisal to finish took approximately 2 weeks.

Shawn was very professional and personable. He even sent me photographs as the roof was being built. On top of that, the final price was cheaper than I had anticipated.

Our project manager Randy Rankin could not have been more thorough. He sent multiple pictures of a nearby job that was using the same color shingle we picked. We were able to see the process step by step, as well as what the shingle would look like on a completed roof. He was also at our house multiple times while the roof was being installed, making sure everything was going well. 1st National worked closely with our insurance company and made sure we got a first rate job. The crew showed up early and was hard at work as the sun was coming up! They did a fantastic job, we could not be more pleased with everything from start to finish!

Colin, Randy and their whole crew did a fantastic job with our roof! They guided us through the process, we're on time to start the roof replacement and worked around some issues that came up with our new roof installation. They overcame the issues and found solutions for them quickly thanks to Colin's expertise. Randy came by after the installation a few times to make sure all nails and debris were picked up. The roofing installation crew was spectacular and they made sure, even with pouring rain, the cleanup of debris was 100% completed. I quickly recommended 1st National and this crew to my neighbors since they loved the job they did on my roof and two of my neighbors moved forward with replacement in their own homes because of the awesome job they did. Truly great experience. The Project Manager, Randy Rankin, went over and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Came by the house multiple times to ensure that all nails from the installation were picked up. He also took the time to identify the source of a leak that I had few over a year and came back after the roof install to fix it on a Sat. I would highly recommend 1st National Roof. Make sure to ask for Randy Rankin.

I called 1st National Roofing because I heard their advertisement on WSB radio, despite that the last time I used someone that Neal Boortz advertised (Dixie Home Crafters) was a horrible experience, with them going out of business and not having installed the Gutter Guards correctly, This however, was a great experience from the time that John Halliday came to meet us and give us a quote. Our roof was very old, but John tried to find something that would qualify for insurance covered damage, and he did. He was actually surprised that the insurance adjuster agreed with his assessment. He was a good salesman with the insurance adjuster. Afterwards, we were able to quickly have the project approved by our insurance company and the roof was put up in one day the following week. The crew protected my plants and grounds before they started and clean up after themselves. We have received lots of compliments about our new roof, especially that we picked the energy saving white. I have already recommended Ist National roofing to some neighbors.
