Capital City Roofing was installing a new roof on my next door neighbor's house. I had a small area on my roof needing repair. I went next door and spoke with Mr. Jerry Groves. I asked him if he had some time to look at my roof and give me his thoughts. Mr. Groves was exceedingly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain the cause of and work necessary to repair the damage. He stated he could do the work today as he worked on my neighbor's house. Mr. Groves provided a very reasonable cost for the repairs, did the work today and the completed repair work was exceptional. I watch as they replaced my neighbor's roof and their work performance was excellent. I previously worked for the Army of Corps of Engineer as a building construction inspector. I know good work when I see it. I had no knowledge of Capital City Roofing until today. If I have future roofing needs, they will be my first call. I highly recommend them for your consideration.

Dan and Tiffany stayed in contact prior to having the work completed to make sure I was fine with the color I’d chosen and to explain the process (I.e, park on the street the day the work begins so I won’t be blocked in the garage when the workers arrive, the time the workers are expected to arrive and so forth.) I love the color I selected for the roof and the professionalism I received dealing with this company. They come highly recommended.

From start to finish I had an exceptional experience with this company! My family dog Bailey hates men for some reason. The owner Tiffany was the only contractor that made sure to reassure Bailey that everything was ok and did a slight introduction of the men on her team prior to entering my home. Seeing that one of their shingle options was actually featured on the show was also a pro in my book! Being a budget minded mom, I found that their estimate was not only within the national average for a roof repair of my size but also would involve the top selling shingles in the industry. A roof replacement is a big investment and it was clear that I could entrust this contractor to not only do the project but do it well. Prior to beginning Brad told me I would have the best looking roof on the block and their work proved that statement true. I kid you not when I say that my neighbors began complementing me on the roof the same day they finished installation! Their team arrived at sunrise and worked diligently to complete in a day and a half. I was so thrilled with their efficiency that I thought it only right to run and get the team donuts as a small token of thanks. The clean up was so meticulous that had I not been home I would not have even known anyone had been working on my home.
