Highly recommend this company for roofing services. Our rep was Alyssa and we cannot say enough great things about her skills. Alyssa was diligent, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Communicated with us on a regular basis and kept us in the loop the entire time.
On the day of the install, Alyssa was on site at 6 am and came back in toward the end of the install to help with clean. Pictures and a video were sent to show us the progress.
The install crew did a great job.

JJ is the agent who contacted me and explained how my insurance coverage would work with their services. He gave me their quote. He was excellent to work with. The crew came early one day and was completed by the afternoon. They thoroughly cleaned up included all roofing nails. I had copper toppers on my windows which they replaced. JJ was there the morning they started the roof and followed up at the end of the day. The job was perfect and I highly recommend Perimeter.

We contacted Evan on a Friday night and he came out at 5:30 pm to take care of a repair needed for the sale of our home. He is also helping my parents and multiple families in their neighborhood obtain new roofs following a hail storm. We will never use another roofing company.

Great experience. Evan Carver showed up less than 24hrs after I reached out for an estimate after a hail storm. Evan quickly assessed my roof, sent me professional images of it, and despite having back-to-back appointments lined up, he also took the time to remove some whiffle balls from my gutters. He never tried to sell me anything, and actually told me our roof was in great shape. This is a solid company, Evan’s a standup guy. Highly recommend.

I called called Cody because I had a couple torn shingles on my roof from a branch that grew over the roof. He came out inspected the rest of the roof and replaced the torn shingles very quickly. Service was A+ !!

We recently had a leak issue and a different roofing company was telling us our roof was around the age we should consider replacing the entire thing. We called Perimeter for a second opinion and Aiden came out to take a look and was very upfront and honest having no prior knowledge of the situation and said there was nothing telling him we needed to think about replacing the whole roof—he basically said the roof looked great for its age and that he would put a boot guard on one of the boots on the roof he suspected the water was coming in at. He did this all free of charge. I will be calling Perimeter back when I need to consider replacing in (hopefully) 10 more years!

If anyone need a roof done I recommend Premier roofing they done a super job on my roof just ask for Austin Rich he super nice guy and friendly.

The people I dealt with were very nice and professional. I was very comfortable with them. The job went ok but I have concerns about the method of flashing the chimney which was the most important part of the job. Chimney leaking around flashing was a major reason for the decision to get a new roof. A home inspector who I engaged to inspect the chimney was very critical of the decision not to have the ice shield wrap up the side of the chimney creating a secondary safeguard against leaks. Josh and Cody were very good and represented the company well.

If anyone is wondering if they have roof damage: we worked with Alyssa at Perimeter Roofing after the last big storm. She was very knowledge, helpful, responsive and worked well with our schedule. Her crew was able to install in a single day. She also was able to get our insurance to pay for it with little effort. She does free inspections if you think you might have damage.

Perimeter roofing was one of the most professional Companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They care so much about their customers.It is unbelievable I would recommend this company to anybody. That is looking for a top-notch Company. We thought we needed a roof because there were people all over the roof telling us there was hail damage. We called our insurance company and had one of their people walk the roof with Perimeter Roofings Cody. We got back an estimate from the insurance company and Cody took care of everything from there for a new roof after we picked the color. They came out in early January and completed the roof in one day we were also set up with gutters and downspouts by Cody who took care of the set up answered our questions sent us to 2 of their roofs in town to compare colors. The only cost we incurred was the gutters they were not damaged but have been cleaned so much the color was wore off of them we need new ones. Cody kept us informed thru out the whole process over saw the work on and off during the day on the roof and install of the gutters. All in all it was a good experience working with this company.

Tim was so great to work with. Patient with me asking a lot of questions and wanting color images so I could decide on one to go with. Handled all of the paperwork with insurance policies. Would use them again but such a great job there should be no need.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Perimeter Roofing. My roof was 9 years old and I had lost 2 shingles during a wind/hail storm event. Cody, with Perimeter Roofing, stopped by and asked if he could inspect my roof for additional damage. I agreed. Cody chalked all the damage areas from hail, took pictures and convinced me to move forward with an insurance claim. We called my insurance company and I gave Cody the authorization to speak on my behalf. He was excellent. The insurance company rejected the initial request so Cody sent the the person in charge of the claim with the insurance company pictures of the damaged roof and convinced them to pay for the roof. So my final cost for a new 40 year roof was my deductible. I would highly recommend Perimeter Roofing!

Zach was great. Came out and inspected our roof. Found hail damage and missing shingles. He worked with our insurance for us to get the roof replaced. Roof was taken off and put back on in a day and after they left, you could hardly tell they'd ever been there.

Zack was excellent to work with. He did everything he said he would do. He stayed in touch during the whole process. Even going out of his way to get us the shingles we wanted. They did an excellent job on the roof. I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done. They also did a great job of cleaning up. We were very pleased.

Perimeter Roofing did a very good job with my roof. They started early and worked until they couldn't see any longer. Putting on the last few shingles with flashlights.

Perimeter was referred to me by really good friends of ours, and they were able to get the job done. Cody was so professional and easy to work with- good communicator!

I only use contractors that I know, or a family member know. We took a chance on this company when one of their members knocked on our door notifying us of roof damage. They were able to get us a new roof completely paid by insurance! Tim Rendell was OUTSTANDING!! Helped draw a clear guideline for the whole project and a great communicator. The team did an excellent job on the roof (7 ON THE ROOF, 5 ON THE GROUND), They were able to get our roof done in 4 hours and did an excellent job. (Even the neighbors commented on how fast they worked & how well they did!)
