El servicio de entrega fatal. Llega el chofer y un ayudante. El chofer le pide al cliente (a mi) que le dé una “manita” y procede a montarse en el carro a coger aire y mirar su celular. Se quedó el ayudante conmigo bajando 80 bloques y 25 mezcla listas. Ni un finger llevaron, eso fue todo uno a uno.

El servicio de entrega tiene que ser completo. Además que uno está pagando por la entrega, esto no es gratis. Si el chofer está inhabilitado de trabajar entonces tenía que venir con dos ayudantes. Imagínese que el cliente fue una persona mayor? Que iban hacer ponerla a bajar bloques también?

He comprado en multiples ocasiones en la tienda, pero mi mejor experiencia fue que me resolvieron mas alla de la hora de cierre de ellos... eso si es servicio al cliente. Altamente recomendados.
