We had a great experience. Our project manager (Samir) was very knowledgeable on the insurance process to get our roof replaced. He was timely and responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to walk us through each step thoroughly. When it was replacement day, the crew had our new roof installed in about half a day ! The work and clean-up was outstanding. I don't think it could have gone any smoother.

Perimeter got involved after years of issues with my roof and insurance. They walked me through the process with vast knowledge of both roofs and process, and worked with my insurance to get a new roof. The Perimeter team was very professional and easy to work with. They worked closely with our insurance adjuster to develop the estimate to replace the roof and damaged gutters.
They were very informative on what would be replaced from drip edges to ridge vents to exhaust/vent boots.
The roof was removed and replaced in a single day. The area around the the house was cleared of debris (and roofing nails)
The roof looks great and blends well with the house /trim.

The team was great, start to finish. Dealt with the insurance company, kept me updated every step of the way. It took a while for the insurance company to follow up, but Perimeter never gave up or walked away. Edwin was wonderful! He made sure they went above and beyond. My new roof is beautiful and safe.

Having a trustworthy contractor is priceless. Had them come out to provide an estimate. They said my roof was fine except for a minor nail hole that was causing the leak. A 5 minute repair job they did at no cost and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Priceless! I will definitely give them a call when I'm ready to replace my roof or other repairs!

Zach dealt with the insurance company throughout the process, as promised. I had problems with my original gutter guard company not wanting to replace the gutters. Zach provided new gutters and again, I didn’t have to deal with USAA.

I cannot say enough good things about Perimeter Roof and RJ, our project manager. I called Perimeter the day after our roof developed a significant leak. RJ arrived within a few hours and promptly replaced the temporary tarp Servpro had supplied, a necessity since Hurricane Helene was a few hours from coming through Atlanta. From there on out RJ was on top of things and always available to provide assistance and allay concerns while we awaited insurance approved. When the claim was finally processed, he and Andrew managed the installation which went very smoothly. Their large crew was able to complete the job in one day, amazing because our roof is large and complicated. And they cleaned up thoroughly afterward! If you want a company that is competent, responsive, and reliable I highly recommend Perimeter Roof.

Perimeter Roofing and Evan Carver did a wonderful job for me here in Murfreesboro, TN. He did all the work contacting the insurance co. and did all the work for the amount that insurance paid.. plus some extra work. His crew was professional and experienced. I highly recommend you let him inspect your roof for hail damage as we had a storm here last May and I didn't even know it. Damage was there and I have a new roof and gutters now.

My new roof looks outstanding. Nathan went above and beyond at every step of the way to make sure it happened. Most notably fighting with insurance that was constantly dragging their feet and fighting us the entire way causing this process to drag out for nearly 5 months! But he kept on them and after everything was said and done, I couldn't be happier. I would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof.

Really disappointing experience with Perimeter Roofing. Unprofessional. Would not recommend. The crew left a wreck of our attic during the roofing job, promised to come clean it up, and never did. Randy was big on promises but failed on delivery several times. Nice of him to apologize for multiple miscues but doesn't make up for the bad experience.

Called Perimeter Roofing out for a roof inspection. Wind and hail damage was discovered and I filed a claim with my Insurance company. The rest of the process was completed by Perimeter Roofing. The roofers showed up on time and had the old roof off in about 1.5 hours. The new roof was professionally installed and looks amazing! Entire job was completed in one day. The yard was cleaned and all nails removed from the area. Excellent company with great owners and employees that care about their customers.

From our initial contact until the final insurance check was received, Jerrett was attentive and available to ensure the project was completed properly. The woman who originally knocked on the door also deserves credit for being assertive enough to insist I allow the company to inspect our roof. I believe her name was Candy. Her confidence was evident, but never aggressive or arrogant. Only feedback would be to insure roofers thoroughly clean up afterwards. That’s an easy fix, so I do recommend Perimeter Roofing.

I have had many roofers knock on my door in the past and received much marketing from other companies, although the knowledge and professionalism of Perimeters insurance specialist was amazing. I was uneasy about filing a claim for replacement although they took care of everything and got my roof replaced for free! There were no surprises and the craftsmanship of their work and attention to detail was impressive. I would strongly suggest Perimeter to anyone with an older roof interested in filing for a roof replacement.
