Scheduling with Edge 2 Edge was extremely easy and flawless. The customer service person scheduled me for a non emergency appointment less than 2 business days out. The estimator and expert arrived on time and was very easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and quickly offered his expert opinion. This company earned my trust and respect as he determined the roof was not the cause of a ceiling leak. This showed integrity as he could have attempted to sell me unnecessary work. I also requested a walk-around to inquire about some other spots on my roof line and he offered general advice on how to remediate the issues, even though the root cause was not the roof but gutters or siding. I requested an estimate for some optional improvements and will contact Edge 2 Edge Roofing for future roofing or siding related needs. Thank you to the team for a positive experience even though you didn't complete any work or bill me.
